The school administration and handling of families, schedules and financial accounts warrant 0 stars. Be very wary of what classes you sign up for, as they may arbitrarily change the class timing, and keep your entire payment, regardless of whether you attend a class. We had signed up for the Summer Creative Movement class which was scheduled for Wednesday 5:45 - 6:30pm. After the sign up process was done, the timing for the Summer class was arbitrarily changed to a later evening time which we could not attend. Given that the new timing for the class was not one that we could attend, we had to withdraw from the class. We were provided an email note stating that our account would carry a credit of $70 at the time. After about 3 months of following up by email and phone, they have refused to return our monies for the class that we physically could not attend. There should have been an exception made in this scenario as the change in class time was completely beyond our control. However, they've refused to provide a fair resolution to the matter. My recommendation, stay away. There are plenty of dance studios to choose from and this in one that I will not be recommending to friends or family.

The nurturing environment teaches the students not only how to dance, but to become an artist. I personally cannot express how much I have learned from the staff at this studio. I have gotten into NYSSSA (New York State Summer School of the Arts) and without the guidance of the amazing teachers, I would never be where I am today. This school teaches many lessons to benefit the dancer inside and outside of the studio. If you are looking for a nurturing learning environment to bring out the inner dancer and artist, this is the best place!

This is one of the best concert venues in Upstate New York. The location is superb, with excellent…read moreview on the Onondaga Lake sunset. Acoustics are outstanding everywhere, including lawn seats. Venue: The venue is a combined under-the-roof ~5,000 seats amphitheater plus a very large lawn with enough space for approx. 15,000 people. Historically, BYO Chairs was the rule, then they changed it to chair rental. Chairs can be reserved and picked up with no hassle for a minimal price. The reason for this change was a very long chair inspection time at security checkpoints. For me rental it is preferable option. You can leave the chairs on the lawn after concert. Lawn seats are a way cheaper than under-the-roof seats, typically well below $100, and the acoustics are outstanding. With huge overhead jumbotrons the experience is very rewarding. Having used both indoor and outdoor seating on multiple occasions I would recommend lawn seats for budget-sensitive folks. Under-the-roof space has ample wheelchair area with outstanding access. Parking: it is paid. Getting a ticket is a breeze with hordes of attendants in multiple lanes. Parking is an open-space, one-level asphalt lot, very standard, with diagonal slots of good size. Location poles are plentiful. The lot is VERY large, and I would recommend taking a pic of your parking spot and the pole sign. The size is a bit overwhelming, but it has to accommodate 15,000+ cars! Think 3-4 times a large supermarket parking. Getting in is very easy, getting out is obviously harder but I have seen worse. Lot of police officers directing traffic. My typical experience is ~15 minutes to highway exit. Interstate highway - not a jammed local road! I don't understand all the complaints about parking; it is pretty standard and, comparatively, better than other venues I visited. For those who cannot tolerate walking I recommend a VIP parking space ty[ically priced at ~$15 extra. Otherwise, you get what you paid for. Getting in: If you park in the lot closest to the venue it takes 5-7 minutes to get to security. Remote parking spots may easily add 10 minutes extra walk. Security: 6-8 lanes plus an express lane for "no baggers". It is brisk. From the checkpoint there is a few minutes' walk (200 yards?) to ticket check, no wait time at all. Then another walk about same distance. Chair pick-up next to the lawn corner is unproblematic. Few drink-and-foot stands along the path, typically uncrowded. Overall, entering the venue is a smooth experience with no friction points IHMO. Restrooms: there is an endless line of portapots on top of the lawn and several other locations. Don't count on an indoor restroom although there are a few in the main building. It is an outdoor concert, FTGS! Food and Drink: forgettable and astronomically priced. Standard American picnic fare. Bear bottle can easily cost $10+. Or more. Water bottle $6+. I suspect vendors pay a very hefty license fees. Onondaga County must get their share so it is best to come after dinner. Leaving after concert: This is a bit of a challenge. One needs to walk back the path inside the venue. It is a chokepoint and it gets VERY crowded. A lot of body contact in a slow-walking throng. Plan for 10 minutes at the least. Shenanigans: I have never experienced any questionable behavior. The crowd is friendly and relaxed. Getting drunk on the premises is unlikely (cost!) without some liquor smuggling. Parking exit is very orderly. In summary, this is very nice venue with a lot of upsides and some quirks.

Fortunately she is an avid concert goer and had us in and parked in about twenty minutes. The concert was for sold out Jelly Roll. We were parked by 545 with a start time of 7pm for opening act. We brought a cooler and a pizza for preconcert tailgate. We were overjoyed they had clean porta potty's nearby! We headed into amphitheater around 7pm. It's a long walk, even with very early arrival we were parked approximately five lots out. It was $100 for VIP Parking Pass. No thx! Must have clear bag or wristlet only. Security checks were quick and easy entrance. Many areas to purchase drinks, and food trucks. Beverages $18 and up bring ID. Beautiful view of the lake and sunset. We were able to get towards the front of lawn area, with standing room only. Jelly Roll put on a great show, class act! Large bathroom facility at the bottom of the hill. We stayed until the end, waiting for Jelly Roll's top hits. The walk back to the lot was long and arduous but we made it in good time. Be aware of surroundings and markers for parking! My seasoned concert gal had us out of there in minutes, I kid you not! Home in no time! I'm looking forward to attending more events at this venue!

My girls have developed a love for dance because of this studio and all the instructors. The owner is very knowledgeable as well as very personable. I highly recommend the studio whether your child wants to do dance for fun or take it more seriously, this is a great school to attend.

The first day when I pulled up 15 minutes early my 6 year old was already waiting in the parking lot for me. She had taken the wrong class and gotten out early. No one noticed she was in the wrong class and no one noticed her walk out the building or her waiting in the parking lot area alone. Then on another occasion she was dared by an older kid to go outside naked she did and again no one noticed a her go outside even naked. I should have known better than to let her be there on her own shame on me I won't do that anymore. The parking lot is muddy a large part of the year that's hard on shoes and vehicle interior. There's no large viewing window. There's a window in the door you can look through but you risk getting hit by the door, being in the way and other parents are also trying to look through the window. The cost is about 85$ a quarter and the class is about 40 minutes long once a week we did a recital of the Nutcracker last winter it was performed at Cayuga College. The Spring performance is going to be Wizard of Oz. This is a revision review as the owner did call me today to introduce herself to me and also to address these issues. She also let me know I had the cost wrong on my old review I fixed it now to reflect the correct price.
