To my surprise, they had plenty of dates available, so I booked one for 12/11 at 3:20 PM. I received forms to complete ahead of time, which I did. The reminder email didn't mention arriving early for additional paperwork. I arrived right on time--just a couple of minutes late because I couldn't find parking. The office is on the 10th floor of a downtown building, about a block from the Santa Clara courthouse. At that time of day, street parking was easy, and I believe they also have garage parking. You receive a code to unlock the front or back door via your phone, which was convenient. Once inside, I was asked to fill out more information on an iPad, which took about five minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 3:20 PM. Around 3:45 PM, I asked how much longer I would have to wait. Someone came in almost immediately to take me to a room, take pictures, and ask questions about my concerns. By 3:55 PM--35 minutes after my scheduled time--I asked again how long it would be. I was told they would check, but no one followed up. Ten minutes later, I picked up my bag and said I wasn't going to wait any longer. At that point, I was told Vera was still treating another patient and I'd need to wait another 10 minutes. That would have been 50 minutes past my appointment time, she was still with another patient!! I left without being seen or making another appointment. I understand doctor's offices often run behind, but this was excessive and disrespectful of someone else's time. I left one star only because the front desk staff were very pleasant.
