Stayed two nights as I had to be out of my home for maintenance to be done. The staff was very kind, efficient and accommodating to me. The room was clean and appeared to be remodeled. We were in a pickle came down to Arizona during spring training and all hotels were booked or expensive.. as we were driving down the freeway heading to Bisbee and were getting tired.. I had been calling all over we saw a sign on the freeway for the next exit a quality inn We didn't find it right away we stopped at two there hotels and they were hole in the walls one actually wanted $375 a night mind you it was already 10pm We decided to get back on the freeway and had to drive down to make a you turn and we saw the Quality inn yay! Lucky they had one room a bit high in price but it was gonna do Front rest was extremely sweet very helpful Got to our room and it was very nice and cozy Clean! I give this location 5 stars because of the service I recieved here, it was above and beyond, I sincerely appreciated it! My family had to vacate our home for 24 hours on Saturday, as the house was being fumigated. This hotel is located near where we live, and between the businesses that my boys work for, so it was convenient and the price was right. It was very important to stay at a pet friendly location as well. I arrived a few hours prior to their standard check in time. It was going to be very hot that day and I couldn't just hang out somewhere without cooling shelter, it wouldn't have been safe for my animals. Thankfully there was a room available and we were able to get right in. This was a HUGE weight off my shoulders, as it was my biggest worry of the entire weekend. The lady that checked me in was so friendly, her smile lit up her entire face. She put me at ease instantly and I really appreciated her kindness. My room was clean and everything worked as expected. It was wonderful to have a place to stay out of the heat and rest our heads for the night. There is a grassy area over by the pool for my dog to do his business. (Snoop Dawgg was in the house!!!) Thankfully all the people we ran into were friendly as well, Snoop loved everybody! When I took him through the lobby to meet the gal that checked us in, she loved on him, and he loved on her. :) The boys and I walked across the lot to Denny's for dinner, and received a discount on the bill as a hotel guest. That came in very handy! After dinner we walked back to our rooms. My boys, furr kids, and I slept well in the very comfortable beds and enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday morning. This was another benefit of staying here, we could start the day with some food to give us the energy we needed back home later. Check out was very easy and I was on my way back home. From the reviews, it seems like most hotels on this side of Casa Grande have seen better days. This Quality Inn we stayed at was just ok, but only after the initial shock of seeing an awful, Thrift store reject chair! The shower valves could only be operated by strong buff men! But our bed was clean...I inspected it. The bathroom was clean. But it's old. Staff said that Quality Inn management can't give them new decent chairs, so we were stuck with the most awful chair. The best thing? Breakfast! The lady managing the kitchen was absolutely wonderful! The hot breakfast was great! We wanted to use the pool and hot tub....but they were out of order and not clean! First time here, located just west of the freeway between two cotton fields and a Denny's next door. They first gave me a room that was occupied but that sometimes may happen. King size bed, plenty of room, all the expected amenities, clean and reasonable price. The free breakfast was cancelled due to COVID but they provided a discount at Denny's next door. The hotel was in need of a total makeover, the shower didn't work properly. We had a hard time shutting our door. The pool, I had to skim the pool myself. Feathers all over the pool. Put the railing back so I could get in the pool. Breakfast was awful as well as the coffee. The TV , you had to stand right in front of it to change the channels. I found out Expedia charged me $45 on top of what I paid for the hotel. It wasn't worth the money. I would never go back. read more

This place reminds me of the hotels we all used to stay in 25-30 years ago! Everything is very dated from the carpet to the fixtures. But, if you need a place to stay, I could name several others that are worse than this place! The beds are comfortable and the shower was hot! Other than that this is strictly a place to lay your head and leave early the next morning! But, I just don't see why people rave about the breakfast? The food was a standard powdered eggs with thin bacon and make your own waffles type of breakfast??? And the lady was just a standard breakfast attendant? We travel quite a bit for my boyfriend's work and I have been Diamond Choice Privilege Members since 2017. So we have stayed in several Quality Inn hotels across the southeast and west coast. Hand down this location is the best Quality Inn so far. We check-in late Sunday night after driving for 3 days, check-in was quick and easy. The front desk and house staff are very pleasant and helpful. Our room (2 queen beds) is spacious, clean, and well maintained. My only complaint is the mattresses are a bit firmer than I prefer and the pillows are small and kid-size. My family enjoys the daily hot breakfast served daily from 6:30 to 9:30. Breakfast items included made-to-order waffles, scrambled eggs, and real bacon! They also had other items like yogurt, bagels, muffins, hot and cold cereal, juice, and coffee. The Breakfast Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. They don't monitor what you eat, portion sizes, or make you feel bad for getting seconds. The staff didn't question or make us feel bad when I grab an extra yogurt for later. I have stayed in hotels that made me feel like I was a wanted criminal for even attempting to try to get a second serving. Since covid, a lot of the hotels we visited still don't serve breakfast or provide brown grab and go bags which include a microwavable breakfast sandwich, Apple or Banana, and juice. As for the rate my boyfriend's company paid for the hotel so we don't know the nightly rate. When I check the online price last week the range was between $140 - $150 a night. More than I would personally but I was informed by another guest that the hotel is completely booked, which would have explained the high nightly rate. I have no complaints other than the kid-size pillows. I recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting the area. read more

HORRIBLE. First, I'd would like to mention how infested with bugs this place is. Mosquitoes in the showers and around the bedroom and moths crawling around the ceilings. Then, the pillows smelled like they hadn't been cleaned since they opened. When I called to get new ones, I was given one and told that there were no others within this empty hotel. Finally, the stains in the bed! I had what appeared to be blood and other possible body fluids and when I asked for new ones, the hostess laughed at me when I mentioned the blood stains. This hotel is not a very clean hotel to stay at. I checked into my room last night and went into the bathroom to us the toilet and was greeted by cockroaches small and large cockroaches! Also there was hair in my tub like it hasn't even been cleaned! Pain coming off the inside of the bath tub. Hair on the ceiling. Mold on the walls. February 13, 2022 We didn't expect much, ALL of the local hotels looked sketchy online. Didn't have to be nice, just clean. Needless to say, we left almost immediately.I walked into the room and instantly had a physical reaction. Our eyes stung and throats felt scratchy, NO joke I actually got hives. I'm not being dramatic. The room had some type of chemical smell, not Lysol or bleach, not even hospital disinfect. It was like formaldehyde. We opened the window, and door, cranked up the AC, left to talk to the office, the guy was super nice. No other rooms available, I explained I was having a physical reaction and he looked like he was not surprised. Other than the smell, everything else was nasty. Overflowing trash around the property, dirty floors, blood stains, food particles on the drapes, other unknown stains. Ripped bedding, Only positive, the front desk. He knew something is going on in that place but couldn't say. He offered a refund. We went down the street to the Baymont.. And our bags still smell from being in the room for 20 minutes. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY Book at ANY of the other surrounding hotels or even MOTELS If I could give this "establishment" no stars or something far less I would. During these trying times where kindness and human compassion may be all we have I was over looked. Upon attempting to make a dreadful drive from Dallas Texas to San Diego California I made the mistake of booking a stay for a quick rest at this "hotel". I reserved a one night stay at 2am for the 14th through the 15. In my defense it was already technically the 14th. Upon entering the checkin office, not only was the clerk lounging across the lobby couch watching tv, but he was also NOT wearing a mask during these PANDEMIC times where COVID-19 numbers are spiking. The clerk was extremely unhelpful in this simple mistake by not allowing an early Check-in. The only help that was offered by the clerk was to to call a help desk that was obviously closed at 2am. With the last of my hotel money tied into a reservation I couldn't use I was forced to sleep in my car. After getting in touch with the help desk they informed me it was entirely up to the the manager to allow the cancellation. The manager "Ana" was unwilling to accommodate in this extreme circumstance, resulting in me being charged $70 for a room I NEVER even stayed at. read more

May have lost a very expensive bracelet there & when I called the next day to see if it was turned into the front desk they rushed me off the phone, barely took down my phone number, and never contacted me again. I rarely complain but this experience was not good. The hotel was expensive but we were getting in late after a very long day of driving. The refrigerator had an annoying loud hum. We wanted to use it but ended up unplugging it. I called the front desk and they were going to get maintenance and replace it, that never happened. Dirty, lazy repairs. I could see this place as a $25-$35 a night place. We had a lot of issues during our stay, and we were willing to let it go. Obviously, no one wants that. I've stayed all around the world and this staff is beyond disgusting with the treatment of guest. I had to speak with 5 DIFFERENT corporate representatives for this place to even pick up a phone call. Corporate representatives called over 30 times before the front desk staff would be bothered to answer a call. So, if you're trying to call, the line is busy because staff maybe too busy ignoring guest and corporate offices. Do yourself a favor and avoid this poor excuse for a hotel and book somewhere else. Staying in your car in the walmart parking lot maybe better option! Don't waste time, peace of mind and endless time on the phone trying to get out of this place. This is by far the worst place we have stayed. Traveling home from a successful Axis Deer Hunt in Texas, we needed a place to rest before arriving home to northern California. We've always had great luck with Quality Inns. This place was no where near the $100 that we had to spend. I don't even know if $50 would be a fair price for what we encountered. We walked into a room that was dirty, had holes in the bathroom door, cracked shower with grudge i throughout (would not even consider taking a shower in it). The topper was the electrical outlet that obviously had a spark at one time. The top outlet was black and the the outlet not even screwed into the wall. I post this review in hopes that people can avoid this place. It needs a major overhaul. This facility does not make me proud to be a rewards member. read more

Needed a cheap place to stay for a work trip. Walked in the lobby to check it and there was a bit of an odor inside like smoke and cleaner wasn't sure what. Old musky perhaps. Customer service at front desk was perfect for both check in and checkout. Room was good except the shower. I didnt even step in the shower because it looked like it was rotting and there was a giant hole I the wall where the spout was. Bed was comfortable. Furniture and paint could use an update. Room was quiet which is a big plus. Definitely would look at other options next time I'm in town but it wasn't too bad. read more

Yeah! Don't do it! You would think that during Covid, you would get a clean room, not here. Luckily, we brought our own wipes and lysol, and thank God because we needed it. The alarm clock had not been touched for some time, judging by the dust it was covered in. The room was dirty, the carpet had more spots than a Dalmatian, the shower water drains super slow , so you get to stand on water while showering. The light in the bathroom, also covered in dust, further proving the room is just not cleaned very well, if at all. Noise! I was expecting road noise, but that was drowned out by all the "people" hanging out outside the rooms. Can't be sure if they were hotel patrons or not, but the empty marijuana canister I found next to my vehicle in the morning pretty much answered that question. Also, I noticed miscellaneous people just sitting in their vehicles for long periods of time outside different rooms. Sleeping is a tough thing to do at this hotel. Try to get an upstairs room, otherwise, your ceiling will be rocking and rolling all night long if you're on the bottom floor . Lastly, I noticed many fingerprints, and what I am pretty sure were "forehead" imprints on my passenger window . Guess someone was admiring the inside of my vehicle, wink-wink ! Room# 201 As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. It was about 7pm and I had no reservation, but she had me in a room very quickly. Great customer service. Breakfast was awesome everything looked fresh and the lady that works that room is very friendly and has a great big smile, greets everyone that comes in. Eeeeewww this room was so dirty. Got the king suite. Only one on the property room 202. I can't do stairs easily but they would not issue a refund. Had to carry all our stuff upstairs. Room was super dirty with a tissue shoved in the light socket. Pool was warm but filled with debris. I wasn't going in that but my son stood in it. Denny's next door was nice for night snacking. absolutely gross. fooled by the cute lobby. bedding absolutely disgusting, and stained furniture. we called housekeeping to report stains on the sheets, they brought "clean replacements" smaller size and had to put the disgusting ones back on. i wanted to use a towel to just cover the stain by the top of the bed only to find stains on the towel! couldn't even change clothes, one star? only because i had a roof over my head. keys did not work, microwave dirty and not working anyway. when we checked out i witnessed the housekeeper digging in the laundry bags shaking the sheets inspecting them and started to pile them up on different stacks. On a recent visit to Casa Grande, I stayed at Quality Inn. I have stayed here before and had been pleased with the rooms and the price. This time was different. Although the staff were pleasant, the breakfast fine and the sleeping area wonderful, the bathroom was NOT. Cracked tub liner with the paint peeling off the inside (making it impossible to take a bath) and a stained toilet bowl made this bathroom very uninviting. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Gary, and asked if there could be a little break on the price of $100 per night. I was told No, that I could still take a bath as it was only the paint peeling off!! I would have been happy with 10%, 5% or even the PRETENSE that he cared. I will NEVER go back to this Quality Inn. We stayed at this motel. It was more expensive than we normally like to pay but it seemed nice and we were tired. It was clean on the outside, and the lobby was very clean. The clerk was helpful and very pleasant. The bed was also very comfortable. That is where the good ends. We got to the room, and my husband went to use the bathroom, and the fan was so loud. It sounded like it was going to fly out the wall. He is very hard of hearing and it was very loud to him. When we got up today to take a shower, it was a cold shower. There is nothing worse than having to take a cold shower. When you turned the water on to war. It it warms up, but the minute you pull the shower button, it goes cold. The room was dingy, and the furniture was stained. Quality usually is a budget friendly but very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good, though. I told the clerk, which, by the way, was not at the desk. I stood there for quite a while to check out. I hope that what I reported to him got reported to the owners/management read more
