I have a musical act, a little modern and a little classic, with no real obvious symbology or visual go-to, and I wanted a striking T-shirt that did with an image what I do with sound. I contacted Dane and found him easy to work with, genuinely eager to be part of a creation, and very inspiring. I asked for a design that I could emulsify on to a silk screen and then print T-shirts from. Dane was experienced and knowledgeable with myriad media and instantly understood just what I needed. We talked back and forth about styles and fonts and such which was a fun process because of his amicable nature and deep love of creativity. He made a couple mock-ups, which we discussed and critiqued, and then he would go back to work. The end result is bad to the bone. I love it. I know that I wasn't easy to work with because I have a hard time describing art in words, but Dane found my pulse, if you will, and made a better image than I could've dreamed. He gave me a disc with the files and an original. The price was very reasonable and I was happy to pay it, in part because he communicated his progress with me so I saw the work he put into it. The Studio is spacious and has plenty of room for the Wheelchair to Maneuver. Hailey took the photos, and Jessica & Noah assisted in every possible way to make sure our son was comfortable. The entire staff was delightful and professional to work with. Their attitude showed a group of people who were happy to be there and wanted to ensure we had the photos we wanted. I can't remember if Lucas answered the phone or if he called me right back but it was quick and easy to get a hold of him either way. We made an appointment to meet the next day. Lucas was perfectly communicative and arrived on time. He was patient as my mom's neighbors engaged me and added significant time to his visit. What I appreciated most from Lucas is that he offered multiple options for each area of work to be done. Aesthetically and as far as cost. As time was a factor, having Lucas respond the following day with a very reasonable bid, based on the options we discussed and with the added benefit of him being ready to get the work completed in a short amount of time really meant a lot. As did his communication with following up to see if we had any questions or concerns. Ultimately my mom chose a different option but that decision does not reflect on Lucas or Alpha at all. We chose Millsaw because their quote was comprehensive, he was transparent with us about the our responsibilities and costs, he was professional in his initial visit to measure our layout, and he had good references. His team was on time every day. They laid down paper and a protective mat to cover our floor and stairs where they walked. They were kind to our family and BOY were they fast!
