Their Thai Iced Tea was pretty good, but their brown sugar milk tea was watered (milked?) down - very little flavoring over the milk. Didn't try it though until we got where we were going, so it was too late to say anything. Parking was easy, which is always nice. As it stands, wouldn't be my first choice to return to.
