This review is long overdue. First purchase for our new home was A-Blinds. It's been 4 years, and they look good as new. Thank God that we found these guys when we moved into our new place. Window treatment is just one item in a long to-do list and you just want a straightforward process with a solid and reliable end product. I agree with everyone below in saying that Eric and Isaac are courteous and enthusiastic straight shooters who deliver a high-quality and perfectly cut product while going the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with the results. For example, we first thought we wanted the lift cords on the right side but realized a week after installation that we had it wrong and that it should be on the left. Even though they're based in Irvine, Isaac drove all the way back to LA to adjust it for us free of charge (which he did within ~15 minutes). Not sure if I've ever experienced such service before.. Like most others, I'd prefer not to think about my blinds again until my next move or unless I absolutely have to. But I know I'll be calling the luum team again when that day comes. read more

I just want to say how happy I am with A blinds. We got electric blinds installed in our whole house 4 years ago and they do stand by their warranty. I called Issac yesterday and he scheduled Howard to come out today and fix my 4 blinds that were not working properly. It turned out that the blinds were not even broken. They just weren't changed properly. Howard was kind and professional. He doesn't speak English well but we were able to communicate just fine. We've had the blinds in our home and at our business for over 2-1/2 years. Whenever we've needed something, the service we have gotten from Isaac is always fantastic. However my cat broke my old blinds and holidays rolled around...so I thought I would treat myself to some new blinds. I was helped out by a young gentleman, ISAAC and I was pleasantly surprised at how simple the whole process was. I WAS NOT met with any kind of annoying delay or business schemes to "get you to buy more type of stuff." ISAAC was professional, prompt, direct, and intentional in his interaction with me. The quotes were affordable considering the high quality of the blinds--plus they got the whole warranty going on which is always nice. Furthermore, ISAAC was extremely attentive and meticulous towards the small details. (The installment was done in a rather tight corner of my house but he somehow managed to find a way to get it installed without much trouble)I also got the motorized sunscreen blinds--much sturdier and "pet-proof" than my previous blinds. We had ordered (3) motorized roll-up shades for our living room less than a year ago from A Blinds. The large window motorized roll-up shade stopped working. I called A Blinds office and spoke to Isaac who took all my information and told me he could send someone out the following Monday to look at my shade. When I told him, I was having a large gathering at my home on Sunday (Easter), Isaac said he would check to see if he could get me in sooner. Shortly afterwards, he said he would be able to schedule me for the following afternoon. The next afternoon Howard arrived at my home. When he looked at my shades, he asked me for the charger. When I couldnt find it, he went out to his truck and came back with a spare charger for my shades. He immediately went to work to show me how to use the charger on my shades. At this time, he noticed that the charging plugs were not readily accessible on two of my shades so he adjusted them so that we could easily access them. He also replaced a shade bracket and made some adjustments on the blind that made it operate more quietly. Throughout the repair he was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Before the repairs were completed, I was able to find my original charger. I was very happy with the courtesy and support that I received from Isaac and the patience and professionalism from Howard who completed the repairs.
