I've lived close to this pizza spot almost 3 years now so have ordered here a handful of times. While it's most definitely not my favorite place, it does the job if you need a decent spot for a pizza pie. Crust is my biggest issue. Very bland in my opinion, and dry. Doesn't have that good 'chew' I like in my pizza crust. Topping options are great! My personal go to is pepperoni, artichoke, onion and jalapeño. Customer service is spotty. I've had great experiences and I've had some not so great experiences, really just depends on the day. Last time I ordered from here I placed my order over the phone at 6:30pm and was told 25 minutes. My dad went up to grab the pizza at 7pm and he was told there was no order placed. He called me, confirmed he was at the right pizza spot and I said he was. The guy was arguing with him there was no order under my name. Two minutes later a lady walked out from the back with our pizza. Thing is, as I laughed about with my dad after he got home, I gave my order to a guy over the phone and there was only one man and one woman working... puzzling. Will I be back? Oh my...pass all the other pizza places and go here! We live just 2.3 miles round trip and just to decided to try this place. It is far the best tasting pizza we have found in the Bellevue area. Very fresh and plentiful!! We got a thin crust Italian sausage mushroom, not greasy and not overly spicy. Just perfect. Also got a hand toss as well, veggie pesto pizza! It was to die for! They were both warm when I picked them up. On time, 30 minutes. The owner and assume his son were very friendly. Worth a try and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!! read more

Having to repost this due to Roma complaining to Yelp and having it removed. I just experienced a terrifying road rage incident involving a Roma Pizza driver and a black SUV at while I waited at the Coley Davis intersection. I have no idea what started it, but the SUV turned right into the Subway parking lot and was nearly hit by the Roma driver as he turned from the middle lane to block the SUV. He barely allowed the SUV driver into the parking lot before putting it in reverse and appearing to almost clip a car leaving OCharleys. The Roma driver turned right onto 70 and continued to drive at a high rate of speed. The SUV continued in the parking lot.  I called Roma Pizza to alert the store of their dangerous driver. Apparently their phone line was forwarded to the driver involved, because after he said "Roma Pizza," I said," I want to report that one of your drivers is driving extremely dangerous." The man started yelling at me that I was the driver and had cut him off. He kept repeating "I could shoot you. Why you give me your finger? I can shoot you." I calmly asked him to stop yelling at me but he kept repeating himself. I hung up.  I will never order from Roma and will avoid their drivers, especially small silver/gray, cars. So scary! If the driver of the SUV reads this, I hope you are ok and we're on the phone with the police! (I did try calling the non-emergency number after I hung up from being yelled at, but received an automatic message about a high volume of calls. I said a prayer that it was from everyone else in that intersection!) read more

I think it's time for me to update my review. Since this review we have ordered from them a ton of times. We have not been disappointed once. I will admit I rated them even lower based on the reviews of how awful their customer service was; however, we have not experienced that. I'm assuming if something was wrong with our order it would be a different story but it just hasn't happened yet. They are prompt with their delivery and the food is always fresh and hot. We haven't gotten a pizza since my original so I'm assuming their pizza still isn't great, but the calzones are wonderful. We will continue to order from here. read more

Ordered take out. Got the chicken alfredo penne and a Greek salad. Turned out the pasta actually came with two breadsticks and a little side salad. Service was excellent. An extremely courteous Italian man delivered my food super quickly. He called me ma'am and even bowed and said thank you. Very sweet. The breadsticks were not edible. They were just too plain for my taste. The pasta also lacked flavor, but the salads were a cut above. The servings of both the pasta and salad were great. One tray of pasta made two meals for me. The salad was extremely fresh and was generously topped with olives, feta, and other toppings. The dressing tasted homemade. Will I order again? Yeah, probably. read more

An reference the fact that their website boasts: "Founded...by...a professional baker in the old country, whose combined experience in the food business is twenty years" Ordered through Yelp and damn near called to cancel when the 60-70 minute estimate popped up, but the thoughts of the "Massive, Massive, and Massive amounts of pepperoni" told me it'd be worth the wait. Ran some errands and got there 40 minutes after placing the order in hopes it'd be done sooner...and apparently it had. Now, not checking the order is on me, but when I got home, I was pretty bummed out to find a pepperoni-less, oddly cut pizza on an expired-Boboli-quality crust that tepid at best...because most of the heat that had been in the pizza was transferred to the bland salad that stored on top of the box. I'm not even going get started on the dressing. Unfortunately, they didn't put the tiramisu on the pizza, because it was still frozen , an as such, bland when I had a bite before tossing it. I moved to the bellevue area about a year ago and one of my major complaints was the lack of decent pizza in the area. One day I was really wanting some chicken alfredo and on an offhand google search I found Roma Pizza & Pasta. Sweet baby Jesus, this place is freaking amazing. I usually only use Yelp to find places and had to actually sign up to review because the meal today sealed the deal. I've had their sandwiches, pastas, calzones, and finally pizza, and everything is so good. I was really reluctant to get the pizza because on the delivery site it's a picture of thin crust which I'm not a giant fan of. Nope, hand-tossed deliciousness. I've probably ordered delivery about 4 times in the last month since finding this place and every single time it has been consistently good. Delivery guys are always cheerful and even came out when everything was frozen off a few weeks ago! No one else would drive through the snow but Roma was there like a pizza-masked super hero, bringing me food during my plight. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich is probably the best buffalo chicken sandwich you will ever have. 11/10. read more

The food was OK, and the employee was nice. but the toilet looked horrible, I can understand that might not be their fault, but it looked like it had looked like that for a while, the smell was also horrible. Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sub, Meat ball Sub and pizza. NO meat on the sandwiches!! It was all bread! My husband asked me why I ordered a bread sandwich. I was working on some projects at home and I ordered three large two topping pizzas from Roma on the advice of someone close to me. I was told that Roma's pizza was better than Papa John's or Domino's. Well, maybe other locations are better but the Roma Pizza that delivers to Bellevue sucks. The pies arrived quickly and were hot but where in the heck were the toppings? You couldn't see the Italian sausage because there was so little of it. It looked like there might have been half a handful on a 14" pie. Same thing with the Canadian Bacon on my other pie.The pies would have been great had they had a reasonable amount of toppings on them. i really felt ripped off and wont order there again. We ordered a chicken sub, there was so little in it, it was a joke. Also ordered meat tortellini- i couldnt believe when i opened the tin and saw one thin layer of tortelli at the bottom. They were small and overcooked. It's the first time iv'e ever ordered from an Italian place and not received a full tin of pasta. Went into this place around Christmas. Seriously gross. Inside is not kept up and I made the mistake of eating their pizza. I got sick as did others who ate it as well. The tiramisu was terrible. And to top it off it was frozen in the middle and the whole thing tasted freezer burnt. We called about this because what we paid for and what we got were far and away from what we got.
