I get not even a phone call but a text message saying that they're gonna have to reschedule my appointment. I called two times since that text message and they haven't returned any of my calls or answered the phone. The $50 deposit that was supposed to go to the consultation somehow turned into $100 deposit which I'm now gonna have to contact my bank to charge back. I don't believe that their reviews are real it doesn't seem too clean. I wouldn't waste my time better off going to Walnut Creek or somewhere else.

When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
