UPDATED: Where I got here I www blown away how amazing it looked in the lobby, definitely felt upper class, and the front desk clerk was okay to work with. Not very personable but I can't complain. Got my key and the first thing I did was went and checked my room. It was filthy, and had stained blankets. I addressed this with the front desk and it was "resolved" but I had to specifically ask for them to mop (which they didn't) and clean my tub which was poorly done. I normally don't write negative reviews until I give companies the opportunity to fix things. I was just disappointed in the reaction. I do understand stand that they are under construction, but if you are going to put people in room, make sure they are clean and appropriately finished before putting people in them. I'm just super disappointed. VERY INCONSISTENT. A few of my other cohorts were compensated for their bedrooms, but I was not. If you are going to compensate one you better be prepared for compensation for everyone. ESPECIALLY, know my room was far worse than theirs Mini fridge is TINY, no storage for Clothes, you are given only 2 hangars, small overly used towels. OVERPRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF THE ROOMS. ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY 12.00 PER DAY FOR BREAKFAST. Unfortunately I do not recommend at this time, this location has a lot of growing to do.

    1. Checked me into a room where the hall way was being renovated smelled like dust and strong paint. 2. I had to squeeze thru cardboard barriers just to get thru to room in hall way. 3. 2nd room offered was a cheaper room than I paid for. I original paid for a king room, ended up with 2 queens. Didn't get reimbursed. 4. Outside traffic was too noisy. Never in my 20 years have I heard outside noise so loud, either from speeding motorists or the passing trains. 5. Didn't receive credit for smaller room. 6. Front desk clerk didn't know much about restaurants in the area.

One regular coffee "pod", but plenty decaf

20240221 comments with downgrade. My 6-7th stay here on corporate business travel. Tonight desk clerk asked bartender for advice in handling allegedly intoxicated persons perambulating.upper floors and intermittently engaging desk personnel in access requests. Big loaded fun and questionable security. Thanks Radisson, for lowering the bar for service mediocrity and overall security. Not worth points. SMH. Nope. Not even one more time. Moving along.

Happy hour 5-7 with special on food & drinks

Air is working, food is good, Happy Hour prices are great! Thank you for remodeling this hotel. Especially the new Bar & Grill. Good service too! Love the every Friday entertainment too!

Hubby and I had an event to attend for the weekend in Casa Grande, and decided to stay at the Radisson hotel. Reservations were made online with no credit card deposit with the option to pay at check in. The check in process was quick and easy and I failed to get her name at the front desk but she was very pleasant also. our room was located on the fourth floor, and it was quite a walk from the reception area to our room located more towards the back end of the hotel. my initial thought when we entered into the room was that it was quite spacious. The bathroom was a little bit bigger than expected, and I like the fact that the floors were laminate wood, and not carpet. everything was clean sheets, bed and towels from working in the pest control industry for over 20 years, the first thing I do is check for bedbugs it was all clear of that. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Water pressure in the bathroom was very good as well as the time for hot water, the only thing was that the tub took a little bit of time to drain other than that it was OK. The air conditioning worked great also. It was a bit pricey for a one night stay although it may have been my fault since I reserved the room last minute. They did have a breakfast buffet, but I will do a separate review on that.

The hallway to the room. Didn't have time to take more on the way out.

Not great, place is really outdated and poorly maintained. Cigarette butts everywhere in their outdoor area. Gym is depressing.

It was clear he was proud of the facility and offered me information about the potential use of the venue for an event for a nonprofit group that I work with.

Since I went…read moreinto so much detail in the previous two reviews, I'll keep this one brief: OUTSTANDING service across the board - front desk, housekeeping, food/beverage Comfortable and CLEAN room Excellent and safe location Just not gonna stay anywhere else in CG! ___________________________________ This is an update - Well, here we are a couple of weeks after our first stay at Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites and having a great time again. You just cannot beat the level of service here. We're treated SO well. Welcomed warmly, listened to, accommodated, it's all great. Not even just the front desk staff (Pam and Elizabeth, the manager, are totally awesome), but seriously every single staff member I interacted with was helpful and welcoming. This time in a suite instead of standard king. Great room. Really spacious. CLEAN and fresh. Great location. Safe. Easy parking and easy access (low curb for luggage, wide doors, etc.). Good breakfast buffet - plenty of selection including gluten-free options, not only pretty good food but good coffee and not only do they offer decaf, but it's GOOD decaf. And that's just the coffee in the breakfast room - there's a cool espresso machine in the lobby/dining area. Great water pressure again, good A/C, plenty of USB outlets, a nice couch and second television in the suite. I just don't see staying anywhere else in Casa Grande. And we won't. We'll continue returning here. ___________________________________ We've barely been here 24 hours but there already quite a few things we love about this Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites. I gotta start out by highlighting the amazing, outstanding service. I had to call a few days ahead of time to clarify a detail, and I'm pretty sure - in retrospect, having now met her in person, that it was Pam who handled my call, because she was pleasant and personable. Plus I called ahead the day of check-in to see if we could check in a little early and she accommodated the request cheerfully, and she turned out to be the one who checked us in. She was warm and welcoming, and the check-in experience was flawless. And I had several interactions with her after check in, each one pleasant and helpful. But even housekeeping (you heard me - yes, housekeeping, and we're only here for two nights) staff were friendly and helpful. I returned to the room to find housekeeping finishing up the room, no big deal, so I went downstairs to hang out in the lobby and planned to go back up in 10-15 minutes to see if the room was finished. Not FIVE minutes later, Pam comes over to let me know that the room was ready. Housekeeper called her to let her know, and she let ME know, in turn. WOW! Who does that? That is knock-your-socks-off service! Now, the details. - Hotel overall and the room itself are clean and even fresh-smelling. - USB outlets at the bedside and one on the work desk - strong WiFi - Free parking - Great location (not only central but nicer area that feels safe) - Complimentary breakfast - Cool espresso machine in the lobby - Spacious room - Excellent water pressure in the shower (and sink) - Not only a microwave, but a virtually full size refrigerator - MUCH bigger than the standard mini-fridge. And colder. You can comfortably store food/leftovers and beverages in it. - Cool window blinds - Air conditioning worked really well Areas for improvement - just one for me, and this is personal preference; the mattress was a little soft for me, and the pillows a little small, so the mattress slid out away from the headboard as I sat up to watch TV a couple of times. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Casa Grande.

I stayed here for one night about a week ago and it was ok. This hotel is by far the most expensive…read morein the area and more expensive than most Best Westerns I've been to because it's a "Plus." The one night cost me $265 after taxes and I booked a double queen room because that was the only option available at the time I made my reservation about six weeks ago. Single bed rooms have marginally lower rates and are around $230-250 per night after taxes. There are other hotels on this street with lower rates but the only reason I stayed at this hotel is because I needed one more credit to get bumped up to the next rewards level with Best Western. The Best Western "Plus" hotels are marketed as a higher tier and I'm sure some of them are, but most of the Plus hotels I've stayed at are pretty much the same as a standard Best Western (including this one) and in a couple of cases, worse than the standard. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the front desk but the employee at the front desk said I could grab a couple bottles of water. Breakfast is served from 6am-9am on weekdays and 7am-10am on weekends. Thy have the typical options like sausage patties, eggs, diced potatoes, cereal, fruit, granola, waffles (you have to make them yourself), bagels, toast, and a special mix of scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, green onions, and jalapenos. The food tasted alright but the hot items were a little undercooked. The employees are nice and offered to get me something else if I needed anything. I was here for less than 12 hours because I got in really late and had to leave really early the following morning. I might stay here again, but only if I can't get a room at one of the other (cheaper) hotels nearby.

You have to check in at a kiosk where you talk to a human on the screen who is located Elsewhere. When I asked about staff I was told they were on break. I had trouble getting online and went to the counter a couple of hours later. Still no one. I went back to the kiosk where a woman was asking for help because her GPS brought her to this hotel but she was supposed to be across the street. The kiosk person could not help her. I asked the kiosk person for help with the internet and she read the answer to me - restart my internet. I did it right in front of her, showed her my phone, and that it was not working and she told me again to restart the internet. When I asked when a person would be back at the hotel, she told me the person had just stepped away for a break. When I explained that the person must be on a two hour break... she read another page and explained that no one would be back and that staff had left at 1:00. The doors do not lock at night. It did not feel safe. In the morning, there was some food out out but no bowls or plates. And again, no one around to help. I will not be back and will likely avoid all Super 8s from now on.
