I was repeatedly told about payment policies and other advertising messages in a way that felt more like pressure than support. I felt absolutely nothing during my root canal thanks to Dr Smiley (and I have very sensitive teeth). His Elmwood Park location is cozy and clean and his exam rooms have more space for he and his assistant to work than the dental offices I'm used to. Upon questioning the charges the receptionist was unable to give me a reasonable explanation and just kept mentioning obstruction without defining what that is . I found this encounter to be very unprofessional and underhanded . So my recommendation is stay away , I would call this a rip off in plain english.
