Mike arrived when I was away from the home- all he asked was that I leave a parking spot open for him for his machinery. When I returned home, about two hours after his planned start time, the tree was gone, all remnants of it were completely gone, the sidewalk was completely swept and clean, and the mulch in my front yard had been raked around to incorporate the resulting sawdust, leaving me with a very simple finishing solution; I drove right past my house, went to the local nursery, bought a new plant and a bag of mulch and... When evaluating my trees, they clearly explained which ones needed deadwood removal and which ones were fine at the time. They also had to remove one tree from my front yard, and they took the time to explain in detail why removal was necessary. I recently worked with Rodney, and he was great about discussing the details of the job and explaining his recommendations. He is obviously very knowledgeable about trees and clearly cares deeply about his work. Of all the companies I contacted, Green Vista also seemed to have the most appropriate equipment for the job. Several other companies weren't confident they could get their lift into my backyard.
