The yep was really nice and overall I think he did a good job (the smell is a lot so I didn't get to really inspect yet) But before he left I pointed out that paint was removed from the walls. I took photos of the few that I could see before he sealed the room. When I called the company they said in the fine print there is a note that they are not responsible for any damage to the walls. I just had this bath redone so it's not an old paint issue! So now I'm going to pay $400 for a small bathtub to be reglazed and have to hire a painter to come out and smooth and repaint the walls. Needless to say shit customer service!!

I hired Sureshine to clean and reseal my granite vanity top and to clean and seal the grout and…read moretiles in my shower and bathroom floor and repairs a few small places on the bathroom floor grout. The granite turned out beautiful but the grout/caulk had to be redone because the gal used the wrong color. The shower and bathroom floor turned into a huge fiasco. This area was supposed to be cleaned and only repair to the grout. Antonella re-grouted (maybe it is caulking - I don't know) my bathroom floor in brown it was supposed to be grey. Then she grouted over parts of my shower in brown and left other parts grey (in her defense it was hard to differentiate when it was wet) but it did not need grouting only cleaning and it was the wrong color which was very obvious when it dried. Then she told me I could get the caulking wet for 4 days when I was originally told 24 hours (I have 1 bathroom). Within 24 hours the grout on the bathroom floor started crumbling in places -cI was told it was because I stepped on the bathroom tiles when I used the toilet, however it also crumbled in areas where the tiles were not stepped on (BTW I weigh 126lbs). Anyway, I contacted April at the office she had Izzy call me he came out and made sure things were grouted throughout and he was very apologetic and kind. This cost me $700 + $200 for the granite. My bathroom is super small -it is a toilet and a tub/shower...the vanity is in a separate room. I feel like I could have done a better job DIY'ing it for a lot less money. If you have granite I recommend this company. For anything else - I say go somewhere else. Also, do not trust what is written up at the sale, go over every detail with the person actually doing the work and don't leave the room - micro-manage the job - otherwise you might get my results. I attached photos. Take a look. I'm giving a 3 rating because the company responded quickly to my concern and Izzy came out and did his best to rectify the original poor workmanship - but be aware of the ethical standards some employees may have relating to their workmanship. I will not hire this company in the future - I would replace over repair.

I received two other bids and they were right in the middle but because their shutters are custom made locally they were installed in two weeks instead of 10-12 weeks with the other two companies where the shutters were made in China. I found Gordon here on Yelp. I contacted him and Instead of sending some pictures I asked if I could FaceTime him so that he could provide a quote and a repair time estimate, which he was able to provide and said he could swing by to remove the piece that needed to be repaired or replaced, and to get the pin that needed to be replaced as well. It did take a while, but unfortunately it was because there was an emergency family event that had taken place. Despite that happening, Gordon came as he promised and did a fantastic job. I would use him again and highly recommend his work. He's a terrific guy and the two negative reviews are a result of a family medical situation that was out of his control. His rates are also reasonable given the quality of our shutters. He was able to match the paint and the actual piece that he replaced perfectly.

The registration number was not being accepted. I called House of Blinds, and I think it was Jacqueline who contacted Hunter Douglas directly and got my product registered.
