She sent me the invoice without sending any pictures of the final product. I continuously asked for pictures before paying, and she went completely silent and ghosted me. Pizza has always been a Friday night thing in our household, so much it became a running gag that we pretended we opened a pizza place and named it Eddie's Pizzeria after our shiba inu dog Eddie. We had so many great times not only by ourselves but countless times when our families or friends visited us for Friday night pizza nights. In fact, we would comically print out a paper sign on the door saying Eddie's Pizzeria with a dog silhouette on it. Unfortunately, after 15 years we lost our beloved dog and wanted the Eddies Pizzeria tradition to go on. That's where Ana and Sierra Signs came in. Do not purchase products from these people. Very rude and they do not respect ones thoughts and opinions. I purchased a sign on Saturday 10/1 at a fair in Ventura. It had issues that they said would be resolved to my satisfaction. When I tried to pick up the merchandise the following day on Sunday morning 10/2, it was not ready for pick up. They told me that it would be done later that day. I left the fair without picking up the item. When I contacted them by phone, they laughed at me for forgetting to pick up the item and said I was stupid. Then they wanted to charge me more money to ship it to me. I refused to pay them more money and requested a refund on my CC. The husband called me back after his wife told me she would process the refund and he called me the most stupid person he has ever met and other rude and vile things. These are not the type of people you should be purchasing from. They only care about themselves and not you! read more
