The sauce on the chicken was actually spicy. A lot of places say they are but don't deliver the taste. The rice was good. I did a Togo order so I can't really speak on in-house customer service but I can say the young man working behind the counter was very courteous as was the young lady bringing out the order. Looking around the restaurant while waiting for the food, it's very nice and open space so a big group could go in and sit comfortably.

Good location near shopping, grocery stores and interstate. Limited parking, private parking lot. Good size portion. Food is tasty and staff makes good recommendations.

This was my first and will be my last visit to this restaurant. I ordered both the sesame chicken and the sweet and sour chicken, and both dishes were undercooked. For safety reasons, I had to discard the food to avoid getting salmonella or food poisoning.

Excellent authentic Chinese food. Szechuan spicy level and the fried chicken was massive in size. Very good value and extremely good food. Would gladly come again for the chicken, pork, and dumplings!

Service is phenomenal every time (been a handful of times). Love all the food we've had here. All are appropriately spiced--be aware that Sichuan food can veer on the spicier side (Szechuan peppers are numbing). Food items can be a bit greasy -- we don't mind too much. My favorite dishes are the green beans, the organic chicken soup (these you have you call ahead to make sure they'll have them in stock), and sliced beef and ox tongue in chili sauce. They have a fairly large menu too -- so many options! Brings friends so you can try more food.

The sichuan dishes were so authentic. My family is extremely picky when it comes to Chinese food and Sichuan House was above expectations. The service was EXCELLENT. We even got to meet the owner and he was so kind. We can't wait to go back soon.

Wife's a Pescatarian & my fav is Happy Family which has every meat imaginable with a few carrots, mushrooms, broccoli & water chestnuts in a scrumptious sauce & we're both always more than satisfied at our go to for Chinese when visiting Mom in Louisville. There are also ample selections of very reasonable Lunch Specials. Service is professional if not over the top friendly & ambiance is clean & roomy with overhead news clips flashing by too quickly to read. Outside parking looks a bit "hole in the wall" but don't let that fool ya; the food is always fresh & delicious! Two words: Happy Family!

The best real deal spicy and delicious Chinese food! I love everything on the menu...except intestines, I wish my palate would tolerate them but alas, I'm a weakling. It's definitely a place for adventurous eaters to try and a place of comfort for the regulars.

Definitely go here with a group and try a bunch of food together! I went with friends and we all shared a bunch of food and it was very good. I will say the soup was interesting with the egg because it was runny.

We stopped in for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised at this restaurant. The small building is tucked between a strip mall and a vet office. The inside is tastefully done and very clean! "A' rating from the health dept. These folks serve authentic Sichuan dishes and "American" Chinese food so there is something for everyone. The Sichuan dishes have the heat/spicy of the region. Also a variety of meats and vegetables. The server and owner were very helpful describing dishes. If you are up for something besides the typical Chinese food try Sichuan House

Family dinners are available as well. I enjoyed my flavorful wonton soup, ate plenty of sweet and sour chicken, took bites of the Mongolian beef, and sampled most of the dishes around the table. I realize now that I didn't snap photos of everything! Service was attentive and friendly. Plenty of parking. I'm excited to return with my family.

I will never come back to this place…read more Let me start by saying I used to love this restaurant. It was one of our favorite. But now, it's on our list to never eat here again. It started with me placing an online order. This is new on their website while I was looking at the menu. I figured this would be best than calling the restaurant. How I was so wrong. I placed it with a 30 minute window. Ordered at 4:44 to be pick up at 5:14pm. I showed up to the restaurant at 5:03pm. There was about 4 other people at the counter. One person just placed their order, another person said her mom called to place the order but wasn't sure when it would be ready. They told everyone 20 min. I showed my ordered and they were going to be me 20 minute. I said I placed my order 20 minutes ago. Ok so I waited... Another lady came in and said that she placed her order around the same time online. Her order number was 140 and she had a long receipt with quite a lot of items. My order was 148, somehow. By the time I asked what's going on with my order at 5:15, they said they go by the order number and they're on 138. I don't think they processed my order until I arrived at 5:03pm. It took until 5:39pm before I receive the order in my hand. I only had very few items, one of which was an order for combination lo mein, plain mantou, shrimp tofu and wonton noodle soup. Mind blowing because I paid $50. The online system also charge a $1 fee, which I did not know about until I saw the receipt. Which would had been fine if my order was done in the time it was promised. Now, the staff was not the most friendly either... the person that handed me the bag almost dropped it because she put it in my hand, didn't say a word and turned and walked away. They cannot be any more rude than that. I was sweating profusely and shaking while waiting for a very long time while I am pregnant and nauseous. Now here's the review for the food. It was not good. We have had some on and off with their food and we haven't been back for a while so I wanted to give them another chance. But their lo mein was soo salty, and they used pad thai noodles. The wonton noodle soup was small container, so bland, literally no flavors, and the wonton tasted so bad. They put really hot tofu that was deep fried in styrofoam container that it put a hole through the container. So my paper bag was soaked and wet within the 6 minutes drive home. The mantou was so tiny for $4.5. Not worth it. All in all, the 4 items that I ordered did not worth the $50 for almost an hour wait, not worth my time or money. I wouldn't have eaten the food if I didn't already paid. Had I not already paid online, I would just had left.

Recently though, I wound up throwing out my hunan chicken. It actually tasted of plastic or chemicals. Maybe it was just so steaming hot when it went into the plastic tupperware? I have gotten the veggie egg foo young a few times and enjoyed it, though the gravy sauce has a tiny but of a licorice taste so use that in moderation! This particular time, the veggies were so bland and tasted more like water. Definitely missed seasoning. I'm not sure, but when it comes to take-out, I prefer something a bit more consistent. Overall, a fine spot with great prices for portion size.

There were a couple of high top stools at the counter at the window, facing the street but really not a dine in restaurant. The gentlemen who took our order was kind. Only took about 10 minutes to prepare our vegetable stir fry that came with fried or white rice. We opted for the white rice. It was still plenty hot when we got it home and more than enough for the 2 of us. The veggies wete fresh and crisp, not over cooked. Yhere was brocolli, carrots, snow peas, pretty sure cucumbers, bok choy and celery in a tasty brown sauce. And ample rice. Great good, price and servive.
