I love this place. Parking is easy and the staff crazy nice and helpful. I didn't see a menu, but knew what I wanted. I pulled a half star, because I would have liked seeing a list of options inside. Oh, speaking of inside, the AC was perfect and the vibe comfortable and clean. The cups are reusable, so I added that 1/2 star back. Be mindful and keep the cup, it's nice. Now, the drink was good. Not a fresh brew, like I've had in Koreatown, but definitely had nice flavor and texture. Not too sweet. Leyla, the awesome person making my order, offered single or double boba. I did a single, and it was great for me. It tasted good, not chewy or tough, and served with a straw that was big enough for it to not get stuck. Great spot! The drinks are made as you order and they have loads of Boba and Jelly options. Everything my husband and I have tried always hits right. The service is always top notch with cheerful cashiers/drink makers. We've never had a bad experience there. There are a lot of cute photo ops and the temp is just right inside. There's enough tables for a few groups. I think there is a bathroom for customers only, but don't quote me on that. read more

Visiting from out of town and wasn't expecting to find a good boba spot to be honest in the area but was pleasantly surprised ;) Try the strawberry fruit yakult boba ! my boyfriend got the honey kumquat tea which he also really enjoyed- we could adjust the sweetness and ice level which was great, as not so sweet people ‍ The staff here is super sweet and friendly! read more

I do like their tea! But a few things - Please update your listings and remove "Free Wifi". As a visitor to the desert, I took a rideshare hoping to enjoy a tea and do some work but was told that the "Wifi was locked" when I asked for the password. I checked Apple Maps and Yelp before arriving to see if free wifi was listed and both say that it is available here. Also, please update the store hours on google maps, yelp. or at least your website. They are all different and when I called to check no one picked up the phone. Luckily you were open today but would have enjoyed my time more if I wasn't also expecting free wifi. read more

I don't like to come on these places and do this, but I had very bad customer service today I ordered some fruit drink with 2x popping Boba and I got my drink and it had regular Boba and so I went back up there and I said sorry this was supposed to be made with popping Boba and she says oh do you want to pay extra and I said what? cause I was confused because I already paid extra for popping Boba and she said that she couldn't remake it and I feel like that is not good customer service because that was her mistake and I sensitivity issues to texture and now I couldn't even drink the drink I paid for because of her mistake and the AC was out and it was very, very hot in there. read more

I was craving Matcha & it's hard to come by good quality Matcha tea in this desert, but I was so pleased to find that this location has an item with Uji Matcha! It comes with cheese foam & you can add boba, if you like. I really like the cup that it comes in, feels nice. It also seems to be reusable, which I appreciate. I got mine half sweet because it makes it easier to know if I want to adjust it in the future, but I think it's perfect. I am okay with unsweetened Matcha, so I would like to try it that way next time... and there will definitely be a next time! I'm from Diamond Bar and so when it comes to boba, I am a bit of boba snob. Tea Be Honest and a few other places here in the desert just don't do boba justice. However, this place has amazing tea and boba that doesn't taste like it has been sitting out for days. I was pleasantly surprised given the location and have recommended them to everyone I know. The service is great and the shop is cute and clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that will address your boba fix adequately here in the desert. read more

Creative menu! Locally owned! Easy parking in the parking lot! If you are looking for a milk tea, they only have powdered nondairy milk or whole milk. Most nondairy creamers still have an ingredient from cows. However, the woman working the counter gave me so many great caffeine free and non milk options. Cute seating. My husband and I were in town for the long weekend. After dinner, I looked for a milk tea drink place and this place seemed promising. I was looking for a non-caffeinated drink and decided on the strawberry yakult drink. I asked the staff to make sure the yakult drink was a sweetened probiotic milk drink (thin)and not the food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk (thick). The staff explained that it was syrupy that tasted like yakult. I asked if it'd be super sweet since it was syrup. She said no and can just not add addition sweetener. It seemed weird to have yakult flavor syrup because I've never heard of that. Being a huge boba, tea, and milk tea fanatic, I decided to give it a try at 25%. The drink just tasted like syrup/ sugar water. It was not good. I just left the drink in my car cupholder. I didn't even bother taking a photo of it since I was in the car in the dark. PARKING There is a parking lot with plenty of parking. SERVICE Service was ok. The staff acknowledged us right away because she was mopping the floor but no caution sign in sight. PRICING The price is average. It was brought up to my attention that their sanitation rating is a C- yikes! The overall trip to Tea Momo was very disappointing. I ended up driving a bit further to get another tea drink. read more

This was my first time here and I really like this spot. We ordered both the Taro Milk Tea and Lavender Milk Tea at 25% sugar and less ice. It was tasty, the sweetness level was perfect and the tea still shines through. When we ordered we had to wait 20 minutes until the next boba batch. The boba didn't have flavor, but I liked the consistency of it. The ambience and decor of the place was really cute & clean, and the girl working was sweet. They offer a wide variety of flavors, from classic milk teas to creative fruit blends and even unique seasonal options. I tried their brown sugar milk tea and a mango slush with popping boba--both were refreshing and full of flavor. The quality and freshness of the ingredients really stood out. The service was equally fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient, and attentive, helping me pick drinks based on my preferences. Such a hidden gem Tea shop!My Friend recommended this place in her Ins,so I had to come try it out their fresh fruit tea drinks. The vibe here is nice and AC feels amazing in dessert heat,and they have free Wi-Fi.such a great spot to relax or get some work done. I was sur to find out they serve chinese food too!Me and my friend tried the teriyaki chicken rice bowl ,bbq pork bun and dumplings soup! God it's sooo good!I honestly can't believe you can find Chinese food this authentic in Palm Springs area!especially at such affordable prices. OMG!Highly recommended for this place! Stopped by today for some fresh tea and was surprised to see they've added a lot of Chinese food to the menu! My daughter and I decided to give it a try, and honestly, we didn't expect much--but everything was SO good! My daughter is a super picky eater, and she finished the entire bowl of dumpling soup! The food tastes very authentic, the portions are great, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Definitely a hidden gem for authentic Chinese food in the area. Best Thai tea I have ever tried in the Coachella valley! I usually order my Thai tea with out boba because I never enjoy how it taste but today I decided to try it, and it was so good! The person who served me Marlon was very polite & he answered all my questions about what I was asking about the drinks, I'm definitely going to start going here, I usually go to tea be honest because it's close to my home but it'll be worth the longer drive to go to momo! read more

Wow ...found this new place by accident while eating nearby , were from Los Angeles so we know good tea , this place is as good as some of my favorite places I go to. I had such a great experience at Tea momo! Dirty milk tea was absolutely delicious ,rich creamy and perfectly balanced with fresh chewy boba! You can tell the quality from the very first sip. I have tried many boba teas from different shops and nothing compares to this one, my favorites are the strawberry matcha and the mango tornado. Although it's far I'll gladly take the drive just for this shop, the workers are always kind and hard working. I love seeing this shop slowly grow :) read more

I came yesterday, and ordered a Korean bingsoo and a brown sugar milk tea and they were both so good! I would definitely recommend the bingsoo and the staff came out with the order fast and was very friendly overall amazing service ! 5 stars for me ! read more

This place is terrible, i've seen them rinse theirs cups instead of washing them, they never have any tea ready , they call it a fresh milk tea or a fresh tea but it just sits outside for hours . read more

FACILITY: Minimal TI buildout but good enough not going over the top with expense. There are a few seats and tables inside and a few outside, but minimal. MENU: I don't know what to say, I was a bit overwhelmed with choices and then options, this was my first visit so maybe menu is normal... FOOD PREP: Very well done, with care, nice presentation. FOOD QUALITY: Matcha Creme Latte $6.67 with Sea Salt foam with boba. WAITSTAFF: very nice and did not rush me as I had really no idea what I was ordering. OVERALL VALUE: wow, I think a great value and I will return, because it was very good, people were nice, but it also seemed like a great value. TIP: If you're like me, I had never had boba and id not know what it was, well it was great. Look at the menu online and know what you want prior. I would have like to known calories and sugar content but guess its was high...
