My husband and I visited Sidecar Social on Saturday, July 25, for our monthly date night. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and immediately enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the back area. We played Skee-Ball, had a drink, and ordered the Dip Trio, which was excellent. After walking out, we decided to stay longer after noticing the boxing match was showing on the patio and there was available seating. We were informed there was only one server, and we were happy to be patient. Our server was kind and attentive throughout. However, when we went to pay, our credit card was missing from the receipt holder when returned. After about 45 minutes of searching, it still had not been found. We were disappointed that no manager proactively checked in during this time, and we had to request one ourselves. While an apology was given, there was little effort to resolve the situation or assist further. The missing card caused significant inconvenience, as it is our primary card for household expenses. We had to cancel it and update multiple accounts, and we were unable to continue our planned evening. I understand mistakes happen but my concern is with how the situation was handled by management as well as the server, as a quicker or more proactive response, and being more careful would have made a difference. Had a cool visit to this massive sports bar. The greatest part are the screens. Massive screens and multiple TVs everywhere for your viewing pleasure. Establishment was clean and the vibe was very upbeat and sports forward. If you want to watch a game this is the place to be. Unfortunately the drinks were just mid. Dirty martini was sub par at best. They had lots of beer on tap, but I don't drink beer. The queso was mid. Also it was so spicy that I had to send it back... couldn't eat it. And the chips didn't taste fresh made in house. Chili's is better. Also had the flatbread pizza. It was pretty good but nothing to run back for. The wings were good. They were jam packed so service was slow. We gave grace because we knew it was packed so I still will give a 4. I came here with a couple of my work friends after professional development day. It was a nice, sunny day so we sat outside. As we were escorted outside, the restaurant looked very clean and organized. We ordered the ocean water tower. This was dangerous because we couldn't taste any alcohol! We also ordered the All Out Sampler and chips and salsa. It was a nice size for our group and it was enough for us to share. We had great conversations, great drinks, and great food. Went looking for the bathrooms and spied a whole other area with basketball hoops, ski ball, and another huge bar, but the bathrooms...... The womens says "blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah" more times, but the men's says "blah". so funny. But that's not all... It was a slow Monday night around 7PM with no events, so we got a seat at the bar to have a few drinks and order some food. The beer selection was alright, with little options for an IPA. The bartender was great and let us catch up over a cold beer. I ordered the Shaved Ribeye Dip that was topped with caramelized peppers & onions and melted provolone cheese, served with horseradish aioli and au jus for dipping. We sat at the large bar area on the side and had a great view to several games. The server was quick and courteous and brought waters with her for the greeting, nice touch. We started with some Spinach Artichoke Dip Mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, cream cheese, served with tortilla chips - creamy and fresh very tasty ($11.50) We also shared a Shaved Ribeye Dip which consisted of well seasoned, tender Shaved ribeye topped with caramelized peppers & onions and melted provolone cheese, served with horseradish aioli and au jus for dipping ($16.50) we dug into that quickly, no pics. Amazing place to celebrate a coworkers birthday when working on the road. Love band karaoke is awesome and not sure I will ever want to watch non-live band karaoke again. This was so much fun and entertaining. The drinks and bartenders are awesome and a bit flirty as most good female bartenders are. The free throw basketball is definitely a big hit and good way to have a drinking competition. The dart boards are nice and well lit with decent darts not beat to hell like most places. I was treated horribly at this location.. upon entering with my friend, I was told I couldn't come in because I didn't look like me on my ID????? The Manager finally let us in AFTER another lady told us we could. Everything else was fine we loved our bartender, she had red hair & is so sweet! I did drink a bit too much on an empty stomach so it was time to go lol. We, on our own, started walking outside knowing we were done for the night. While waiting for our Uber, she unnecessarily comes outside & tells us to not come back in tonight and was a real bitch about it. I don't remember much that night but she wouldn't let us get any water. I'm so thankful a couple was there when this happened, they saw and heard everything. They stayed with us for about 25 mins until the Uber showed up. The manager is horrible. Knowing you're working at a bar, why would you EVER make two drunk & vulnerable girls sit outside?!?????
