I recently adopted a dog, who pees while excited. So he peed excitedly on my sectional. I tried to clean is with baking soda and vinegar, but it wasn't quite working and I could smell urine. I was drawn to this company because of the Eco friendly products that they use and it's pet and child friendly. I called on a Saturday and set up appointment for Monday. No problems. Will was very informative and answered my questions about the products and method they use. They gave me a range of 3-4pm. They give a courtesy call when they are 30 minutes away and arrived at 3:40. I told them that my dog was in training and I gave them certain instructions like meeting my dogs outside, giving no eye contact to my dog, etc... and they were understanding of it. Lol. Anyway, it took about an hour to do and an hour and a half to dry. I even asked to see the water and it was hella dirty.. it was black.. So gross, lol. It also picked up all the dog hair! I waited a week to write this review cuz I wanted to see if the treatments they used for the urine would work. And I guess it did. The couch feels clean, smells clean, and i don't smell any urine. I don't think any of my dogs smell it either, cuz they haven't tried to pee in that same spot. Overall, I'm satisfied. I would call and use them again. They are professional on the phone and with their work. If you ever have pet stains, give them a call. I attached a picture of my sectional so you can see the size of it. The pee stain was in the arm rest of the chase. I paid $160 for cleaning all the cushions, and sides. Not the back of the couch or ottoman. If I wanted to do the ottoman, then they were gonna charge me $20. My main concern was the sectional that's why I decided no to ottoman. read more

I can't recommend these guys more. I called to set up an appointment and they gave me all of the info for the appointment day over the phone. They set a time range they'd be there and were a bit late due to another job taking longer than expected but I was called ahead and advised of this. I have four dogs, one of which is a rescue from a abusive and neglected home so she has an issue with going to the bathroom on my carpet. Both times these guys have came out they have done a great job removing the urine stains. Great service! James was very nice, professional and helpful. He even moved my couch, crib and other nursery furniture so as to get all the carpeting areas even after I said I would do it. He was diligent in the high traffic areas. And did even more then promised. Also noted they called me 20 mins before coming which is always nice to have a heads up and explained/showed me everything. OMG..... These guys were amazing!! I got a text the night before and a call the next morning and they were here in a half hour! Now, on top of this, Will & Luke started off our appointment with literally running down the street to catch my crazy dog that slipped out while saying hello to them! Very disappointed in the courtesy and professionalism of this company. My appointment was scheduled between 10-11. At 11:45 I call to see if they were even going to show up. I finally get a call back around NOON and the technician Micheal say clearly we are running late. Um how about I am so sorry for the inconvenience and not calling to let you know we were not going to make our 10-11 appointment commitment. Instead he proceeded to give me the reasons why the appointment prior made the run behind. If you know right when you get to the appointment that you need to clean 2 more areas then originally stated then let your next appointment know you maybe running behind. Just a thought. Just terrible! I recently had my carpet cleaned by these guys and I wouldn't recommend them. The carpet was cleaned early just after 10am, the carpet didn't dry until late at night, that's ridiculous. The next day I noticed a large brown spot in my living room, I decided just to clean that spot again with a shampoo machine that I have, instead of probably dealing with them again. Overly priced I may add, I've had others charge 20-25 bucks a room and left the carpet looking great, with better drying time. This business owner is now continuing to harass me with messages, accusing me of being a competitor. Here's one of the responses of a few that were sent. From owner - "Mark, if you are truly a customer and have used our service, why can you not provide information on your appointment or send a picture of your services invoice? Our company services over 50 homes a week and we do not have time to go back and forth with competitors attempting to leave negative reviews. Especially when bragging about Steam Cleaning being a better method. You mention you shampoo your carpets, any cleaning store would have told you this was the worst way to clean carpet. With shampoo, soap, detergent. If you were a customer, please send the information requested so we can attempt to follow through with the issue. They did a great job, after they finished I saw a couple of spots in the bedrooms, they addressed those issues and the spots came out. Tile came out nicely as well. After two days I vacuumed up the carpet, looks great, nice and dry and no foul smells or smells of cleaning solutions. I had my invoice emailed to me within a day.
