There was a current promotion through Yelp for [1 Stairs, 1 hallway, 4 rooms] for $129.00. I called the owner on a Monday and let him know the job specs. He had reviewed his calendar and informed me that their company had a opening for Tuesday between 8-10 a.m! I was surprised at the quick turn around for scheduling. I confirmed the reservation. There was a 3rd party company that came instead, 24/7 carpet, but the company did a fantastic job! I was really impressed with how clean the carpets came out. Steve, with 24/7 carpet provided a lot of great tips on keeping our carpet clean! I'll be using Aardvark Affordable in the future if I need carpet cleaning again!

A bunch of spots left behind, no scrubbing done at all (until I practically had to beg while pointing out a number of heavy traffic spots that looked bad). He did the whole house (about 1,500 sq ft of accessible carpet) in 90 minutes by a single person for $200 which is the fastest we've ever had it done (hastily done). It stayed wet for 36 hours (supposed to day in 4 hours). I texted Brian, who is usually quite reliable, and got no response. Hopefully this is a one off for them and they haven't gone downhill altogether. If you wind up going with these guys, definitely ensure you don't get stuck with Luis!

I found Dry Mist Carpet Cleaning here on Yelp and called Chris for a quote. He picked up the phone quickly and was able to do what I needed. He arrived at my home before I did and I was 15 minutes early. Since I'm still living in the house, he and his helper were able to move a few pieces of furniture, and not just work around them. Chris finished my 1500 square foot, two story home in an hour. He moved the heavier furniture pieces back into place and payment was easy since he takes credit cards using his smart phone. Got my receipt by email as I walked him out the door and the carpets were completely dry in a little over two hours. Super quick AND easy process. Chris really does care about customer satisfaction and providing quality and fast service to the customer. Special note: I waited to write this review a full 24 hours after Dry Mist finished the job, just to confirm the cleaned carpets stayed clean and no surprises came back. I was drawn to this company because of the Eco friendly products that they use and it's pet and child friendly. I called on a Saturday and set up appointment for Monday. No problems. Will was very informative and answered my questions about the products and method they use. They gave me a range of 3-4pm. They give a courtesy call when they are 30 minutes away and arrived at 3:40. I told them that my dog was in training and I gave them certain instructions like meeting my dogs outside, giving no eye contact to my dog, etc... and they were understanding of it. Lol. Anyway, it took about an hour to do and an hour and a half to dry. I even asked to see the water and it was hella dirty.. it was black.. So gross, lol. It also picked up all the dog hair! I waited a week to write this review cuz I wanted to see if the treatments they used for the urine would work. And I guess it did. The couch feels clean, smells clean, and i don't smell any urine. I don't think any of my dogs smell it either, cuz they haven't tried to pee in that same spot. Overall, I'm satisfied. I would call and use them again. They are professional on the phone and with their work. If you ever have pet stains, give them a call. I attached a picture of my sectional so you can see the size of it. The pee stain was in the arm rest of the chase. I paid $160 for cleaning all the cushions, and sides. Not the back of the couch or ottoman. If I wanted to do the ottoman, then they were gonna charge me $20. My main concern was the sectional that's why I decided no to ottoman.
