Also, they don't accept gift cards at this airport location. The hot breakfast wrap with bacon was served warm, as it had been kept in foil under a heat lamp, but clearly it was sitting in the display case for quite a while. It tasted old. And the drink I got was the worst I ever had at Peet's, of all the locations I've been to in my entire life. Though I paid for extra chocolate, they put less than even a regular iced mocha, and the workers ignore you if you need help, so I couldn't even get this resolved. I understand they were busy, but there was a total lack of customer service here. I don't need friendly workers as long as you get the order right. They failed on all levels. Terrible way to start my day. It's good I was heading toward good food and drinks in Arizona for my quick weekend getaway. Avoid this Peet's at SFO if possible. There are much better options nearby, including Green Beans Coffee if you walk toward Terminal F.
