Busy hotel. A lot of construction workers stay here. Rooms are clean and quiet. Rear parking lot is large and can accommodate RV. Pool is nicely layer out with towels and lots of chairs. Hot tub is sand filtered and has sand in the bottom. Bar and rear is open in the evening. Happy hour specials are good. Burger and pizza were worth the price and tasty. Pool table and juke box made the bar area lively. Large selection of breakfast chooses. Regional specials as well! They were really decorating for Halloween. read more

I had a unique situation where my friend who was visiting, had a reservation, but when he arrived, he had forgotten his wallet. In order to ensure that he had a place to stay I used my credit card to pay for his registration. The hotel clerk was truly a delightful gentleman who was doing everything in his power to help make the difficult situation easy. It was clear he was proud of the facility and offered me information about the potential use of the venue for an event for a nonprofit group that I work with. Although I did not stay there, the hotel lobby was clean, and my friend said his room was very comfortable. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE. The only reason I booked was to enjoy the pool area with my kids. The pool was filthy, filled with dead bugs, dirt and leaves. I had to clean it myself before we could go inside. One of the pool lights was hanging from the wires inside the pool posing a potential electrical threat. The onsite staff did not care whatsoever. The staff and onsite manager did not care at all. We paid top dollar to enjoy the "Radisson" experience and it was more of a Motel 6 experience. UPDATED: Where I got here I www blown away how amazing it looked in the lobby, definitely felt upper class, and the front desk clerk was okay to work with. Not very personable but I can't complain. Got my key and the first thing I did was went and checked my room. It was filthy, and had stained blankets. I addressed this with the front desk and it was "resolved" but I had to specifically ask for them to mop (which they didn't) and clean my tub which was poorly done. I normally don't write negative reviews until I give companies the opportunity to fix things. I was just disappointed in the reaction. I do understand stand that they are under construction, but if you are going to put people in room, make sure they are clean and appropriately finished before putting people in them. I'm just super disappointed. VERY INCONSISTENT. A few of my other cohorts were compensated for their bedrooms, but I was not. If you are going to compensate one you better be prepared for compensation for everyone. ESPECIALLY, know my room was far worse than theirs Mini fridge is TINY, no storage for Clothes, you are given only 2 hangars, small overly used towels. OVERPRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF THE ROOMS. A few days before we arrived they called, informing us they released most of our rooms. This forced many of us to sleep on the floor, sleep on cots, or cram 4 people into a single king size bed. This is the worst customer service ever! I missed a reservation at this hotel and was charged for 4 nights. I never received an advanced email or text about my upcoming stay, all I received was a charge for the 4 nights on my credit card. I contacted the hotel which stated they did not have my email or phone number only my credit card. No call backs from management as requested and twice corporate told me they contacted the hotel and told them to contact me, and they never did again! I have a claim number provided me by choice hotels which I was told to call back if the hotel didn't respond and this has done no good either. Still waiting and now on hold with the corporate line and they don't have a clue! AWFUL!!! Seriously, first off the area isn't very nice. My 12 year old son had druggies coming up to him asking him for cigarettes etc. The rooms were filthy. They didn't ever have towels, the pool was always green and disgusting! The toilet was pouring water from the bottom and it smelled awful! The hotel on every floor smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. There's no breakfast unless you want to pay for their nasty one, the manager was SOOOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Hubby and I had an event to attend for the weekend in Casa Grande, and decided to stay at the Radisson hotel. Reservations were made online with no credit card deposit with the option to pay at check in. The check in process was quick and easy and I failed to get her name at the front desk but she was very pleasant also. our room was located on the fourth floor, and it was quite a walk from the reception area to our room located more towards the back end of the hotel. my initial thought when we entered into the room was that it was quite spacious. The bathroom was a little bit bigger than expected, and I like the fact that the floors were laminate wood, and not carpet. everything was clean sheets, bed and towels from working in the pest control industry for over 20 years, the first thing I do is check for bedbugs it was all clear of that. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Water pressure in the bathroom was very good as well as the time for hot water, the only thing was that the tub took a little bit of time to drain other than that it was OK. The air conditioning worked great also. It was a bit pricey for a one night stay although it may have been my fault since I reserved the room last minute. They did have a breakfast buffet, but I will do a separate review on that. read more

Booked less than 24 hours as I was driving and had no idea there was a TRAIN less than 2 feet away that comes all night and day about every 45-50 minutes. Nothing quite or new about this place. Ceiling was missing in parts of hallway upon waking in and loud! Street you can hear every car outside drive by. I normally am not picky however with how loud and often that train comes, I should have slept somewhere else because it sounded like I was asleep homeless on the street. I do not recommend and I am so sorry for a poor review however I had to let others know about the darn train. Seriously how could someone not have included that in the past. Way over priced too. Never again... We ckd in at this hotel after we broke down on the 10 freeway. The Yelp reviews said it was the best hotel in the city..not saying much.. The front desk clerk was new and took a long time to finish ckn us in, ..no big deal, we get it...but the room was less than adequate.... Unfinished painted areas, dusty floor, mold in shower, leaky faucet sloppy construction...one of our beds had a concave mattress that sounded like it was about to collapse when u moved on it...the tv system has no guide, and u need to scroll through each channel...maybe I'm spoiled, but normally all hotels have an updated tv system... The next afternoon we asked the clerk for some addl coffee pods, as they use a Keurig coffee maker. The clerk said they were out...what? No coffee in the hotel! Ok we figured we'd just go get coffee with breakfast the next am, so we walked up to our room and the door was OPEN!... Luckily, nothing seemed to be missing..I called the front desk and spoke to a mgr.. apparently the house cleaning staff had gone in to inspect the room and had not closed the door when they left. As I was on the phone with the front desk a young man, who appeared to be a manager, knocked on our door and produced six little coffee pods for us and apologized for what happened at the front desk. He also apologized for the housekeeping staff not securing our door when they left and said that he would have a talk with them. To add insult to injury, the morning we were going to leave, it we both attempted to take a shower but found out that there was no hot water in the hotel. Worst place ever. My little brother was murdered in the back parking lot which is dimly lit, by a stranger. I would put flowers there weekly in the spot he was gunned down, and I thought someone kept stealing them. Come to find out it was the manager and his maintenance crew stealing them every night because they didn't want anyone to know what happened there. When confronted, he called the police and told him lies about me being there too much. All I wanted to do was not leave my brother alone and leave flowers on the spot where he died but I guess it interfered with his business. As he explained, no one wants to stay where somebody died and he didn't want that "grave"on his property. Total POS. RIP Brian Robinette you won't be forgotten. I only hope the manager and those who participated in throwing away the flowers off of someone's memorial are treated the same way when they pass. This is a horrible place to stay. When we checked in, our bathroom had recently removed grout all over the bathroom floor, the counter top was dirty and had water all over it. When we stood in the bath tub, the bottom was not stable and we could hear the water squishing underneath it. When I asked for a fresh wash cloth two days into our stay, they required I bring my used wash cloth down to the front desk to exchange. Seriously?! Also we only had half a roll of toilet paper to start with and still awaiting our replacement roll. This Radisson lobby was open and inviting. Check in took about 2 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool and spa were relaxing. The bedroom was beautiful, relaxing and very comfortable. Unlike the Seigle Select in the same town, it's advertisement of the hotel was accurate. A little expensive at $190 a night but there was a "Make America Great Again" with President Trump, going on. All hotels in the town were full!!! read more

Not allowed to leave 1 star! Been staying here for 3 weeks because they are the only hotel in Casa Grande that has a bar. But who wants to sit in a bar without AC during the hottest time of the year! I don't know for sure but I think the owners do not want to put any money into the hotel, just take money out of it! There are 3 elevators in the hotel but only 2 of them work. It's a crap shoot if the washer and dryer s work in the same floor! The mattresses are old and can give you back pain. It even looks like Choice Hotels doesn't like this place because I can't even get points for staying here!! I will update my review if things get better here. read more

My wife and I checked into the Radisson hotel on April 26th 2023 in Casa Grande, Az., to attend a funeral. The next morning we woke up. There was what looked to be pet hair all on the floor. We don't own any type of pet, the suite we got was Not cleaned at all. There is a lot of mold in the corner of the room. In which I discovered only because, I had moved the window curtains. There is rust in the bathroom sink fixtures. The A/C air filter had not been replaced. We let the hotel management know of this serious issue and we also provide them with pictures. We asked to be moved to a different room, but when we got to that room, It was more of the same thing (DIRTY). We then notified hotel management AGAIN, and we then asked the hotel to at least comp our room. The 2pm-10pm female hotel manager was very rude and did not want to hear our concerns. She also denied our request for compensation for the night. We will definitely not be staying at any Radisson hotels again. Hope this helps anyone considering staying at Radisson hotel. read more

Noisy at night not even from the trains. The people in the hallway were insane employees or construction crew vacuuming the hallway a lot because there was constant construction going on in the hallway. Seems like a nice place when you walk in but don't be fooled I shouldn't have been I saw that they had three lights in their chandelier out should've guessed they didn't do much upkeep. My floors weren't mopped or even swept for that matter I got out of the shower and walked to the bed where I checked my feet because they felt gross again they were brown from the dirt on the floor. We don't wear shoes past the doorway so I know it wasn't us. Choose any hotel over this hotel honestly. I would've rather we'd just slept in the truck. read more

This hotel was no where near worth the money. The bathrooms were awful- covered in filth with faucets that wouldn't shut off, leaving it and sometimes our room completely humid, no towels, and eventually the toilet began leaking and filling our room with a stench! It was definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The workers were so rude too- helping themselves into our room without any warning (not housekeeping) and getting an attitude over the smallest of requests (working keys, towels, the constantly changing wifi password, ETC.) The pool was always nasty they said it was because of storms but there had been no storms it was like this everyday, the elevator wouldn't work, the lobby was infested with flies and mosquitos. It's a very shady hotel. They keep your money even if you do not stay. The management lies I would really recommend going elsewhere. read more

My husband and I checked into this hotel to attend a Funeral. When we arrived, we noticed pet hair and pet dander all over the room. We notified the front desk and they sent house keeping to clean it. When we returned later that night, the pet hair was still present and the room looked the same. The next morning, we opened the blinds to allow sunlight in and there was large amount of mold on the wall covered by the curtains. When I contacted the front desk, we were told that they would move us to a different room which they did, however, the second room was just as dirty as the first room. I asked the manager for a refund because, why would anyone have to pay 125.00 a night to sleep and inhale mold. The manager did not care and disregarded our concerns. We have never felt so frustrated by a hotel. When you are mourning the loss of a loved one, the cleanliness of your hotel room should not be a factor. read more

Checked in 11/22/21 I stay here often so it wasn't surprising that my key didn't work when I got to my room. So I went back down to the front desk got the key reprogrammed. After I went into the room it was 2 queens instead of the king I booked. But it didn't matter much so I just went to bed. But to my surprise I was awaken at 10:55 PM with 2 Staff members opening my door. Luckily I had that inside lock latched so they could not enter. I do not know their intentions but they said routine maintenance( highly unlikely at 10:55 PM) When I called the front desk to find out who was trying to break into my room the lady that answered said I was an unregistered guest. She kept asking for my last name. I wasn't about to provide her with any more information I told her I would just leave the property and how dangerous it can be to break into someone's room. By the time I was packed up 11:30 PM the police were at the door. Once I showed the police my room key and reservation they quickly realized the hotel had made a massive mistake. But nonetheless I received a police escort to the Lobby only to see the same lady that checked me in and the guy she was trying to get into the room with. He quickly left when I started taking photos of them. The lady on duty lied to me about the General Managers name and the corporate phone number. I finally talked to the GM today, She said sorry and will make sure she trains her staff how to check people in properly. The leadership at this place is poor and Broken the GM got to work today at 12:30 and had no concern about this scary situation, Being a victim of home invasion and a stabbing I was terrified. Releasing my $40 hold on my card did not resolve this issue and the GM has refused to meet in person. read more

This hotel is far from being a Radisson Hotel. If the corporate offices knew what a dive it is they would sell it. Roaches in the rooms, toilets that take two flushes, coffee pots and microwaves that don't work. The bed skirts were not even ironed nor put on the beds neat and properly. I went to a wedding and they served the food which was from Olive Garden (they dropped off and bride paid hotel to serve). They did not know how to portion the food and some dishes ran out before others, they did not put the dishes on sterno to keep warm so cold pasta was served! I question whether the staff that served had food handling cards from Pinal County as there were no checks done with thermometers during the process. Quite a disappointment especially given the price of the rooms. Oh did I mention that the TV's did not work either. It appeared to have cable TV but there was no guide working to select any channels.
