They removed excessive tree roots, trenched and built a sturdy retaining wall to protect the tree, regraded the yard to ensure proper slope for water runoff, and created two attractive flower beds with enriched soil and black mulch. They laid sod across multiple curb strips and the front of the house, carefully blending seams and finishing edges. Their quote was by far the fairest among five contractors we interviewed, and the workmanship shows it. With extra sod available they even took additional time to install over a curb strip for me. In the course of working on these drainage and erosion projects Adrian had the crew work on several other parts of my backyard that weren't even part of original agreed upon work. They put steps down into the play pad area for me since I have a mobility issue, they put down a steppingstone path and cleared an old fallen tree root ball with their mini excavator.
