It was fun while being gently challenged to describe tasting notes of all of these beautiful wines. Got more right than I expected. Dani really has this craft down and shares many years of wine expertise. History along with many of her fun wine adventures I.e. dinner with Francis Coppola for example. He showed me where it was, and I told him that I've been waiting years for it. (Look up Bently Heritage distillery, which was purchased by the guy who owns Foley Wines and the LV Golden Knights and renamed Minden Mill.)
