Professional. Efficient. Quality. Most of the time, I expect at least 2 of these 3 attributes when receiving a service, but in working with WC Heritage we got all 3 - no exceptions. First of all, if you have ever moved into a new home or a home without window treatments, you know how uncomfortable it can be to walk around feeling like you are in a fish bowl. It was important for us to bring someone in to assess and install blinds sooner rather than later, but to also get a good result for a reasonable price. Oscar at WC Heritage picked up on my first call and planned an assessment with us for that same weekend. Throughout the process, Oscar treated our new home as if it were his own, made excellent recommendations and ensured we were aware of relevant information (timeline, installation preferences, pricing). Of particular note, we have a very long, double sliding glass door - essentially an entire wall - for which Oscar and his team developed a unique sliding pane treatment that exceeded our expectations. The pane itself draws the whole way back, so when we want to have an uninterrupted view, we can; But it also gives us privacy and everything in between when we want while also looking good. Oscar tweaked things with the installation team to ensure it was just right for us, and I appreciated that he took the initiative to do this instead of expecting us to point it out and ask for adjustments. He looks at his end product to ensure it meets his own high expectations and made it all so much easier for us. We love our window treatments. There is nothing to say about W. C. Heritage Shutters but good things! I didn't think they would come all the way to La Quinta to do business but they do and I am so happy they did. When Oscar came to give me an estimate, he was very thorough and professional. There was a door I was very concerned about but he solved the issue and it looks great. Other companies gave me estimates but were a little worried about how they would handle that same door. Everything Oscar told me...they did...One day installation, paint color, 8 weeks, time arrive, clean up after, etc. I wish every company was as reliable as W.C.
