I've been coming to this location for a while, and unfortunately, it has usually been slow, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I arrived about 30 minutes after placing my order and was told it still wasn't ready. I came back approximately 45 minutes later and checked again, only to be told I would need to wait another 30 minutes. That is an unreasonable amount of time for a three-item online order. What made the experience even worse was what I witnessed while waiting. One employee was shouting profanities at a coworker and became physically aggressive, grabbing the coworker by his shirt and shoving him with his fists. I was later told that he was apparently reenacting what a day supervisor had done to him earlier in the shift. Regardless of the explanation, witnessing this level of aggression and profanity in front of customers was extremely disturbing and completely inappropriate for a workplace. There appear to be serious issues at this location--not just with excessive wait times and order management, but also with employee conduct and workplace behavior. Management needs to step up, investigate what is happening at this store, and address these issues. Customers should not have to wait well over an hour for a three-item order or be subjected to shouting, profanity, and physical aggression while doing so. Another issue is there is an additional cost if you order online. Also, if you call in the order, it is taken by an AI bot type service and the price is higher than online. Ridiculous. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and makes meaningful changes.
