The staff is always super friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The boba was also VERY good and well made vs some places that provided under cooked or over cooked boba. A coffee with boba and a small tip ran me up almost $10 which is a little expensive for my taste but it IS a treat after all and not an every day buy. Of all the times I've come into this location they always seem to be warm inside and prefer to not run the AC. I tend to sweat a little bit which is a bit of a drag considering that they have tons of seating. Lastly, there was almost no air conditioning to speak of and this is on a day that is maybe 85 degrees but inside the store it felt swampy. I am giving it 3 stars for the decor and the fact that the smoothie was delicious (24 oz. for a bit more than $12). There is no way I'll ever go here again because those women gave me the big time ick. This store made me realize how very important it is to have a good customer service experience. No matter how good the product is, sour service will put me off ever doing business there again.
