We called again despite reservations with how unreliable they were, and left a message to let us know if they were still interested in the business. The mother called and left a message last night that she had time "sometime" today, wednesday, or Saturday. We were done with them and decided they were extremely non commital, unreliable, and Unprofessional. Then the mother called this morning and offered today or Saturday. I told her for the 3rd time we cant do weekends for estimates. And that we need a morning like 9 am appointment. She seemed put off by it and offered 9-10 some morning. I told her that we need to work and cant wait around for Gordon or Cody for an hour to give us an estimate. She said she'd call them and call me back in 10 or 15 minutes. Never heard from her. These people at this company clearly get leads and play games, juggling potential customers into time slots that are only convenient to themselves and will drop you if they feel like it for personal reasons, a more expensive job comes through after promising you, or they want to sleep in past 9 am on a weekday.
