Spent a night at this extended stay motel. Booking.com reviews probably a bit more balanced than Yelp. Otherwise may have stayed in another town. Most of the motels were rated 2 or less. Good news was the price was very reasonable , the bed was comfortable, A/C was adequate, and the flat screen TV and refrigerator worked. No issues with internet. Kitchenette had no dishware, stopper in bathroom sink did not open, fridge needed defrosting. They require a $100 deposit for breakage or to float the interest. Check in hours are limited. read more

Paid for a week stay. My vehicle was towed while I was asleep. No notice was given about vehicles needing to move. I ended up paying towing fee and getting my truck back. Don't stay here the rooms are awful and the management is terrible. read more

While I was asleep, the on-duty hotel security guard unlocked my door and creeped in the door a litttle after midnight. We didn't know who he was or why he was in our room standing over our bed. It woke us up when he came in. Startled, my husband jumped from bed and shouted at him and the security guard fled. We called hotel security and the same guy came back. It was horrible! (FYI, no phone in the room) The security guy claimed he didn't know we were in the room! WTF???? Is this how things are done at this hotel? Was he there to rob us? Was he there to hurt us? We will never know because we caught him sneaking through the door before any damage happened. How would you like to wake up and see a man standing over your bed? What would you think? This hotel does not feel safe. I feel violated! My privacy was compromised. My safety was jeopardized. Stay at this hotel and you might get hurt in your sleep by the psycho staff. We stayed at Seigle suites in Casa Grande Arizona for a little over a month while waiting for our apartment to be ready. We were on the first floor. Every day the people above us, who incidentally have been their for 2 years, constantly bang on the floor and allowed their toddler to run and bang on the floor until 2am EVERY NIGHT. We made complaint after complaint and nothing was done. In fact, they threatened to throw us out if we complained anymore. This wasn't just a little noise. This sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling! The rooms are cheap and stink. They're also very small. The beds are uncomfortable. There is no maid service, and the staff just doesn't care. This place is nothing like advertised. The police are called there often. I can't believe someone would live there for 2 years! I highly suggest that you don't stay there! You won't get any rest and will have to deal with a lot of stupid crap! If I could give no stars I would! read more

Read the fine print, office closes at 7pm and you are out of luck until you call a number out of state and wait 35 minutes for security to come check you in. He was on the back side of hotel breaking up a fight. He should of been out front stopping the drug deals I witnessed while waiting. No exaggeration!! I just want to start this by saying I am NOT a picky hotel guest. It takes a whole lot for me to really bash a hotel. But this hotel is the MOST DISGUSTING place I have ever stepped foot in. We booked a night here for a trip to Country Thunder. We checked into the hotel in the morning before the concert because we had been informed about their shitty after-hours check in process. When we checked in, we made the mistake of not checking out our room while the office staff was still there. When we did finally enter our room around 1am, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned since the last guest left. The bed was clearly slept in, the trash can was completely full, and there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. Worst of all was the weird spot on the pillow case and the fact that there were dead skin flakes literally ALL OVER the room. There was absolutely nothing that could be done because the office was closed until the morning. We had no where else to stay so we took all the sheets off the mattress and slept. In hindsight, we probably should have just slept in our car because there is no guarantee that we haven't contracted some kind of disease from the place. When I went into the office to check out in the morning I showed the employee the pictures I had taken of the room. She immediately issued a refund. (I don't think I would have walked out of there without one.) Moral of the story: GET A DIFFERENT HOTEL. read more

This place is a nightmare. Don't think you're getting any kind of deal. This is a government half-way house with addicts staying here. The online pictures are completely deceptive. The rooms look nothing like they show; they're cracker boxes. There are no dishes, utensils or anything else. They charge for the 'available' wi-fi. You can't check out if you're dissatisfied. We've tried three telephone numbers and can't get a human being to answer; also tried email, which finally got me someone from their Las Vegas corporate office, who seemed like he'd be helpful. The desk clerk is absolutely no help whatsoever. Dog feces were left on the stairs over 24 hours after being told about them. TV had a virtually unwatchable distorted picture. AFTER you've paid and signed they give you a receipt stating no refund, when there is absolutely no mention of this anywhere beforehand. ***Update*** After being guaranteed our money back, it's been over a week and we've yet to see it! Getting the run around from management. ***2nd Update*** Almost two weeks we received our refund. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Not only were my elderly, handicapped grandparents bullied, taken advantage of, and forced to wait over 2 hours past their check in time to get the handicapped/accessible room they requested. But a woman claiming to be the manager repeatedly told them how much of an inconvenience their request was, how it is policy to NEVER call guests ahead to let them know about their room, but that accessibility requests in general are NOT accepted. These are elderly, handicapped people & one of which has cancer. On top of all of this THEIR OVERHEAD KITCHEN LIGHT FELL ON MY NANA's HEAD once she finally got into the room. Absolutely unacceptable & disgusting. Horrible management and overall property. Literally falling apart on its guests. How dare they make disabled guests an "inconvenience". We stayed there about 2 months (would've stayed longer) and we're treated like complete garbage! Not only was I attacked by a dog, my wife and I were completely victimized by the weekend manager! We received a knock on our door accusing me of yelling and using obscenities. This is a total fabrication! And I will testify in court stating that! She completely dismissed my wife (she'll say the same as this review) and her employee that was with her was acting like we're trash. We did nothing of the sort! In actuality there was more yelling and fighting coming from other units, not us. We wanted to live in peace. But alas, management will believe what they hear despite actual facts. The regular manager is tone deaf to anybody's word except her employees, and I feel bad for the desk staff there. They're actually very nice people and have to endure all the nonsense managers put on them. I hope they find better jobs elsewhere, they don't deserve the abuse they get. Hands down, 1 star is very generous. Management and owners do not care about the people, only the money. There was actually a couple other guests we overheard complaining about the way they do business. They won't even return any monies owed the tenants after they leave! Siegel needs to be shut down! Or at least hire more customer service oriented people and stop targeting whoever they don't like. We've seen it and experienced it. read more

The room had very poor lighting; water pressure was very low in the shower. The elevator closest to our room, was out of order (had been out of order for awhile, according to one of the maintenance workers), so we had to lug our suitcases up stairs. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for many reasons. beginning with the reservation, I was quotes $100 per night, so since that beat the Super 8 across the street, I accepted. But after my stay, the final bill was $140 per night. And I never received a single confirmation or communication. of any type. Then when I arrived at 8pm, the office was closed (closes at 5pm surprisingly) and no one would answer any of the phone numbers available online. I found an emergency number that threatened a $100 charge that finally got me checked in an hour later. Then the room is more fit for a meth binge as many of the people staying there looked like they had been indulging in. When i checked out during office hour, the office was still locked with no one answering the phones again, so I was forced to just leave me key in the room and leave without checking out in person. I now realize that was so they could increase the price of the reservation 50% without me there to complain. then when I called to question the inflated charge, they were very rude and mean to me saying that it was my fault I got charged more without a reason offered. This place is a scam at best and an awful hotel in the end. read more

Found this place on booking.com and it honestly sounded really good with what was offered and the price. Stayed here for two nights and honestly I won't come here again. First of all, the pics are a lie. Looks bright and shiny but once you go to the room buildings it's kind of ghetto looking. Secondly if your not an extended stay resident, you can't use the main pool and hot tub. It's private for those members only. The pool you do get to use is on the other half of the property with creepy overweight men staring at you from the balcony as they vape. There is also quite a bit of noise from the families living here. (Usually adults arguing but couldn't understand what it was about) Then there is the 7.00 charge a day if you want to connect to WiFi. Ended up just using my phone as a hot spot to do homework. Pay a bit extra for another place. I hear the comfort inn down the road is the place to be. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! You would be better sleeping in your car! We have stayed here once before and it was sketchy but we thought we could suffer for the price. The second time, we made a reservation here at 4:25 pm, the day we would be checking in (their office closes at 7 pm) and arrived at 10:30 pm to check in. When we got there the after hours security guard said no one left him any papers for our reservation, despite the confirmation email we had, he had no way to use the computers to check us in or access our bookings. We were turned away and at 11 pm had to go and try to find another hotel. I have no idea if I will be refunded what I paid to reserved the room. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to get a room somewhere where they at least they have the staff and technology available to figure out a reservation. If I could give this place a zero I would. I showed up to check in after booking through booking.com and when I walked in the first room it was dirty and smelled. I went back to the office the lady at the front gave me another room and apologized even though she acted like I was an inconvenience. I walked in that room it was again dirty and smelled. I went back to the front office and she had the "general manager" waiting at the front and said "this is her" and he was rude to me when I asked him how I should go about getting a refund and honestly I didn't care about the refund as much as them charging my card they took when I checked in. He assured me my card wouldn't be charged anything and I needed to call booking.com so I was able to cancel and get refunded. The pictures and rating on booking.com were 110% false and I wish I would have looked on Yelp first and not even have wasted my time. read more

the price it right for what you get here. I have stayed here twice and will most likely stay here again. Each room is a studio so you have access to a kitchen which saves a little and also means you don't have to eat out for every single meal. I do with they had dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. They do have a coffee maker. This time around the bed was not as comfortable but it still did the trick. I have lived here as a resident for over 4 years. The staff is impolite and in everyone's business. Just yesterday when I was doing laundry a young women took my clothes from the washer and tried to put hers in. When I caught her, she threw a fit, mind you there were two free washers in the room. Her husband came in and attacked my fiancé - whoe defended himself (successfully). We then learned he was the SECURITY GUARD. That's right, the security guard assaulted my fiancé. The manager told us everything was good, my fiancé and this so-called security guard shook hands and said sorry. Today we find out we are getting evicted. Four years, never a late or missed payment. No complaints or issues, until their hothead security guard decided to attack people. I am now convinced that the other stories I have heard from residents and employees are true. This is NOT a safe place to live. The security is a joke, apparently all of the cameras are fake (which I learned when I advised the manager that he could check the camera and see exactly what happened). I have called corporate with no response. The regional manager was flip and confrontational. Nobody should stay here. read more

"Flophouse for Cigarette Addicts" I have lived in this extended stay motel for some time now. First, the good: The rooms have been simple and adequately furnished. The bad: There is so much cigarette smoking everywhere on the property that the place is referred to as "The pre-cancer ward for the Casa Grande Medical Center. Re. the good: The maintenance guy is very competent. One of the housekeepers (I've only met one) is a person who makes you feel like you're living at home rather than in some empty room on the road. As well, the place is relatively inexpensive. Re. the bad: Nearly everyone, including all but one of the managers, smokes cigarettes. There is a no-smoking-in-the-room policy stated when you arrive. I have complained throughout my entire stay to the managers and even the vice president of Siegel Suites that people living on all sides of my room smoke. Since the rooms are poorly insulated, the smoke travels into the room from all directions and smells terrible. No manager has yet confronted, fined, or removed any person for smoking inside. A manager told me that they don't have the legal grounds to actually fine a person because it would be difficult to prove. I checked with the county dept. of health. They do have the legal right. There are coffee cans and sawed off soda bottles sitting outside many rooms that are filled with cigarette butts, and most of the property is littered with trash and other cigarette stubs. On weekends or during the evening, people often lean over the balcony railings or sit slumped outside their rooms in a sort of stupor, cigarettes dangling from their fingertips, giving the appearance of a heroin junkie flophouse for smoking addicts. A/C's from most rooms blow cigarette smoke out at all times of day and night. The outdoor smell of smoke has made it impossible for me to stand along the balcony and enjoy the desert air. Forced to remain indoors, I have taped up electrical outlets so as to minimize the smoke from other apartments. The walkways are rarely cleaned. Since many pigeons leave their droppings there, it's also been called the "Sea Gull Suites." It's interesting that there is not one perimeter photo on the website of the five, three-story tenement like buildings that house the hundreds of rooms here. I have seen gang activity in which rival gangs chase each other up and down the stairs late at night. Police are regular visitors here, sometimes breaking up a disturbance or removing an unruly tenant. I would not recommend this as a safe place for children because of the excessive tobacco use, the lack of regular trash pickup in the parking lot and walkways, as well as the potential for more gang violence. To be fair to the staff, this place, for its size, is understaffed. On the other hand, after staying here for some time I had expected the staff to at least once back up their no smoking policy. If you are concerned about your health or safety and can afford to pay slightly more for a room somewhere else, I'd suggest you do so. There is a no smoking, long term stay motel just down the road that does not put up with any smoking...ever. read more

First of all they advertise a flat screen television in each room and a fitness center. We have a small regular old-fashioned tv and the fitness center is closed. Our refrigerator didn't work and didn't get replaced until a few days later. Long enough for our food to spoil. No one offered to reimburse us for the loss of our food. No one offered us a discount because of the lack of the flat screen tv or the fitness center. In fact, no one even told us about these things. We had to find out on our own. Wish I could give this 0 stars. There were 2 bags of dirty linens on and near the bed when we got to our room. Trash in the night stand, dead flies in the bathroom. No toilet paper or wifi password. The room is a lot smaller than it looks in their pictures. Our key would not work on multiple occasions, apparently their keys are so sensitive that if it is near your phone, purse, or wallet, it will stop working and you will have to take it to the front office to have it reprogrammed. Which will be a problem if you are out past 10 because that's when their office closes and their staff goes home? We booked the room on Expedia and when we checked in we were told to go back to the office in the morning to sign paperwork because the manager had already left and it couldn't be done at the time of check in. Live there for over a year with the new management taking over good people that work to live there are being kicked out for no reason!! Was asked about my dog she is a service animail was told to either get rid of her or we all get out provided paperwork then for the management doing this for 15 year he had to find another way to kick us out. My door was kicked in with the police coming and getting the person management did nothing to fix it. 2 month later Alonzo big funny no knowing how to treat people nor does he trust anyone his words found a way to kick me!! There is no compassion there and he will listen to any crazy person before he would listen to a Honest hard working person who never paid rent later!!
