There isn't a whole lot of waiting room and the half table attached to the wall next to the straw box felt flimsy- y'all might want to check on that before it falls off on someone. When the drinks were finally ready, she pushed the drinks closer to me and handed me two bags with cupholders inside for me to pack. We also have to grab our own straws and napkins on the side which caused some chaos with other patrons. At the Westlake location, you can see an entire team working together and hustling all day. They work fast, work together and hand out drink orders in bags with straws and smiles. Thankfully the drinks tasted consistent, but I'll be ordering from Westlake from now on.
