Might have been about the worst place we have stayed . Dirty inside and out. The smoke detector chose to start chirping in the middle of the night . There was barely any water pressure in the shower and took forever to get warm weather. They keys kept failing . The freezer was not useable as it was in dire need of defrosting .

While I was asleep, the on-duty hotel security guard unlocked my door and creeped in the door a litttle after midnight. We didn't know who he was or why he was in our room standing over our bed. It woke us up when he came in. Startled, my husband jumped from bed and shouted at him and the security guard fled. We called hotel security and the same guy came back. It was horrible! (FYI, no phone in the room) The security guy claimed he didn't know we were in the room! WTF???? Is this how things are done at this hotel? Was he there to rob us? Was he there to hurt us? We will never know because we caught him sneaking through the door before any damage happened. How would you like to wake up and see a man standing over your bed? What would you think? This hotel does not feel safe. I feel violated! My privacy was compromised. My safety was jeopardized. Stay at this hotel and you might get hurt in your sleep by the psycho staff. (It's similar to Hollywoods Bates Motel) You never know!

Let me start by saying I did not read my yelp reviews!!! The wife booked this place on one of her motel sites and the pics were a lie. Read the fine print, office closes at 7pm and you are out of luck until you call a number out of state and wait 35 minutes for security to come check you in. He was on the back side of hotel breaking up a fight. He should of been out front stopping the drug deals I witnessed while waiting. No exaggeration!! Room was horrible bed was disgusting and we did not even put our bags down, walked back to the truck and booked down the street.. Will not make the mistake again.. READ THE REVIEWS!!!

I just want to start this by saying I am NOT a picky hotel guest. It takes a whole lot for me to really bash a hotel. But this hotel is the MOST DISGUSTING place I have ever stepped foot in. We booked a night here for a trip to Country Thunder. We checked into the hotel in the morning before the concert because we had been informed about their shitty after-hours check in process. When we checked in, we made the mistake of not checking out our room while the office staff was still there. When we did finally enter our room around 1am, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned since the last guest left. The bed was clearly slept in, the trash can was completely full, and there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. Worst of all was the weird spot on the pillow case and the fact that there were dead skin flakes literally ALL OVER the room. There was absolutely nothing that could be done because the office was closed until the morning. We had no where else to stay so we took all the sheets off the mattress and slept. In hindsight, we probably should have just slept in our car because there is no guarantee that we haven't contracted some kind of disease from the place. When I went into the office to check out in the morning I showed the employee the pictures I had taken of the room. She immediately issued a refund. (I don't think I would have walked out of there without one.) Moral of the story: GET A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

I like it for temporary living. Nice staff. I wish they had it in the Phoenix area but it's a beautiful town with a big city feel!

Would give a zero if I could. Their hotels are dirty and trashy. Not worth the time. Owner does not card about the property.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL…read more DATE OF VISIT & LOCATION: I visited Arizona in June 2026 and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Casa Grande located at 805 N Cacheris Ct for two weeks. ROOMS: The rooms are adequate but starting to show signs of age with multiple layers of paint. This place looks a little old. There is a mini fridge but the one in my room was dirty, broken and iced over that nothing could fit inside. There was an issue because the mini fridge looked like you need a chisel to remove the block of ice that had formed inside. PARKING & PROPERTY: The parking lot is very small. The outside plants are all dying. Holiday Inn needs to treat the front area because I saw bugs out front. LACK OF CLEANLINESS: The room that I was assigned had dead bugs on the floor and trash under the bed when I arrived. The cleaning staff never vacuumed because if they did, they would have removed the bugs. The cleaning staff never put wash cloths, toilet paper or stocked the toiletries in the room resulting in me having to constantly ask for wash cloths, toilet paper, tissues and trash bags. Please note that I did not have a do not disturb sign on the door and I was out working 24 hours a day leaving ample time for staff to clean and stick the room. After I mentioned that there were bugs in my room, the manager reportedly put in an order for a full cleaning. I put notes on the floor near the places where there were bugs and trash. After that I returned to find the bed made and the bugs removed. However, the cleaning staff did not leave any toilet paper or towels. Again, I had to request face towels and a bath towel because during the clean g the cleaning staff had apparently removed everything from the room but did not replace anything. After all of that, there were still more bugs because this place seems to have a problem. They need to exterminate around the building more to keep bugs out of the guest rooms. Holiday, please do better. DIRTY POOL: This hotel made a gross error if old ting a large tree over their pool they constantly drops leaves. As a result, the pool is constantly littered with leaves and the staff only cleans it once a day. It was so hot while I was there so it made it impossible for anyone to use the pool in the day after the 1 time cleaning. At night when it cooled down the pool was too dirty to use and since it closed at 9 pm there was not much time to use it. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF: There is young woman at the front desk who wears glasses and had long brunette hair. She is most pleasant snd professional. She tries her best to accommodate customers and suggest solutions. Unfortunately, there is an OLDER WOMAN who is sometimes there in the day and evening. She is usually dressed sloppily, and not at all professional. She makes no attempt to hear customers or make suggestions for resolutions. She is constantly grimacing and she is extremely rigid and very short and rude with customers. The male manager is also very short and rude. The lady who prepares breakfast was always very kind and on time but she too is unprofessional if a customer frustrates her by not following her rules. There was one morning that I observed her berate a customer in front of others because he failed to use the tongues to pick up his bagel. While I too would like to see everyone using tongues for sanitary reasons, I did not think it was appropriate for the breakfast staff to berate the customer do loudly in front of others. FOOD: The breakfast is included and very decent but not for the health conscious. The hot breakfast changes slightly each day. It usually consists of bacon or link sausages, premade mini omelets, frozen home fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and oatmeal with multiple available toppings. There are also a few cold cereals, cold boiled eggs, bagels, low quality muffins, cinnamon buns, and English muffins. You can also make hot pancakes if you choose. There are very few fruit options. However, if you are not there for breakfast you can ask them to prepare you a to go breakfast which is usually a bag with a bagel and cream cheese and a yogurt or fruit snd milk. The breakfast area has a coffee machine so you can make coffee, capuchin, hot chocolate anytime of the day and sit in the breakfast tv area and drink it or take it with you. The eating tea is pretty nice but the sofas are cheap and when you sit in one it almost sinks to the floor. So if you are pregnant or elderly, I suggest you sit in one of the cereal chairs instead. BATHROOMS: The hall bathroom on the main floor is clean and nice. GYM: Barebones. I do not know if this should be called a gym. It has only a couple of pieces of equipment. However, it is clean. CONVENIENCE: The only really good thing about this hotel is that it is minutes away from everything to include Walmart, Target, movie theater, shopping, eateries, drugstores and more. I don't like IHOP, but if you do, you can walk a few steps and it's right there.

It's dated and our sink faucet wasn't tightened down enough. Just a tip, sometimes you have to pull the door handle up instead of down to open the door. You have to check in at a kiosk where you talk to a human on the screen who is located Elsewhere. When I asked about staff I was told they were on break. I had trouble getting online and went to the counter a couple of hours later. Still no one. I went back to the kiosk where a woman was asking for help because her GPS brought her to this hotel but she was supposed to be across the street. The kiosk person could not help her. I asked the kiosk person for help with the internet and she read the answer to me - restart my internet. I did it right in front of her, showed her my phone, and that it was not working and she told me again to restart the internet. When I asked when a person would be back at the hotel, she told me the person had just stepped away for a break. When I explained that the person must be on a two hour break... she read another page and explained that no one would be back and that staff had left at 1:00. The doors do not lock at night. It did not feel safe. In the morning, there was some food out out but no bowls or plates. And again, no one around to help. I will not be back and will likely avoid all Super 8s from now on.
