Do you want a dentist that is attentive, detailed oriented and uses quality products? This is the place to go! Keyla is an amazing dentist and has taken care of my teeth for almost 25 years. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I have a few fillings for cavities but you could never tell because the color of the filling matches my teeth. I do like that there is a reminder text for appointments which is extremely helpful for a busy person who often forgets things. The office has a complementary service that fills out and submits my paperwork for my out of network insurance so that I can be reimbursed. I absolutely love this office! I have had a lot of dentistry performed in my mouth over my lifetime and Dr Springe is the only doctor I allow to work on me for my general care. What I appreciate about Dr Springe is that she is constantly growing her clinical skills by attending high level classes all over. She spent four years flying to the Bay Area to receive her Mastership at the AGD (Academy of General Dentistry (no small feat from what I've learned). I'm proud to say she's my dentist. Pacific Coast Dentistry has the best team ever!!! The hygienist, Kim, has the perfect touch when she cleans my teeth. She gets every nook and cranny spotless and I'm never sore or hurting after. Plus her calm and pleasant demeanor practically lulls me to sleep haha. Who can say that about their teeth cleaning :D Both of the assistants are so sweet and knowledgeable. Tara and Danni both go out of their way to explain the procedures and show me what is going on in my mouth. They will even show me my teeth on camera so I totally understand what's going on. This review would not be complete if I didn't talk about the customer service I receive from the two team members at the front. Summer and Alicia treat me like family and they are as knowledgeable about dentistry as the rest of the team. There are no words to describe how much I love Dr. Keyla Springe and her staff. Almost all of my life, I have been afraid of dentists, and went only when I really had to. It was that one day while I was shopping at Albertson's that I happen to glance across the parking lot. I noticed her office on the back far corner. I walked over, and for some odd reason, I decided to make an appointment. Best move ever! Her staff is not only very professional, but also very friendly and quite knowledgeable. As for Dr. Springe, what can I say! I love her! She's alway smiling and cheerful as she greets you. Her Assistants are friendly and have that uncanny knack of comforting a scaredy-cat like me. Dr. Springe is a very caring person and is VERY understanding of any dental fears that you may have. She has been transparent with me concerning all my dental work. She takes the time to explain what she sees on the X-rays and what she proposes to do, AND she will try her best to make your visit as pain-free as possible, in the quickest, most efficient manner. Dr. Springe over diagnosed cavities that when given a second opinion were fine. She would go in to treat one cavity and would finish with adding in several small cavity fillings without prior consent. I wished I listened to my gut sooner. She did irreversible damage to one tooth, resulting in an Implant. My current dentist looked at the prior X-rays from her office and said there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Dr. Springe had a charismatic personality that I enjoyed but I truly wished I had followed my gut sooner, had I done so it would have saved me much grief and my tooth for that matter. I had written a Google review years ago, my first review I had ever written. Oddly, that review is gone. Her ratings used to be in the 3's, it's appears to have stellar markings as of the past few years. I'd hope that reviews are actual pts and there experiences but I have my doubts. I told myself after that experience I would start to leave reviews to hold people accountable. Thus leading me to download Yelp 4 months ago. I hope this helps someone. read more

UPDATE: I got a second opinion for my "six cavities" (and so did my son who apparently had "two cavities") and guess what? NOTHING. No cavities. Beware. This lady is scamming people and making money off of work she does not need to do. We now plan to get my hubbys old xrays before he got the two cavities fixed, and get second opinions on those. Today we visited Pacific Coast Dentistry to get his tooth extracted, and we were both very pleasantly surprised by how painless and stress free our visit was. Dr. Keyla Springe was professional, friendly, and took care of him in less than an hour with almost no pain. Her assistant was also amazing, putting my husband at ease with her friendly conversation. They also allowed us to bring our young son along in his car seat since we could not leave him at home, and they gave us an after hours appointment so that we didn't have to miss work. The trust between a dentist and her pt should be strong. I feel there was more work in my mouth then needed and even costing me a tooth. Went in for a second opinion and there was nothing in My X-rays to indicate a need for an implant. Yet the damage had already been done. I went in with no pain and left with a lot of pain. I also overheard the same thing that was told to me, to a few pts that happen to be in Neighboring rooms. Pretty mortified by the whole experience. Wished I would have listened to my gut sooner but nevertheless, I'd always recommend a second opinion before getting anything Done. I really likes her zesty personality and loved the dental hygienist but the trust was lost and the damage was done. read more

Both my husband and I have been going to PCD since we moved to the area 12 years ago. Recently my elderly mother, who is disabled, needed some dental work so I brought her to Dr Springe. The staff was very accommodating to mom's special needs. After taking an x-ray of the tooth, Dr. Springe determined it needed to be extracted and gave mom the option of seeing an oral surgeon to perform that. Long story short, Dr. Springe removed the tooth and mom had very little bleeding and no pain! After bringing my family here for several years I questioned a bill and found out that is not something they like. They expect you never to question a bill from them and if you do they will cut you from ever seeing them again. The manager told me she would not see me anymore because I questioned a bill about cleaning. I explained they were still using my insurance for my family she said that's fine we just won't see you as the person who pays the bills. After that I pulled my family from there practice. No business should ever treat there customers with such disrespect. Everyone has a right to find out what they are being charged for but this practice believes they don't have to explain there charges to there patients. read more

I am a retired dentist and was looking for a colleague to do a major dental work on myself starting from braces to oral rehabilitation. I elected to have my treatment with Dr. Springe. My invisalign ortho braces correction has been very successful, now on the 8th month with just 2 more months to finish.During this period I fractured an upper tooth and surgery with bone graft was done simultaneously, so I am on the way to the implant now. I have had five different dentists make a particular bridge for me over a 50 yr. Time span. The biting torque in the area caused all to fail because the design itself was faulty.
