From soft feather down to a more rigid high quality foam, you dream it they build it. I had them build my family a sofa to meet the exact measurements and fill material that I wanted and RX Design Studio created a phenomenal sofa at a fraction of the cost of other designers. I will never return to Costco, Ashley, pottery barn, or west elm. I will simply bring this studio a picture or my imagination and have them build me a custom sofa with the highest quality materials available and have them build it for a fraction of the cost. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our sofa. FYI, my sofa has baseball stitch, high tension water repellent material with the highest quality fill available in the market. His quote to me was very competitive, and even a little bit better, than other companies. And to make it even better, he included free pickup and delivery. We agreed on a pick-up time, and he was here on time with plenty of options for me to choose from as far as the material to be used. He quoted a drop off time of completion, and met that on time! It was a really great experience, and he performed exactly as requested. I really appreciated the time and effort that went into this, and I would definitely use his services again.

We also needed to reupholster four dining table chair seats in black leather, and they also replaced the seat foam, making the 15+ year old chairs look and feel brand new. Freddy gave us a time estimate of one week, and the job was finished on time. Everything was perfectly done and looks flawless! I recently visited Silva's Upholstery to get an estimate for reupholstering two couches, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. Rather than providing helpful advice or offering options within my budget, I was bluntly told, 'We're too expensive for you.' This dismissive and unprofessional attitude made me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. While I understand that different businesses cater to different price ranges, no one should be treated with such disregard. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a place that shows such poor customer service. read more

We needed our dining room chair cushions replaced (which have a unique shape). Impressed with their service, communication, and photo's shared before I picked them up. EXTREMELY pleased with the work. Very comfortable, looks beautiful, workmanship A+++++. In addition, I also requested removable covers, to place over the cushions, for added protection. Sierra Upholstery is a superb upholstery resource. I needed the cushions recovered for my two outdoor club chairs and Alex did an excellent job. He did absolutely perfect work and my chairs look better than when I first bought them. Also, his turn around time was just a few days and he was easy and pleasant to work with. When I met my wife 25 years ago she had this ugly mustard yellow chair that she inherited from her grandma and we've been dragging it around with us ever since with the idea of someday getting it reupholstered. I said you promised not to do anything but down and he said well that's how we do it and I thought well that wasn't what we said that you were gonna do to my chair so don't believe everything that you hear there because he has a technique of cutting corners and he'll do it his way even if he tells you he'll do it differently . He is very far away since I moved to San Diego - plus going back to someone who misrepresented and lied to me. I'd much rather have financial compensation since it was a $2500 chair reupholster it was very expensive. I should've gotten top notch beautiful work for that amount of money. I can see someone else asked for compensation on reviews and didn't get any. I believe my chair should be about $1800 at the most !! And that's being generous.. if I get a refund, then I'll remove this review
