    Deluxe pizza
    Mike K.

We discovered this place in Nashville right by Printers alley. It's open late so it was a perfect way to end the night at this pizzeria. The place is nice and spacious and very clean. Our pizza came out hot and fresh and was perfectly seasoned - sauce, toppings, and crust! Highly recommend for your late night craving!

We were hungry and looking for something fast and good to eat after getting out of a late show at the theater nearby. We happened to walk by this place and noticed that they were open 24 hours and decided to walk on in. There were a few other customers dining in and we were quickly greeted by the employees. The cashier was friendly and he took our order quickly. We had a small supreme pizza and a fountain drink and chose to dine in. The pizza didn't take too long and he nicely dropped it off at our table. The pizza was delicious. It was hot, crispy, and cheesy. It had 6 slices and it was more then enough for the two of us. The cashier kept himself busy as we saw him cleaning up the tables as people left and the drink area. The inside felt clean and comfy. I'm glad we stopped on in for some late night pizza.

I work downtown and was out walking. I wanted a good deli sandwich. Since a lot of our options have gone away I was looking for a place. They have pizza and sandwiches and pasta dishes. I decided on the Chicken Parm sandwich. The wait wasn't too long, and it came out and was massive! I got the meal deal for a total of $15.13 It came with a drink and a chip (unbeknownst to me, I could not even ask the type of chip). It really filled me up, Next time I will try the deli sandwiches and not opt for the meal deal. Maybe it would be cheaper. The quality of the sandwich was not 100%, though it was edible. It was VERY messy and I am glad I chose to eat in the restaurant instead of outside as it was a nice day. Everything inside the place is new and modern (drink machines etc) They have to be paying an arm and a leg to be in that location but I am guessing they do a lot of delivery business. For pizza, I will try elsewhere based on previous reviews.

We're visiting from out of state and ordered from here. Our order was placed around 2 am and we were told it would be ready for delivery almost an hour later, no problem. I'm waiting around downstairs at the stated delivery time and no one shows up. After 15 minutes I check with the receptionist and apparently they decided to just drop it at a side table and walk out THIRTY MINUTES EARLIER with no notice. Part of our order was missing and who knows what happened to our food. We called to speak with the staff who lied about being "already closed" (they close at 5 AM it was just after 3). We asked for a refund but were denied it without manager approval. Our pizza was cold - like basically ice cold/been there longer than 30 minutes and our breadsticks were missing. She kept putting me on hold to consult with someone, but wouldn't give us any of their information. Instead she tried to pass the problem to whoever works in the morning shift. When I told her they dropped the food off earlier than the stated time without any update, she just hung up on me. When I called back to ask for her name she paused then repeated the name on the order which was highly suspicious. Was this directly her fault? Probably not, but absolutely one of the worst handlings of customer service I've ever dealt with. To top it off, once I took the elevator back to the room I found the breadsticks that someone clearly jacked from the order and threw down in the elevator. No one should ever have to deal with this, whether they live here or are here on vacation. Don't ever order from here.

Ordered baked spaghetti instead received baked Ziti!! that looks old!!! Now who's gonna eat that??!!

Food looked so terrible we didn't eat it. Was told that thinks would be 20 oz bottles instead came in to go cups! I wish I could give ZERO stars! And this crapp cost $65!!

    10" Small Meat Lovers pizza

Had to try a slice of pizza in Nashville but unfortunately they don't serve slices. So we ordered a small 10 inch meat lovers pizza. The pizza came out hot which was great. On the down side -the pizza really had no flavor so I had to add a lot of hot pepper spice just to taste something. Can't say it was horrible and would come again but I Would also look for a different place to try next time.

My ETA was 7:40PM, I called around 8:30PM, then cancelled around 9PM. Horrible Service

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! I ordered delivery from Sicilian Pizza on Union Street in downtown Nashville. It was done on Seamless/Grubhub (Order# 91332894-9636120), the restaurant had its own drivers, and the estimated time of delivery was between 7:40-7:50PM (screenshot). After being 20mins late I called the restaurant and was received by the most indifferent and inconsiderate person. He made it clear that he didn't care about the delay or delivery in general. Even though Grubhub showed the order as on the way, he said it never left the restaurant, and I had to wait for their next driver. After waiting for another 30mins, I eventually had the order cancelled via Grubhub. FYI, I live literally 10mins from Sicilian Pizza's location. I will never order delivery or dine in person again. I would highly recommend you do the same.

I've ask for no black olives and this has happen 4 different times

Like, it's good enough that you *will* contemplate eating your order in your car before heading home. It's well worth the drive and it will live up to everything you've heard/read. It will. You absolutely need to patronize it. TdG had been on my radar for a minute but I'm not often in Hermitage* and I couldn't justify driving out of town for food when I have other options closer by. BUT I had to find out if the food was *just* that good. I'd read rave after rave. It's just pasta. Can it be that great? So, on a chilly late fall Saturday night I decided I needed to find out. I'd done my research so I knew the place was small. I knew I might need to play human tetris in the waiting area on a cold day. I knew what to order. But I also 'knew' that the 'say Yelp' phrase would offer a discount. The phrase was uttered but no discount came my way (which is the reason for the four stars instead of five). Lack of discount aside, everyone with whom I interacted was very polite and welcoming even despite the place being a madhouse of activity and orders. My food was ready in an appropriate amount of time and the bag had adequate weight/heft. The pleasant aroma filled the cold air as I walked to my car and surrounded me all the way home. I came home, poured a glass of wine, plated my food and... wow. This was/is phenomenal. I ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi and, without a doubt, one of the best gnocchi dishes I have had in life (and I used to be paid to eat**). I think I uttered the word 'perfect' between forkfuls. Each 'perfect' pillowy dumpling was lathered in a combo of mozzarella, asiago, gorgonzola, and pecorino. That alone would have been delicious but woven into the dish were ribbons of crispy prosciutto. Other.Worldy. It's getting cold. Sweater weather is here. Bathing suit season is months away. You're free to eat heaping plates of some of the best pasta you've ever had. *I came before they had a second location. **Among other things.

And to those people, I ask, "Have you ever been to Antioch?" No, this place isn't scary or in a rough neighborhood. It's definitely not Brentwood, but it's safe to say you can leave your pitchforks and torches at home. It is, for lack of better words, located in a hole in the wall of a micro-tiny strip mall, next to a sports bar. Inside, it is sweet and cozy. In this cozy place, you will find the friendliest of staff members. To have an entire staff give their customers the utmost respect is one of the most challenging tasks of any business owner. So the fact that this owner was able to achieve such a difficult task is something to applaud. There is no board with an entire menu, but there are small pamphlets off to the side with the menu. I ordered the pepperoni pizza along with the meatballs as an appetizer. My friend and I sat outside, where they have outdoor seating and tables. That, I have to say, is the only downside to this place. The seating. No indoor seating, and with how ever-changing Middle Tennessee's weather is, you might have to drive it home or eat it in the car. But with humidity changing texture in a box or to-go box, it might take the freshness away from the experience. After the food was brought out to us, which is a plus and highly appreciated, we were ready to eat. I did have to run inside to grab some packets of crushed red pepper. You must ask for it, which, without hesitation, the man minding the wood stove gladly grabbed for me. Separating a slice of pizza from the others was a sight to see. What you typically want to see separating pizza. The ooey gooey cheese in entanglement. I took a bite and fell in love with the freshness. Every ingredient is fresh, and you don't feel that awful sloth feeling that a Pizza Hut pizza would leave you with. The pepperoni was to die for. Although the meatballs had a flavor that I wasn't too happy with, I knew they were good, even if my flavor profile didn't desire it much. The meatballs were incredibly soft, and the sauce they bathed in, with a sprinkle of ricotta cheese, was divine. My friend happily downed the entire box they sat in. This now will forever be one of my go-to pizza places. And yes, it's worth it to eat in your car, if need be.

We couldn't resist a good finish, so we split a Tiramisu - Mascarpone cream & Coffee lady finger cookies topped with cocoa powder. I had an espresso & my wife opted for a cappuccino (even though it was after 11am... shh, don't tell anyone). The server was attentive & helpful and we enjoyed the food. We were actually between the normal lunch & dinner shift, so the restaurant was not too busy. We opted to sit outside which was a little noisy from the road traffic at that hour, I did take a look inside and at the kitchen area. On our next trip here, we will be sitting inside and try some of their wine, and other offerings. Both the Gnocchi and the Pizza were very good, and we look forward to our next visit.

The areas for improvement: 1) for new customers to the restaurant it would be helpful if the waitress even asked the patron if they had any questions, were able to navigate the full menu in the app. Our waitress merely said use your phone to see the menu & order. 2) they provide each table with a "call" button but it is useless. We pressed it many times & twice I had to leave the table to go find a waitress to ask a quick or get assistance. 3) we were provided a bottle of water when we first sat down but had to track down our waitress to request a refill 4) it would be grand if all of the plates for the same table are served relatively close together 5) consistency between plates could use improvement. 2 plates were ordered the same at our table but one had significantly more pesto than the other. 5) if you want a waitress to actually do their job, well maybe dine at a different establishment. Where they had an absolute FAIL: I expressed my severe food allergy to the waitress. Her nonchalant response was "they should change gloves between dishes". I had to ask her to double check with the kitchen because I wasn't looking to die today. A food allergy can be life threatening & should be taken seriously! Overall I don't think we would return. The menu was a bit difficult to find everything the restaurants had to offer. The waitress was terrible. If I was her employer I would be looking for a replacement hire.

We know why it's packed now. The interior is stunning, the service was on point. Professional and personable at the same time. We had the pleasure of sitting outside on a beautiful evening. It was perfect. We started with the tuna tartare and marinated octopus. I'm iffy when it comes to octopus. If it isn't done right, it's horrific. This was so tender, sliced thin, and was a perfect bite with the chilled potatoes. The tuna tartare was equally as good, but the octopus stole show. The tuna has a burnt orange vinaigrette around the outside of the plate. It's more than just a garnish. Make sure you get a bite with the tuna. For dinner we had the bolognese, duck ragu, and braised short rib. All three dishes melted in your mouth. The duck was my favorite, I added a little whipped ricotta to each bite and it was just 10/10. For dessert I asked if they could make a pistachio martini, and gave them the ingredients. Their bartender hadn't heard of one, free poured it, and absolutely nailed it. The cannoli filling was too sweet and too thick for me. It tasted like thick buttercream icing. Personal preference, but I prefer a lighter filling. All in all, I would say don't walk to Luogo...RUN. Reservations are highly recommended.

The ambiance is super casual, much like a pizzeria. So I don't expect service to be on par of a fancier restaurant. However, the service tonight was appalling!! It wasn't even busy. There were only two other tables beside our table. A friend and I took our kids for dinner, and everything went smoothly until we received our food. One of our kids didn't even get to eat because his dish was never brought out until the end of the meal. They brought us the wrong orders, not once, not twice, not three, but four times. The fourth time, they shoved it on the table and said that it was exactly what we ordered. These servers are teenagers. The one that shoved our food on the table was no more than 12 years old. Each time we sent the food back telling them they got our order wrong, we were dished with eye-rolling and head-shaking from the kids/servers. Because the servers are teenagers and are still in need of guidance, we don't fault them. Mistakes happen. We understand. We have kids. We get it. But it is absolutely unacceptable that they rolled their eyes, shook their heads, shoved the wrong dishes in our faces, said we were wrong and that they brought us exactly what we ordered. We just wanted the manager and owner to be aware of the attitude and train these kids on professionalism and refraining from wearing ear buds while taking orders. Our server had ear buds on the entire time he was taking our order. Looking around, I noticed the majority of the staff had at least one ear bud in their ears. There were a couple who didn't. There were 8 servers for a 1000 sq ft. restaurant - these ear buds are not likely for restaurant communication. We never got to speak with either the manager or owner. What was appalling was the Hispanic pizza guy's attempt to smooth things over. He came over and asked what was the problem. I noticed he too was wearing an ear bud. I politely asked him to remove it because it may interfere with his hearing us. I also stated that the ear bud could have been the reason why the server jotted down the wrong orders. The Hispanic pizza guy refused to remove his ear bud and said "don't worry. Nothing is playing. I can hear you." My friend attempted to tell him that our food wasn't correct, but he interrupted every chance he got. She barely finished a thought before he interrupted with his version of the story. Finally after having enough of his childish interruptions, I firmly requested that he stops interrupting. He said "I'm talking to your friend, not you." I responded "then let her finish. Stop interrupting her. I teach my kids to not interrupt grown ups. You're a grown up. You should know better. They have better manners than you. Let her finish her thought and stop interrupting." This was not successful. He continued to interject with his perspective and opinions. Mind you, he wasn't the one who took our orders but had the audacity to say that these were the dishes that were ordered. He had no interest in hearing what we had to say. My friend kept saying we don't want free food. We just want the kids/servers to be trained appropriately and wanted her son's food because he still hadn't received his food. His only response was "Mistakes happen. I want to make it better. I will give you free food". We didn't want free food. We wanted retraining of staff and food for the child who was still food-less. Not a word of what we said was comprehended. He finally brought the ordered dishes at the end. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said the owner doesn't ever come into the restaurant. I asked for the manager, he said the manager left for the day. This was a lie. The owner was in the back. He came up front briefly when we first sat down to break up the social circle the kids were in and pointed to our table to get them to serve us. Exasperated, we gave up and left.
