What I got back was a completely different vehicle. The finish is smooth, deep, and actually shines. Not that quick spray-over look you see sometimes, this was clearly prepped right and done with care. You can tell they didn't cut corners. Even the areas that were in bad shape before came out clean and consistent. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Edges, seams, hard-to-reach spots, everything looks intentional. No overspray, no uneven patches. It looks like a professional, thought-through job, not a rush job. If you've got something older or beat up and you're wondering if it's even worth repainting, it is, if you bring it here. They brought my bus back to life. On top of great customer service. I would absolutely use them again.

Highly Recommended - Outstanding Work and Truly Trustworthy Service…read more I cannot say enough good things about L.B. Auto & Custom in Manassas and the owner, Lionell Bruton. From small jobs like pin-striping to a full front bumper repair, the quality of work has been consistently excellent. Everything is done professionally and to a very high standard. The results look clean, precise, and factory-quality. What really sets this place apart is Lionell himself. He runs the business on relationships and trust, and it shows. He is honest, fair with pricing, and always ready to help with a genuine friendly smile. You never feel like just another job--he treats you like a valued customer and takes real pride in the work. I've been extremely happy with every interaction and every repair. If you need body work or paint in the Manassas area, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

I was rear-ended on April 24th 2015, and on the following Monday, April 27th, Allstate (my insurer)…read moregave me the option of either getting a traditional adjustment and finding my own repair shop, or using Craftsman Auto Body which is an Allstate-approved business that does both the adjustment and the repair. I opted for Craftsman, despite seeing a negative review on Yelp from 2012. I made the right decision. This place did a great job. First of all, Lupita in the front office, contacted us immediately after hearing from Allstate rather than waiting for us to call them...very proactive. She was professional and answered all our questions thoroughly. Once the car arrived (via tow that Allstate arranged separately with another company), we received an email stating the car had arrived and that we'd be hearing the estimate soon. Just hours later, we got a written estimate via email, plus Nick--the adjuster/manager--called on the phone to talk about the damage, the repair, and the timeline. I find it rare these days to find businesses that take such care to proactively communicate with customers, and I really appreciated it. The repairs to the car were all done within a week--and there was extensive damage and repainting required. I cannot tell there was any damage. The car looks great and drives perfectly. They also washed it, which was nice. The charges were very reasonable. I would definitely go back to this business even if it were not for an Allstate-covered repair issue. Highest marks! Oh--there is a sign out front that they are in process of changing the business's name from Craftsman to something else. I can't remember the new name, but for now both are on the sign.

In July this year, my Tesla 3 was hit by a deer. I found this store on Yelp…read more They have no experience repairing Teslas ,ordered the wrong parts many times, so that the entire repair process took more than three mouths. I refused to pick up the car three times because not finish the job. Untill now still not happy This accident only damaged the front bumper, Driver side fender, head light and front door skin. But they opened the interior of my rear trunk without authorization. They damaged everything in the rear trunk. I asked them why they moved the rear trunk stuff and what they did it. They replied that they didn't know who did it. When asked why many things have not been repaired, the answer is that we are a paint shop, which means that other than painting, we do not repair anything else. The entire car's paint was damaged and all surfaces, including the glass, were rough to the touch. It was obvious that the areas not to be painted were not covered, and the working environment was very harsh. The work was very unprofessional. They only worked on the front bumper, driver side fender and front door skin, instead of processing the entire driver side. Therefore, the color difference between the front and rear doors was serious. There is a loud noise when opening the door now. They know that it has not been repaired, but they want us to contact the insurance company. Isn't it the repair cost that they negotiated with the insurance company? The speaker is not fully reset。 During the restoration the hood was damaged, creating a dent. In the end, have to spend money to go to other body shops to treat the entire surface.

I had reached out to Jorge when my car failed the Virginia safety inspection due to a faulty…read moreABS/VSA module. Most shops recommended replacing the module at a whopping $3,000. I decided to do the sane thing and look at repair options instead. I had found Circuit Board Medics in South Carolina (these guys are the real deal btw) who would go on to do my repair for a 10th of the replacement price, but almost all of the shops around me were unwilling to remove the module for me to ship it out and then reinstall it once it was shipped back to me. Except Jorge. He gave me a reasonable price and service dates which was a little too close to the reinspection deadline but I had hoped it would be done by then. The first appointment, Tuesday, August 11, went really smoothly, Jorge came to my location and took off the module for me to ship out to the module techs down in SC on express delivery. Unfortunately there was only one day between me shipping it out and Jorge's Thursday appointment to reinstall the part. The techs in SC had a same-day turnaround but they ended up shipping it back out to me on the day of the appointment for it to arrive on Friday. Things had been going superbly up to that point. Because Thursday was the last day of the 15-day grace period, I was anxious to get it done as soon as possible because the fact that the period ended created new complications. Unfortunately, Jorge informed me that he would not be available until the following Monday. I understood his booking situation so I let him know that I might look for someone else to complete the job sooner because of the deadline that passed. He then offered to try to come on Saturday to which I offered to pay extra for him to try to come out on Friday, to which he agreed. Friday comes and I had asked him to let me know if he's likely to come out that day. He tells me that he couldn't make it that day at 7:30PM which was odd but things happen so I hoped he'd be able to come out on Saturday. Saturday comes, he texts later in the afternoon that he's busy and would come on Monday at 12PM. I didn't want to try to get a Sunday appointment at that point so I let it be. Monday comes and he's not here. A little while later he lets me know he's on his way, arrives at 1:30PM, gets the job done, and then we parted ways. Obviously, this was not the kind of service I expected to receive. I felt mistreated because of the following reasons: 1. I could have had someone else come and finish the job by Friday or Saturday. I completely would have understood if Jorge was unable to come but he sold me false hope and I believed it because, 2. I didn't want to rent a vehicle until he could come out but I could have! I thought it would be unnecessary since he'd definitely come today, tomorrow, the next day, when Christ comes back, etc. 3. I have lost earnings for nothing when I could have rented a car out and recouped some of the expenses that I had incurred and will incur because, 4. The car still failed inspection for another reason I didn't think would fail it and had I been working this past weekend, I would have been in a better position to get that new issue fixed. 5. I can't legally drive on public roads because the grace period has passed. Though it was the module techs who delayed the module, I had asked Jorge if he would be able to take off the module one day earlier so we could avoid a situation like this. He said he would try but he never confirmed it. The first appointment took literally 20 minutes and I would have paid extra for him to come the day before at an off hour or something so the inspection window would have less risk of closing. Though fixing this ultimately didn't stop the car from failing inspection again, at least I would have had more time to prepare for the next repair BEFORE the window closes. 6. After all of this grief, he was still late by an hour and 30 minutes on Monday without a single word of acknowledgement of the fact! I am so angry and disappointed in the way this all turned out. What had started off as an exceptional service has ended up costing me what I never expected it to, simply because an edge case scenario could not be handled properly and professionally. I hope Jorge can clarify any wrongdoing on my side and maybe rectify his end. I still reluctantly encourage anyone to give him a chance based on the other reviews written about this business and the factoring of "things happen"-ing, but he has lost my confidence. This is technically a one-star review but I didn't want to be any more blunt.
