This is a lovely old building in the heart of downtown Syracuse which is probably most famous these days for being the epicenter for the ghost walks. It's great that they organize them and have jumped on the massive popularity of these things all over the world. There are a few exhibits highlighting points of history like the history of industry and past factories, women's rights, and wine production. Well, all that was great, but there's a ledge in front of the seats, and I'm too short to see over it, lol! I had to lean forward to see everything. Luckily it was just one person. The seats are really nice and are comfortable. However, the wall in front of you is very close, and there's not much room for your legs and feet. My husband is tall, and his knees were right up against it. It's a nice venue. It's not very big, and not a lot of big names come here, but it's nice if someone you like does. There were TVs on the side of the stage that also had a very nice picture. There was a line for drinks. It was $11 for a mixed drink, and like $25 for rum punch and some other stuff.

Overall this is a great venue. However for me, this will always be the Carrier dome, I know it…read morechanged in 2022... but since 1980 it was always I'll see you at the dome home of the Syracuse Orange. There's been a few changes over the years, I'm not a fan of all tickets are now paperless... there's always a few people holding up the line struggling to pull up their tickets. For me I liked to keep my ticket stubs from the events.... Security personnel have always been nice and easy to work with. Ushers for different events are ok, sometimes they need help for the different seating arrangements. We had floor seats for a basketball game and we had to go through three different ushers because they didn't know where we should go. Football games are great, not a bad seat. Basketball is a bit different, I will only go if I have floor seats. The court distance to the seats are too far for me. Over the years I've seen a few concerts, usually they are pretty good.
