The only person I would consider giving any trust to is the manager Julio who was stuck in the middle of Kevin/ Steve's lies. I went in to ask if they had the maintenance record for the car that was sold me to, Kevins/ Steve said they didn't. Again, I asked to speak to the managers/ owners whose names show up on BBB as Business Management: Thomas Wong Ms. Min Huynh, Manager I keep being told they are out of town or traveling every time I go. I forked out over $14, 000 cash for the car. While it seems to run ok after a few months of having it, I have no record of the car. I don't know when maintenace is due, what the car may have gone through in the past, etc... . So with that said, and after my numerous attempts, I am filing a complaint with BBB so these business owners can take cusotmer requests more seriously. No ok.

Once again, they did an awesome job with the body work. The car, honestly, looks like it came right off the showroom lot, which is why they are supposed to do. While they worked with the insurance company, they kept me informed all along the way. They also had the repairs done earlier than usual. My car sustained some damage from a hit and run and T&H was on the list of preferred body shops from my insurance company. They were extremely helpfuland made the whole process easy. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did and received great service. Clay and his team were quite helpful in getting my car restored to like new condition. He repainted one of my doors fixed the dent and even fixed all the chips around my car and he even told me to comeback if I see anymore chips in the paint and he will fix it. This man goes the extra mile he even waited for me as they were closing and even wash my car before giving it back to me. I highly recommend this shop. Instead of leaving for a lengthy period, Euro Collision was able to order my door and I scheduled an appointment for the repair after it arrived. Euro Collision finished my car a day before the quote, which was amazing! I mainly worked with Chris, who was great! I've been back and forth with EuroCollision since having them repair my rear bumper, fender, and…read moredriver door. The first mishap came when they told me my bill was going to be less than $1000 but ended up being about $2000 when I came to pick it up. They said they'd work with me but ended up knocking off only about $20 as if that made a difference. Then, I take a look at the work they did and it was just terrible. They gave me every excuse under the sun but ended up taking it back to "fix" a few issues that still remained on the car. We spoke about them fixing multiple issues, however, only one of them was addressed when I came to pick up my car for the second time. The service manager kept trying to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about despite personally working on a Best Paint In Show awarded car at Pebble Beach. The more I spoke to him, the more I realized how much of a scam artist this guy, and apparently the company, is. Either way, once again, they told me I could bring the car back for a third time to get the scuffs buffed out that they were supposed to take out already. The next thing that happened just goes to show how dishonest they truly are. The insurance company recommended a new bumper and EuroCollision both charged me for one and "confirmed" they replaced it. However, a few months later, I decided to sell off my car in pieces, and the "new" bumper that EuroCollision "installed" has a 2003 manufacturers date on it, in addition to very unique damaged that was present before my visit. CONFIRMED: EuroCollision practices insurance fraud and passes the BS onto its customers because they're not fulfilling the work they're supposed to be. Finally, upon removing my rocker panel, I found about 5lbs of glue to make the weather strip stay in place after they broke it and decided they didn't want to spend $10 to replace it. So while removing the rocker panel, the glue ripped off paint and is now destroyed. I will absolutely be doing everything in my power to get the word out that EuroCollision is a bunch of scam artists.

Eliot's also offers a loaner car if the repairs are going to take a day or two so I'm not stranded or have to change my plans. (Located near Addison Brown Line stop and Trader Joes). I continue to go to Eliot's for regular oil changes. Mailings provide me with tips and discount coupons. The owner Eliot is a mechanical engineer and takes pride in his & his team's service.

Didn't say a word to Eliot what other place recommended within an hour after I dropped the car off I received a call that my tire was fixed. They took a nail out and put a patch on the tire. Good as new. 29$ charge vs the hundreds I would have paid had I just taken the first recommendation. Eliot and his workers are honest, good people. I brought my 2014 Mazda 3 to OK Auto after a breakdown, expecting honest work. Instead, I was told…read morea cylinder wasn't firing and that I should sell the car before the engine failed. I was charged $650 for that diagnosis. A Mazda dealership later found the real issue in minutes: a spark plug was bent and missing its tip. Replacing it fixed the misfire immediately. They also discovered that a spark plug OK Auto installed was already cracked, and that the ignition coils they used weren't manufacturer‑approved...all of which I had to pay to replace again. In total, I spent nearly $1,700 correcting problems OK Auto missed or made worse. Their misdiagnosis, use of sub‑standard parts, and alarming recommendation to sell my car were completely unnecessary. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop with your vehicle.

Knowing that they changed 20 + original parts and charged you what you could order on line "original parts " Instead of the cheapest part they gonna get you, end up paying a lot less for original parts that your car needs. A complete cheat in that shop. Don't do business with, they are a lot of honest mechanics out there. Don't waist your time and money with this guys.
