I've had Ezequiel help me with two projects so far, and I wanted to share my experience with both!…read more 1) Bathroom remodel: I truly couldn't be happier with his work. He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with. At this point, Ezequiel is definitely my go-to. I first met with their designer, who came by to take a look at the space and take measurements. From there she put together an estimate and a rendering. It was exactly what I was envisioning. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. Paul and his team came to the rescue to replace our old fence! I'm so glad we found This and That Fence to get a second opinion: the price was lower than what the first person was quoting, but also the level of detail, responsiveness and service Paul provided was incredibly top notch. After walking the yard with us, we received a highly detailed quote of the work ahead (both drawings and written details). This was enough to give us confidence to move forward and schedule with Paul. Every step of the way leading up to the scheduled work date, Paul kept me informed and kept in the loop which I really appreciated. Paul also was able to adhere to what our HOA guidelines asked for, so that there was no risk to the job performed. He was also able to modify the quote based on a shared fence line with a neighbor, bringing the price down a bit more while still providing a good section of fence to be replaced for confidence.
