I found Spot-On Signs and Graphics. I was helped by Eliza who gave me awesome suggestions on how to complete the sign. She listened to everything I wanted the photo prop to accomplish and came through like a champ. They made it to accommodate 4 people at a time while sitting in chairs. On thick stock but still very light. They supplied handles to hold it or a stand for it to sit on. They had it ready in short order for a great price. It turned out beautiful! She stated she works with Canva but she expressed by tone and clearly grumbling under the phone "Oh my god." She was annoyed by our conversation and it showed. There was nothing friendly about the conversation, even at "Hello." I did speak with other print shops in the area while trying to find a good one who wouldn't be frustrated with me. They all stated that Barbara, the owner of this business, is known for being this way and is commonly frustrated with her customers. My interaction here is a PERFECT example of BAD customer service in any workplace. From other print shops, they informed me that it was likely a "Barbara," as this was an older woman. I called in (seeing Google's rating was 4.8) in hopes of getting my dad's invitations printed for his party. I was seeking guidance and she wasn't friendly at first over the phone. At first, I mentioned Canva and she seems a little bit disgruntled over that. "Yes. I've worked with Canva. Everyone uses it. I don't know whyyyyy." I brushed it off and mentioned emailing the invitation. I'm not familiar with Lake Natoma and its spelling, as I'm from Fresno and simply trying to get invitations for my dad printed. We got through info@... and I asked her to repeat the Natoma part and she was even more disgruntled over that. I didn't even catch her spelling it out again until I heard her very clearly grumble and under her breath "Oh my god." At that moment, I excused myself and hung up. I couldn't even get the help or service because I felt I was a burden to Barbara and felt she didn't want my business. I go on yelp to see this place has 3.5 stars. Safe to say, never trust Google reviews.

His only compromise was to offer the same product again at a 25% discount. Greg is only interested in turning a profit, not delivering quality products and building business relationships in the community. Sadly this was a costly mistake, but one I will never make again, and hope I can help other from making with this review.
