I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I recently had the horrible experience of having my car stolen and when found, it was wrecked. Being that this was my first big car purchase, I was heartbroken and worried about the process of fixing it. My boyfriend recommended Tony for my car repair. This was the SMOOTHEST and most comforting process of this whole situation. Val works the front desk and does an amazing job of thoroughly explaining what is going to happen and how to move forward. They meticulously looked over my car and even found underlying issues that I couldn't see. Kevin and Tony did an amazing job making sure my car was returned to me in better condition than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants honest and easy process of fixing a car. I have found my mechanic for life.

My friend justin recommended this place to me, saying that did good work at a good price. He's really into his mustang so I trusted him. I bring him my car and illustrate I want to repaint the fender on my car. I leave my car with him from Friday to Monday. Within those few days they Cracked my windshield wiper cowl Scratched my tint Dirtied up and smudged my interior Performed a low quality repaint showing tape lines, fish eyes, and many imperfections in the repaint Scratched and swirled my car with their improper washing and buffing techniques Covered my vehicle in performance white overspray (ford paint color) I knew they were spraying that color so it was easy to realize that all of this massive overspray all over my car, windows, plastics, wheels, and tires were from them. Kevin then rushed me off when I went to pick up the car, I thought it was a bit odd so I left and inspected my vehicle once home. Immediately I called him, without question he refunded me. Why would he do that unless he knew he did me wrong and wanted to just refund me and wash his hands of it? He refused to pay to have the damages fixed, would not take my car back to fix the poor paint issues and said he did not work to work with me or any people like me. $2000 dollars later I had my fender repainted properly by a REAL shop, as well as my wiper cowl replaced, scratches swirls and paint overspray removed. I had to purchase new wheels because the custom paint job on my wheels were ruined with this overspray and it was not able to be removed from the wheels. It was never fully removed from the tires. Trying to save a few hundred I ended up spending a thousand more than I anticipated. I wrote the better business bureau, and they contacted Kevin. He wrote them a novel basically saying I was lying and it was my fault. Kevin the manager and owner is a word smith, very good with his words and carefully crafts it all together to make the other person look in the wrong if that's some how even possible with this situation. Oh yeah the best line he told me was when he said that the mustang wiper cowls spontaneously combust. Yeah that's it, my wiper cowl broke itself. He then said that someone could have broken it in the middle of the night.. But wait he told me my car would be stored inside of his shop over the weekend until I arrived to pick it up. So many lies and such terrible results. Bottom line is unless you don't care at all about quality, don't spend your time or money here.

    Halo's with Blue

Kevin, Valarie (hope I spelled it right..LOL) and the team at Artisan are the utmost professional and provide superior workmanship and service. I could not be happier how my Halo's and RGBW with blue tooth connection turned out. Look no further if you are looking to get services done for you automobile.

Crazy good service and low cost. Very small business in Manassas Park. Love supporting small family businesses.

What I got back was a completely different vehicle. The finish is smooth, deep, and actually shines. Not that quick spray-over look you see sometimes, this was clearly prepped right and done with care. You can tell they didn't cut corners. Even the areas that were in bad shape before came out clean and consistent. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Edges, seams, hard-to-reach spots, everything looks intentional. No overspray, no uneven patches. It looks like a professional, thought-through job, not a rush job. If you've got something older or beat up and you're wondering if it's even worth repainting, it is, if you bring it here. They brought my bus back to life. On top of great customer service. I would absolutely use them again.

I also have a Prius that is quite the unique turquoise blue, making repairs/painting a little tricker and more pricey. Although I got other quotes, which he encouraged me to do to help me learn about what needed to be done on my car and what average costs for those services were, I knew I wanted to work with him. He took so much time explaining to me what had happened to my car and what he could do for me within my budget. He's so nice, made me feel so comfortable, and I felt confident that he was going to do a good job for a good price. As a younger woman, with this being my very first experience having hefty car repairs, I really felt taken care of and learned a lot about the car process- which was very intimidating to me! You won't catch me going anywhere else for repairs 10/10 service, quality, and kindness!

I opted for Craftsman, despite seeing a negative review on Yelp from 2012. I made the right decision. This place did a great job. First of all, Lupita in the front office, contacted us immediately after hearing from Allstate rather than waiting for us to call them...very proactive. She was professional and answered all our questions thoroughly. Once the car arrived (via tow that Allstate arranged separately with another company), we received an email stating the car had arrived and that we'd be hearing the estimate soon. Just hours later, we got a written estimate via email, plus Nick--the adjuster/manager--called on the phone to talk about the damage, the repair, and the timeline. I find it rare these days to find businesses that take such care to proactively communicate with customers, and I really appreciated it. The repairs to the car were all done within a week--and there was extensive damage and repainting required. I cannot tell there was any damage. The car looks great and drives perfectly. They also washed it, which was nice. The charges were very reasonable. I would definitely go back to this business even if it were not for an Allstate-covered repair issue. Highest marks! Oh--there is a sign out front that they are in process of changing the business's name from Craftsman to something else. I can't remember the new name, but for now both are on the sign.
