Jillian was fantastic and made sure we were welcomed into the property. Rooms were clean and stocked with all necessities. The pool area is nice and it looks beautiful at night as it changes colors. My boyfriend and I stayed here from the 7th to the 11th and couldn't be any more happy with our choice, Our staycation went smoothly. The beach is only a block away, so we walked there everyday :) Jillian also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to take to the beach. We are definitely coming back next time we are in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Jillian for our awesome stay.

We were going on a cruise and stayed the night before the cruise. Very clean, both of our rooms looked brand new. Our suite #5 was on the second floor of three. Every thing was new, it looks to me like they just completely remodeled. Jillian was very helpful and took care of us even though we tried to confuse her with our payment. I would definitely stay again.

The lobby got a great makeover and the updated room had a fresh and modern look. This time we splurged and got a Presidential 3BR suite and it was gorgeous. The room had a massive wrap around balcony and the view from there and the room itself was absolutely amazing. Though, our stay was not without its issues such as recurring AC problems. Luckily the staff was attentive and fixed the issue after some time. If I could offer any feedback on our experience, it would be to put some key essentials in the room. We had a full size kitchen but there were no paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, or even basic things like salt and pepper. The bathrooms too didn't have hand soap, an adequate amount of body wash, or even a place to hang towels. Another concern I plan to mention to management was the fact that people were throwing things from the rooftop lounge down onto our balcony, including straws, drink stirrers, food and, worryingly, a knife. If anyone would have been sitting on the deck when the knife was thrown it could have been a major issue. In the end, the room was absolutely breathtaking. With a few improvements it could be even better. Overall 4 stars. I could see myself returning in the future.

I have to say off the bat - I was beyond impressed with our entire experience. Upon arrival, we had a designated/separate line for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, which felt really nice. The staff member helping us was beyond wonderful and made sure that our stay was extended and room upgraded for my birthday. She gave us welcome drinks to redeem at the pool bar as well. We were given wristbands for the resort which was our room key and all access for our stay. The hotel was very nice and I loved that they had a Starbucks, restaurants and cafe all onsite. My only note of improvement is that the lobby was not cold and felt warm and humid the entire weekend which felt odd. The room we had was lovely. The ocean view was top notch and the recent renovations of the room were very nice as well. We got drinks at the beach bar with a pre-dinner snack. The bartender there was also really great. We also enjoyed a pool day on Sunday. We got downstairs early and got a great spot. Enjoyed lunch and some drinks by the pool. I was very intrigued to hear they have a membership program for the resort as well. Overall, the stay was beyond wonderful and we will definitely be coming back to enjoy a pool day and another staycation soon. 10/10 recommend.

The speakeasy was fun little and I do mean little spot to grab drinks! Over all it was lovely but not worth the price- but you are paying for location and access to the beach with pre set seating area and not a lot of people around so that was a perk!

The pool service was fantastic and the lunch I had hit the spot, same with the drinks. The room itself was very spacious, very modern looking and nice finishes. I enjoyed the large bathroom and nice size walk in shower, and their nice smelling soaps and lotion. Why they don't have clothes line for a beach resort is beyond me. Not many hooks either. I had an inter-coastal room view and it was perfect and got to see the Disney ship too! I didn't hear any noise unlike the room I had at the Beach House where traffic noise was louder. I like how these resort fees includes two beach loungers and an umbrella. Marriott Harbor Beach this is an extra charge. The star of the hotel has to be their Takato restaurant. It's a must try imo. Thanks for the great hospitality and will recommend this hotel for sure. I'll be back!

But parts of it feel like they've been around long enough to have Marriott Bonvoy stories from three eras. The staff is what saves it. Especially the pool staff. They were the real heroes here. There are no Bonvoy elite perks- though titanium, they didn't do anything special for elite status. The pool & service were fantastic though! We liked the pool table in the lobby but it's quite worn in :) The location can't be beat on Fort Lauderdale beach bc it's so central to everything. We had an intercostal balcony room that was spacious & perfect, and seems to have been updated within the last few years. The stocked mini fridge was a letdown bc it was broken & maintenance couldn't fix it so they brought in another, which was great but took up space. The service from Rodney on the pool deck was wonderful, he was so professional & still went out of his way to make our days great. The burger was delicious but a little too undercooked for Joey. We loved the hot tubs! Because there was a huge F1 conference (sold-out hotel but everyone working), the pool deck was empty so that was lovely :) All in all, it was a great stay -- a few minor details & quite pricey but we really enjoyed our time!

The most frustrating part of our stay happened later that evening. We accidentally locked our room keys in our second room. While I fully acknowledge that this was our mistake, we did everything we possibly could to resolve it. Beginning around 8:30 p.m., we repeatedly called the hotel's emergency/after-hours number. We called approximately 25 times, left multiple voicemails, and never received a single callback. As a result, five people were forced to sleep in one king-size bed, and one member of our group was unable to access important medication that had been left in the locked room. An emergency phone line exists for situations exactly like this, and in our case, it completely failed. The following morning, when we went to the front desk, we were met with skepticism rather than concern. The owner did not believe we had called so many times and required us to provide screenshots of our call history before they would acknowledge what had happened. To make matters worse, we were told we would receive a full refund, but the owner repeatedly changed his position, making the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes, and we accepted responsibility for accidentally locking our keys in the room. However, the hotel's complete lack of after-hours support, poor communication, unsanitary room conditions, broken amenities, and inconsistent handling of our complaint turned a simple mistake into an unnecessarily stressful experience. I cannot recommend staying here. Between the unsanitary conditions, nonfunctioning hot water, TV and Wi-Fi, nonexistent after-hours assistance, and the way the owner handled our concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experience we've ever had.
