What friendly and super efficient folks to do business with! Alan responded to my call despite it being the holidays and helped me with my plan to modify my plantation shutters the way I wanted. Brendan showed up timely and I wished I'd known about them sooner! He made adjustments on the tension rods and louvres so that they behaved like split shutters when they aren't, but saved me from having to replace them with other window treatments since I really preferred to keep them. He had to return to do a minor tweak and remembered my "no shoes in the house" policy which impressed me. He was professional and prompt with coordinating via text as well which I appreciate. On his way out the door, I found it thoughtful when he passed by one of my shutters and did a quick little tap downward with his hammer on one of the nails that was protruding outward. We are so happy with Shutter Repair's service! They were able to fix a broken wand, missing staples and a few chipped/missing panels in less than a week. Very reasonable prices. Quick response and great communication. We really tried to sand and remove the white paint from the shutters, even bought a few packages of sandpaper since we knew after the first session how long and how many sheets of sandpaper we thought was going to be needed.
