I just had 1 slice and that was enough. The bbq chicken pizza was just ok but kind of lacking flavor and it should come with onion but not worth $2.25 or $2.50 just to add onion as a topping. It's pricey here and honestly I tried this place once and that's enough. Hope they are able to improve a bit and make it work at this location. I heard it is nice inside but we got delivery so can't comment on atmosphere there.

I watched the employee move the nice pieces of bacon aside with his hand, then scoop up the crumbled bits from the bottom of the pan and dump those on my sandwich instead. Nothing says "$20+ giant sub" quite like getting the bacon equivalent of the crumbs at the bottom of a potato chip bag. I'm actually sitting in the parking lot writing this because I don't think I've ever gotten such a poorly made sandwich from this location. I've always liked coming here, which is why tonight was so disappointing. I'll definitely think twice before coming back on a Monday night. Apparently weekends are when the good bread, bacon, grill -- and enthusiasm -- are available.

Ok let me open up this BIG can of "dirty worms" for ALL of my Franklin & surrounding communities!!! This guy didn't waste NO time since it's namesake (Sierra Silvia from Taunton Ma.) quietly walked away & cut ties from this "Joker"& Her "namesake" establishment, "Sierra's Pizza & Pub". This WAS a great establishment in our beautiful community. Bravo to Ms Silvia for her insight. Can't blame her 1 dam bit!!! This dude says HE was in the hospital & tested +POSITIVE for Covid-19 & was ADMITTED on a Wednesday. THEN he was seen BACK AT WORK (COOKING OUR orders) within 4 DAYS just like Trump! He brags that he beat it in a couple of days but when asked IF he retook the Covid-19 to be 100% accurate that he has a "-NEGATIVE" Covid test result to be able to RETURN to this establishment, He quickly changes the subject!! Word is that HE's just 1 of a couple of owners of this restaurant! THIS largely obese co-owner literally SWEATS into the food HE preps!! Oh and don't ask if he washes his hands after using the restroom because as I, you'll get nauseated because HE DOSEN'T!!!! From the Restroom straight back to the kitchen or register! Even our children know enough about proper sanitation after using the restroom!!!! Absolutely nauseating!! OH and let's NOT forget the IMMIGRANTS of "a foreign country" he's got working back in the kitchen ALL working ILLEGALLY (NOT USA legally eligible to be employed)! my favorite pizza and Italian food in Franklin....combined with other specialties such as chicken parm, chicken alfredo ..... there are lots of other choices in the area but Sierras is the best. great for take out lunch or dinner, or dining in. chicken tenders and wings are just over the top and were a real hit at our family get together. Ruben sandwich - i would definately recommend. Raviolis all homemade. The Italian food has been phenomenal; the tomato sauce is fresh , homemade , pasta is all fresh and homemade . We eat there and do take out all the time; food is consistently hot, fresh and delicious with great wine selections as well. the staff is so friendly and helpful; portions are huge and they vary the specials all the time so no lack of great choices. Visited Italy several years ago which spoiled me as most restaurants here cant compare. BEWARE: They are having yelp remove bad reviews. I wrote an honest review about a cheese pizza I had gotten a few months ago, and it is now removed. False advertising - this is NOT brick oven pizza, it is made on a conveyer belt. I am not sure why they think they can get away with lying to customers about what their product actually is, especially if they are going to use it in their name. The pizza was terrible. Noticeably cheap ingredients, hardly edible, and not made well in their CONVEYER BELT OVEN. They have a sign out that says "voted best pizza!". This is a desperate and laughable attempt to draw customers. I would love to know who exactly voted them best pizza. Their product will speak for itself at the end of the day, but another strike against them for trying to censor customer reviews. read more

Firstly, how do you call yourself "brick oven pizza" when there is no brick oven? Ordered a cheese pizza and it was horrible. Sauce was gross and too sweet, it was overloaded with cheap tasteless cheese that made the pizza super soggy, and the crust was plain terrible. I could have gotten a better pie from Domino's. The pizza was akin to something you would expect from a concession stand. I don't know what is going on at Sierra's, and who there thinks they are making an acceptable product, but it sure is concerning. For all the hype they put into their reopening, time and money spent on renovating, it is shocking how overall bad the place is from food to aesthetic. read more

Absolutely terrible. Thought I'd give this place a try. Never again. Ordered delivery, estimated time to be 45min. Food came after about 1hour and 10min, ice cold. Had to microwave everything. The steak used in the sandwiches tastes like it was previously frozen. Very fatty and low grade quality. The pizza looked like it was made by a kid in 6th grade cooking class and tasted similar. We ended up throwing half of the pizza out. Much better places in town. Won't be shocked if this place went out of business in the near future. read more
