She removed the eyelid tag and 11 others that same appointment -- I was there a total of 20 minutes. I paid the remaining $250 as I left - so my total was $400 as quoted. At every step I was treated with a smile and courtesy. Zora made me as comfortable as possible, and her follow up instructions were clear.

However, when I arrived at the spa, I was told that no room was available and they could not honor my appointment. Apparently they are suppose to call 24hrs in advance to confirm but nobody called me in advance to notify me of it not being available . Instead, I received a message only after I had already arrived onsite. The staff acknowledged the problem but said there was nothing they could do. This showed a lack of organization and respect for customers' time. If an appointment cannot be accommodated, customers should be notified well in advance--not after they have taken the time to travel to the location. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional booking experience.

You make an appointment online, but it is not confirmed until they confirm it. In my experience, I did not receive confirmation until 12 hours prior to my appointment. Second, while I arrived on time and there were about 3 technicians milling about they were 20 minutes late getting to me, even when there was only one other person waiting. There is, of course, a sales ploy. Overall it was a good facial but not epic.
