Solid choice for take out! Recommend the chicken dishes over the beef dishes, although the flavor of the beef and broccoli was good! The orange chicken was the best I've had in the city, full of real flavor, doesn't taste fake like a lot of other places. It is with great sadness that I have to report that this restart changed ownership the last week of July. The recipes are no longer the same and the flavor just isn't there anymore. The Hunan Beef I got with the last owners was flavorful. I could taste the complex mix of white pepper and Hunan spices. The onions and proper vegetables were plentiful and the rice serving was modest. What I've got the past two times has had absolutely NO flavor whatsoever... NONE. The Hunan sauce is replaced with standard brown sauce and a very bland brown sauce at that too. Yes the egg rolls are fatter. I order pork egg rolls and after throughly dissecting one of them could not find any pork, glass noodles, onions, nothing but cabbage. No white pepper to give it flavor... no spices just lots of grease an egg roll wrapper and tons of cabbage. I have ordered my last meal there and I love Asian food and culture. I know it's common for Chinese restaurants to change hands often... but the last three years with Mason and family were amazing. But they are gone... and so is the flavor. read more

When you're having a busy day at work, these guys bring fresh and delicious Chinese food to you! Besides pizza and Old Chicago, there's nothing else that delivers to Riverport. I decided to dine in today, the family that runs this place is sweet as can be. I ordered the Szechuan Shrimp, and with Szechuan dishes you should feel some heat and I certainly did. If I could give zero starts I would. We took advantage of their online ordering and got a confirmation email of when our order would be here. Their website says that they deliver up to 8 miles from their restaurant. 30 minutes later they call to tell us they canceled our order and won't deliver to us. We love exactly 7.92 miles away I know because there confirmation email told me. When we talked to them they said no we only deliver up to 4 miles and when we brought to their attention their website says 8 they said they would not uphold that. We waited 30 minutes for our order to be canceled. I will never support this restaurant again. read more

I am from California and am happy to say that I have had the best cuisine from every ethnic group there is. Wtbs, this is not even close to authentic Chinese food. I ordered vegetable egg foo young and it was inedible doughy even with tasteless gravy. Sweet and sour chicken that lacked chicken was just fried dough with a sweet red dipping sauce on the side. Shrimp fried rice I had no idea why the rice was yellow, but I can tell you it isn't due to flavor and the shrimp were thawed in water and placed inside the rice viola . Good thing I can cook. I did wonders to the rice, doctored up that gravy but there was no hope for anything else. Oh I also had the fried dumplings which clearly are frozen in a bag. read more

Gonna rate them a 3 because normally, the food is decent. Until today. No selection for a pint of cashews and chicken, so I said hell with it, I'll get a quart and eat it as tomorrow's lunch. I have never had this dish like this. It was watered down. No taste other than the vegetables inside the meal and they were affected by this watery substance that is meant to be the gravy chicken and cashews is meant to have. We've been ordering here for close to 2 yrs. The food has went down in quality over the past couple of months and the service has become horrible. Tonight was our "let's give them one more chance" order and they failed miserably. After 2 hours...literally 2 hours...and being told 3 times the delivery driver was "on the way" (we live 2.95 mi from the restaurant), we had no food but has been charged for the food. When we asked for a refund and whether the food would even be hot after supposedly being "on the way" for close to an hr, we were hung up on and they would no longer take our calls. I'm not sure what has happened. Maybe change of owners? I don't know. But I do know we've ordered at least weekly for the last couple years and we'll never order again here. read more
