I so much wish this worked out. The owner is in Vietnam. We live in the neighborhood & My friend comes twice per month. We Made an appointment for two services each, which they didn't honor bc we had to wait over 35 minutes at our appointment time. First, the gal cut my toe. Then, we said we both wanted the $50 mani -pedi deal on the sign out front (see pic of the sign) & she said, No! price now up. We had new wall paper. $50 too cheap. it's $52. We said it's only $2 but your sign says $50. She continued to argue. Meanwhile, my friend still was Waiting 35 min past our appointment time, so my friend said - forget the pedi, just a mani & I decided to just get a pedi. The nail tech continued to argue about the price then went outside & turned the sign around. By this time, we didn't have time for a mani & a pedi so they up charged us for getting a single service. Bottom line - sooooo WEIRD! Sienna lost on 2 services & 2 customers. Rosie - Fire that gal, she is NOT good for your business! All over $2! WEIRD! We Will go back to CHIC or Biltmore.

I purchased a gift certificate for a friend (important to mention; she has early onset dementia), for a manicure and pedicure. When I dropped her off, I gave clear instruction, she needs a trim and a manicure and pedicure. Not only did they not complete the package. They also took advantage and upsold her on an unnecessary eyebrow wax. They took advantage of someone with dementia to upsell. They did a pedicure, but failed to do a manicure. They said that "nail filing" IS the manicure and they don't cut and shape. They were VERY rude to deal with and refused any remedy. DO NOT USE THIS SALON, I wished I paid attention to their bad reviews before taking her there. Please see attached photo of the example of the poor work they do at this salon. Keep in mind THIS is what they call a manicure.

Run.run.run as fast as you can from this business. I went in for a polish change on my freshly filled (5days) acrylic nails. I have French powder and just wanted all white ( I decided on outfit change for the wedding.) I asked for my clear gel to be taken off and all white. My regular nail lady is 30 min from my house. NBD, just a polish change. They weren't that busy but there was lots of yelling and noise. A male sat down to do my nails. He asked if I wanted a fill also and I declined he proceeded to get an attitude. My nails looked like a 4 year old painted them. There were lines and because he didn't paint the whole nail. Another woman came to do my nails. She seemed upset and told me that my nails (Acrylic nails at that) were the issue as to why he couldn't paint between the lines. She didn't put a gel base coat, when asking her why not- she stayed that she has been doing nails for 11 years and "do not tell her how to do her job." Ok fine. My nails looked appropriate. Well, within a day my nails started peeling... AT AN out of town wedding!! SHE DIDN'T PUT A BASE COAT ON BECAUSE SHE KNEW THEY WOULDN'T LAST AND WAS UPSET THAT SHE NEEDED TO REDO MY NAILS. She also proceeded to tell me the ladies business who was in her chair prior to me. She has been married once, ll and is on her second one that's happening this week. Just avoid this place at all costs.

Went to this nail salon a couple days ago. Not going to lie I was hesitant due to the recent reviews but I went. I did not regret it one bit. Everyone was so nice and friendly the moment I stepped into the salon and also took me right away as well. Tina was the one who helped me but there was also someone ese I'm assuming the owner maybe. She offered water and made sure I was comfortable. If she was the owner I'd just like to comment she was the most sweetest person ever. I also changed my colors and they did not hesitate to help me pick my new colors. No one was rude or judgmental. The salons also had a cute vibe to it too. I Love the end results and definitely will be coming back here soon. If you are looking for a place I would definitely recommend this place.

Having read a few of the negative reviews, I am puzzled enough to wonder if the writers actually visited this place. I went in on Monday in desperate need of no chip manicure. I was quoted a price of $25 which included the existing no chip take off. The hot stone pedicures are $19.99 every day, but there were no regular polish and gel colors exact matches, so I decided against getting a pedi. While being serviced, I looked at the nail designs and decided to get a party nail on each finger. Well, the design I received was a bit of a party pooper if you asked me. I found it to be outdated and not a good fit for me. But, I wanted to give it time to grow on me. By the following morning, I bought polish remover only to learn I could not get it off without soaking it. I then called to ask if they could remove the design and replace it with the original color and I was told "of course". I arrived and it was fixed right away with a new design which I loved! The tech who serviced me the prior day was unhappy and less than friendly despite having received a generous tip, but I guess she wondered why I did not speak up sooner. Either way, loved the way the matter was handled by the staff the following day and I loved the new party nail! I would definitely recommend this salon.

My personal standing on a pedicure is that I am willing to pay for someone to simply paint my nails. I don't want or expect anything "fancy" or over the top. At Sienna's nails, I get a bit above my simple expectation and for a very reasonable price. With the #1 pedicure you get a nice calf and foot rub and also some hot stones rubbed on your legs ( I could do with or without it, but it's a nice touch overall). They also clean up your toes (i.e. clipping your nails, file them, cuticles) and finally apply the nail polish and all under $30. I could go a bit over a month with one pedicure, which is nice because as much as I dislike painting my own toes I would dislike even more having to pay to get them done more often than once a month. Sienna's get the job done and for a good price.

I love going here to treat myself to a pedicure- you honestly cannot beat the 20$ price. Super convenient and easy parking. We are typically able to walk right in. I brought my niece here for her very first pedicure- she was so excited and the women in the shop were so sweet and really made her feel special. They even gave her a free little flower design on her big toes. So sweet and thoughtful!

I LOVE Sienna Nails. I've been there multiple times throughout different years & I've never had a bad experience or service. I re-visited them after having a terrible experience at another nail salon and was a little hesitant but the result was so much better than I anticipated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful! Super attentive to details & took care of my feet. She got my shape perfectly & loved her creative idea to change up my basic white toes. The massage was great & I did get a callous remover, I usually normally don't need it but it was nice. They also did a sugar scrub and ending w/ hot stone massage. Overall wonderful experience not the best looking salon but the service was beyond phenomenal. Also it was very well cleaned & sanitized before & after every client. Great price for a spa pedicure w/ basic nail polish.

I've been coming here for almost a year to get gel manicures and pedicures. Overall, the staff are nice (to an extent); they will engage in conversation with you. There are many nail polishes, gels, and acrylics to choose from. There are two nail technicians that I REALLY like. Their work is flawless and they pay much better attention to detail. Waxing is also available. Bottled water comes free of charge (upon request). I have NEVER been offered, nor have I seen wine being consumed in this establishment (I read that wine was disbursed here from one of the reviews). I wished! I'd probably show up more often...and on time! ;-) Unfortunately, they do not do 3-D nails here... a trend that I recently started liking. A couple of days ago I got a 3-D set from another place, but pedicures were not available. (Arrrrgh!) So I will be coming here for pedicures only. They are always crowded in the evenings, so it will behoove you to schedule an appointment, prior to popping in... unless its during the week. I showed up out of the blue in the middle of the work day three Fridays ago, and I was treated like a queen! Not many customers was in there. Which left technicians time to give a great mani-pedi. This was the first time that they actually asked me if I wanted a design..on my fingers and my toes! Again, I've been coming here for a year, and on a slow day they finally up-sold me. :-) This is not your resort spa, but they make sure you're happy before you leave. ***Three stars because they have the potential to do more. Someone there can learn 3-D. Keep up with the changing times, or get left behind. read more

I have been here twice and both times I had a poor experience. The first time the woman was very rude to me and criticized the acrylics I had on that we're not done at this store. She did a very sloppy job painting my nails and then got upset when I asked her to touch up one of the nails where she had gotten polish on my skin. Throughout the remainder of my manicure she continually asked me about getting added services. I understand that they should at least mention one or two but it gets annoying when you're trying to relax and they continually push you like a car salesmen. My second visit was also not ideal. I went in to have my acrylics removed. 3 of my nails bled even after I suggested an alternative way of getting them off. Due to the pain I left one of the acrylics on and then she charged me full price. I explained to her that all she did was remove the nails. She did not buff or paint them and didn't even do all my nails and was unwilling to negotiate a lower price. read more

Wonderful experience! I have been traveling to north Scottsdale to get my nails and toes done for years..the last time wasn't so great so I began looking around for a place close to home.. I can't believe first try that I found my home.. Went in for long overdue pedi.. one lady (mai?) began.. she was like a doctor... she did amazing reflexology like massage..then another girl finished who also did a fantastic job! My feet look and feel wonderful.. everyone was having such a happy time, employees were having fun with clients and each other! Very enjoyable and a great service for great value.. I am in the beauty business.. I know the sanitation laws very very well..I saw everything the cosmetology board governs being followed... after reading the negative reviews about sanitation, I will be more on the lookout on my next visit and follow up this review.. read more

I will never come here again. I have heard great things about this place but I bet that was before Covid-19. They do not implement any of the CDC guidelines except wearing gloves. The cherry on top for me was that they didn't put a disposable bowl liner so I asked for one and they charged me $2!! They also didn't sanitize my chair after i used it and they didn't sanitize the other chairs people were sitting on. Who knows if they even used different tools . I did not feel safe here. read more

I went in becauseu cousin bought me a gift certificate for 35 dollars. I ask for a full set gel. The guy first desk up front did my nails do not recall his name. Omg terrible service the worse nail job I have ever had done!! I ask for the pointed nail for the first time. A specific color with like a turquoise blue glitter bling. Not what he did! Gave me some stupid reason of why it wasn't the color I chose. And he rushed the entire time put nails on sloppy and gobbed on the powder stuff they use to keep false nail on it looked like just a clump over my nail and he cut them so sloppy and did the worse filing of nail you can imagine! I wanted to cry and wasn't even gonna tip paid $ 20 more for that sloppy horrific nail job. This guy is of small structure, bald and rude. Not very nice doesn't care for your own input nor your opinion! He makes excuses for his lousy work when you politely give your input of what you want and don't like ( part of the job) He has no business doing nails needs another line of work and wonder where he got his license, maybe cracker jacks! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am telling everyone I know not to go there!!!! 28th Street Indianschool Sienna Nails don't go there unless you want a lousy sloppy nail job and want to waste your hard earned money!!! read more

I've been going here regularly (almost every single week) for two years and have nothing but good things to say. They are kind and skilled. I was surprised to read a bad review on their Covid protocol so I felt compelled to write a rebuttal. No, they don't use a liner in the basin for pedicures but they clean it thoroughly with disinfectant afterwards...you know, how people should do instead of adding more unnecessary plastic garbage to the world with liners. They wear masks always and ask their customers to. I always feel safe there. However I don't feel the need for my entire chair to be wiped down with disinfectant. These small businesses are doing the best they can. Please support them. They have families and they want to stay as safe as you do. read more

I have found it a bit challenging to find a quality nail salon in my area. I was slightly leery, but hopeful about this place after reading other reviews. I was about to give this place 4 stars for my $29.99 mani/pedi combo. My experience was quick, but not rushed and the service was friendly. My nails turned out beautifully and I am very satisfied with the look. BUT! As the nail tech finished up my manicure I watched her move to the help the next client in need of a pedicure. I noticed she did not switch out any of the nail tools for a clean set or attempt to sanitize any of the items she just used on me. She re-used all the same tools on the next client! I was horrified. Then I realized no one was cleaning out the pedicure basins after each client was finished before allowing the next person to use the basin. Unfortunately, due to sanitary concerns I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone in the future. I'm crossing my fingers I don't end up with a fungus! read more

Here's the deal.... I came here for a pedicure because it was cheap and included a hot stone massage (25 ish dollars.... pretty good). The pedicure was alright. The salon wasn't super clean and didn't take some of the precautions other salons do (no liners in the foot spas.... the toenail clippers were not packed.... you know). The massage was fine, but nothing special. The polish job was good and lasted an acceptable amount of time. This place definitely isn't terrible, but it isn't great. It's one of those cases where you really get what you pay for. read more

Came to get my nails done and the lady which I later found was the OWNER was the absolute most rudest when it came to handling me, period! She began doing my nails and she kept yanking my hand saying I need to relax. After that she had drill filed the crap out of my cuticles and I asked her to be more gentle, you know slow down. I was polite but that didn't matter, she gave me a look and was clearly pissed. I told her I just asked you to be more gentle and she raised her voice back saying, "you dont understand!" At that point I was so livid I wanted to blow up and smash on her face but I sat there because she needed to finish and I didn't wasnt to catch case! I'm literally shaking and she keeps yanking my hand while she's doing my nails and she said" if you dont feel comfortable, we dont have to do your nails." As a customer any where, I can't ever in my LIFE remember being treated like this. I just told her to finish she already started them. I also let her know that I was planning to write a review. This lady/Owner at Sierra Nails turned to this old lady customer and proceeded to laugh about me saying I'd leave a review, she laughed and said How Many years I been here, 7? She says she gonna write a review. Well Guess what Lady HERE IT IS Ya INDECENT Old DRY SOUR FACED BIT**!!!! Phoenix Ladies please Take your Business else Bad business practices, Low Class owner, NON-Customer oriented sad place for business. Poor Quality nails they were lumpy because she rushed! It was okay, but I'm pretty sure I won't be going back. They had a $29.99 special for a mani and pedi. I ended up paying $45; $55 including a tip (I used to work in the service field). Mike said gel would only be $10 more but then said my mani itself was $25. The pedi was supposed to include a hot stone massage and that didn't happen either. I can see the brush strokes in my nails and they are cut VERY crooked. I had to come home and make my own adjustments to have straight nails and toes. Is there a way to give negative stars??? This place is terrible. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill. I told the guy I want to same shape (round) but shorter. He "cut" my nails with the drill and made the square. I asked if he was going to round them and he said yes. He dint pinky and it looked fine. So he proceeded with the rest of my hand. The other four fingers he did square, completely different than the pinky he had just done. He gave me attitude when I told them I wanted round. Maybe because it's more work? I had to go wash my hands and an employee was washing cabbage in the sink. I had to wait until she was done and there chunks of cabbage in the bottom of the sink. The first polish I picked was too old so I had to get another polish. It's not even a color I like but it looked the newest. He kept telling me that not all my nails can look exactly the same and I could ask anyone else there. I just ignored him, whatever dude you don't know how to file. Then the entire salon started to stink like fish because employees were eating at the nail stations!!!! Vile! As he was polishing my nails he kept saying that all my nails can't look the same, I finally told him "just finish my nails". Terrible service, unskilled techs and unsanitary conditions! read more

I'm visiting from California and I'll be making a 5 hour drive every month now just for a Gel manicure. I love, love, LOVE my nails! Hanh did a fabulous job AND who can beat $23? They're funny and sociable. Nail techs in California are mean and stay mute. read more

I had a fantastic experience today. Mark took care of me and my overly neglected feet and hands. My mani-pedi was only $50 which I thought was very reasonable considering I got a design on my toes and gel nails. All of the staff were kind and Mark was hilarious. Although small, the salon was clean, and I had a great experience! Thank you!! read more

Great place! Everyone is nice. When I go someone greets me and makes sure I am taken care of right away. There is a guy there that is awesome and fun to talk to while he does your nails. The owner did a awesome job on my acrylics too. Don and Kevin was also super nice. They will meet any nail request as long as you tell them what you want. Great place for sure! read more

Pedicure Bath Cleaning? Didn't notice any cleaning after anyone left, no cleaning of the tubs before the next person? If it was it was maybe a rinse off. The instruments didn't appear to be cleaned anywhere? No plastic liners. My toe was slightly cut now I'm worried about infection. Great bang for the buck - this salon offers high quality manicures, pedicures, and waxing at an affordable price. Lucky for me, I've always managed to walk right in and beat the rush, but this place does get pack rather quickly. They have a great special for regular manicure/pedicures for under $30. Offering a wide range of gel colors and low cost add-ons for pedicures, such as callous removal and sea salt scrubs, this salon quickly rose to the top of my list among nail salons in the Valley. The only reason why I didn't provide a 5-star rating is that the ambiance could be improved. The decor and layout of the salon could be improved to provide a more relaxing experience. Additionally, other salons I've been to in Scottsdale, Dallas, New York, and Boston offer similar quality, prices, along with additional perks - like a complimentary tea or champagne and complimentary paraffin wax. I highly recommend going there, just be prepared for a bustling salon that may require a wait. read more

Tracy does a great job and each time I bring her a design I want, she nails it (no pun intended ) I drive from Tempe to this nail salon and it is well worth it! I came to this place because my friends enjoy going here and they have good prices. I was really excited to get my calluses removed - here is the problem when she was using the shredder to get rid of them she completely ripped open the skin on my toe. Blood everywhere she had to glue it back together. The issues was I still had to pay full price... and I'm having issues walking due to the open wound. Would be cautious going here. read more

Mani and Pedis are a usual for me. Unfortunately this place was just mediocre in my eyes. The place was smelly, and not the typical nail salon smell. I'm not sure what it was, but it wasn't the greatest scent in the world, and I wasn't fond of it. I was previously warned about the scent before attending this nail salon, but I figured, I'd the it a whirl. Sure enough, it was true. The work done was also just mediocre. French tips, Square is a pretty basic and simple request. Although I have high exceptions, I do believe the place could have been a bit more cleanly. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. And the work could have been, well.. better. I attended in the early morning. Pricing was on the higher end. Was this place horrendous? No, however I won't return, I'll just go elsewhere. read more

I got a gel manicure with designs for only $30! The staff is super nice and friendly too! I went there a couple weeks ago for a gel pedicure and it's still in tact, going to wait a couple more weeks to get a new one since they did such an excellent job. It's my new place to go! read more

I love Sienna Nails! I've been a client for over three years. Khan does a great job at keeping my natural nails long and healthy.. She is also amazing with pedicures. They have a great color selection in both polish and gel, and most importantly reasonable prices. I noticed negative comments regarding the wait time, this shop is busy so expect to wait if you're doing a walk in. I usually call about an hour or 30 minutes ahead and Tracy will happily make you an appointment. I totally recommend! read more

They don't take pride on what they do, all they want to do is hurry up fast with you. They leave your nails crooked and get mad when u tell them how to do your nails, I have never in my life had such a bad nail job. I had to come home and fix the nails that I paid for small! Never again! read more

Passive aggressive management. Rude to seniors. Eye rolling and loud talking. This place is a poor excuse for a business. They also have an awful selection of color options. Oh. And "General Hospital" on the TV!!!! Go if you want to be put in a bad mood. read more

Given the fact that there's mixed reviews of this place, I can personally say my visit to this little spot was a positive one! Came with my friend as walk-ins and the ladies were all very attentive and friendly from the start. Both of our techs were very patient and accommodating although we kept changing our minds about our nail colors lol. Tracy was the nice lady that gave my nails their transformation, loved her and my nails! The price was not too bad, considering I requested for an acrylic overlay with a gel color on my natural nails. I will be coming back again for my refill :) read more

This was my first time at this salon. Bonus they are open on Sundays which is my only day off on a weekend. Kim took care of my nails and was a delight. My daughter who is 10 received a manicure and a special flower on each ring finger. My nails were a set of white tipped acrylic with a surprise deco on each ring finger. The establishment was clean everyone was friendly. Though most spoke veitnameise chatter was inter spurssed with English and they were all engaging and pleasant. Kim let me know how much a leg wax would be and very thoroughly told me about how I could have my toes done just like my nails. My toenails are not pretty as far as I'm concerned. However having never had a pedicure I just might dive right in next time we visit.pricing is very fair tip for both ladies and our nails came to 55.00 which I thought a bargain. Oh the tip I gave was 15.00 so our nails and manicure with deco and special flower were 40.00. We will be returning!! read more

I had to repeatedly ask the technician to smooth them out because she was rushing to get to her next client, and I still left with bumpy, poorly done nails. Six days later, multiple nails were popping off. I went back expecting them to stand behind their work, but instead they refused to fix them unless I paid for another full set, offering only 20% off. To make it worse, they tried to blame me by saying I should have gotten a new set the week before. I never asked for a fill. The technician saw that I needed a full set and chose to do a fill anyway because she was in a rush. Then, when her rushed work failed in less than a week, they refused to take responsibility. I had them remove the nails and left. Save yourself the headache and go to Biltmore Nails instead. It's less than a mile away, less expensive, the quality is far better, and they actually stand behind their work.
