Since I just put my house on the market, I needed to get the carpets cleaned by a company that could not only accommodate my work schedule, but still have the whole house done and dry before potential buyers toured my home. I found Dry Mist Carpet Cleaning here on Yelp and called Chris for a quote. He picked up the phone quickly and was able to do what I needed. He arrived at my home before I did and I was 15 minutes early. Since I'm still living in the house, he and his helper were able to move a few pieces of furniture, and not just work around them. Chris finished my 1500 square foot, two story home in an hour. He moved the heavier furniture pieces back into place and payment was easy since he takes credit cards using his smart phone. Got my receipt by email as I walked him out the door and the carpets were completely dry in a little over two hours. Super quick AND easy process. Chris really does care about customer satisfaction and providing quality and fast service to the customer. Special note: I waited to write this review a full 24 hours after Dry Mist finished the job, just to confirm the cleaned carpets stayed clean and no surprises came back. Most carpet cleaning services drench your carpet with solution and then suck out as much of the fluid as they can. Your carpet is still wet for a number of days. With Dry Mist it's totally different. He uses a light spray solution that loosens the dirt and then he uses a dry pad machine to scrub the carpet, pull out the dirt, and leave it clean and almost dry. Best customer service! I don't know what else to say except Chris is clearly a TRUSTWORTHY, HARDWORKING, and RESPECTFUL businessman. So thankful I came across this yelp listing. I'm going through a move and am not in the Las Vegas valley anymore but needed to have the carpets cleaned per my lease agreement. I spoke with Chris on the phone and he was able to fit in a cleaning a couple days later! He was easily available via text and everything was smooth sailing. He notified me that when he arrived at the house, there had been a water leak from under the kitchen sink - so he notified the property manager to have it looked at and went ahead and cleaned up all of the water in addition to cleaning my carpets! Clearly Chris went above and beyond what he was there to do and he simply said "It sounds like you need some help since you're not here right now, I don't mind, I took care of it." He even said he'd stop by the next day to check on the situation under the sink and put a fan in there to help dry it out to prevent any mold from growing and causing more problems. OMG is this guy for real? Someone doing something more than they quoted and didn't charge me extra? Yes, he is for real. He's amazing. I wish I was there to give him a hug of gratitude. He also took before/after pictures for me to provide to my property manager in case I need those and I couldn't be happier. He charged me what he said he would and contacted me when he was at the house, when he was done. I have wall-to-wall wool carpet, and was nervous about getting my carpets cleaned, since wool tends to shrink and we've had issued in the past.
