I can't say enough great things about the folks who work at this place! First, thank you for welcoming us with open arms when I called only hours before coming out there and asked for tables for 40 people - on a Saturday night! The set-up on your beautiful wrap around porch was spectacular and the staff so sweet and willing to help. We loved that you had chips on the table when we arrived to help whet our appetite for the great food to come. Second, your staff was amazing and quickly pivoted when a severe thunderstorm came in and did not let up, making the front porch unusable by 28 people in our group. The staff immediately brought us inside and found a place for all of us. Third, when all the food orders became jumbled because of the changes in seating, the entire staff just rolled with it, letting the moms in our group help serve the food. Every single person on staff that night was patient, willing to accept the help and no one complained that the inside restaurant space became a little bit of a madhouse with our large group now inside. We were so very grateful for all of the accommodation made by the staff at Sierra's Pizza & Pub. We felt like we were invited into the home of good friends who talked with us, shared their story with us and fed us. The beautifully renovated bar area needs to be mentioned also - the back of the bar opens to the side porch, making it open air and the bar itself is a piece of artwork! The food was also so very good - great pizzas, tasty pastas and sauces and large salads. We could not believe our good luck in finding a place that would take us all on such short notice on a Saturday night, but to find a place as warm and welcoming as Sierra's was a real treasure. We tried a variety of pizzas. The greek and meatlovers we a big hit. It was hard to pick one favorite. The staff was great. The were very accommodating to our large party. There is a large deck overlooking water. Perfect for eating outside in nice weather. read more

10/10 would recommend! We got "the Greek" pizza which had the most perfect golden crust slightly well done on the bottom which is my favorite! Also tried the chicken fingers as well as chicken kabobs and they were both out of this world. Jimmy & mike the owners were so incredibly welcoming and made my friend and I feel like we were apart of their family! Lastly we tried 3 desserts all imported from Greece weekly! My favorite was the kataife (hopefully im spelling that right) so light and airy & delicious! Important to note the owners are huge supporters of other small businesses & offered to advertise my business on their screens inside! Love it and cannot say enough nice things about the place! Loved this place! We went tonight with a toddler and a 7 year old and while waiting to order one of the employees asked if we wanted Popsicles for the kids. Later they were walking around giving out pieces of some sort of cheesy bread (absolutely delicious). We got mozzarella sticks and a pepperoni pizza, both were great. The owner (I'm assuming he was the owner!!) Came out and gave us 4 little chocolate desserts from Greece and the kids loved them. Will absolutely be back, it's tough to find a place that I don't feel uncomfortable at with my crazy 2 year old, but they couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating there. Extremely disappointing. "Chicken Kabob" dinner with rice and salad.... the chicken was completely devoid of any interesting taste. I had to add bbq sauce at home, otherwise it was SO plain! The rice was awful. Sort of small, hard (maybe under-cooked?), and bad tasting. And the salad: I believe there was one cherry tomato, a small sprinkle of diced carrot, and a couple of slices of radish... the rest was clearly store bought chopped lettuce. Also, not only was everything weak tasting, but the quantity was underwhelming too. I gave these people a good review quite a while ago. They've been working on their new location for a long time. Here's the problem; I ordered online and was asked to choose two sides and sauce with my food for my chicken tenders. I chose French fries and a salad and bbq sauce. When I picked up my food, I was assuming all my food would be in the bag. Shame on me for not checking if everything was in the bag. Welp this is a big NOPE! Spend the extra 15mins and drive to rock an coal. Rock and coal is amazing. This place charges $2.50 for extra cheese which they didn't do. The pizza is thinner than any brick oven pizza. So thin that when I picked up a slice everything fell off. Basically only thing able to eat was crust.... It had no flavor whatsoever. Ordered eight pizzas for a birthday party on Saturday afternoon. Delivery was prompt. Pizzas were hot and everybody loved them.

Sierra's was great with fulfilling my catering order a few days after they had to close due to a burst water pipe. Not only did they make sure my order was ready by preparing it at their sister location and then driving it to Franklin for me, but they also agreed to split up my order between two weekends since the flu hit half of my family, forcing me to have not one, but two birthday parties for my son! Dimetri was always kind, understanding, and accommodating. He even threw in a free gluten free pizza for my husband when I asked to add one onto the second half of my order for the following weekend. Everyone at the party said how delicious the calzones and pizza were! We will be regulars here once they reopen! Give it a try! read more

This pizza is NOT brick oven and not sure why it's advertised as such. It's made on a conveyor belt oven. Nowhere near the taste and texture of a pizza made in a brick oven... why bother saying it's something it's not? Also very inconsistent quality - ordered from here once and it was decent, then next time it was so bad almost uncooked and tasted so bad, threw away and entire large pizza. My favorite pizza spot in Franklin, which is saying something because we have so many to choose from. My go-to is the buffalo chicken pizza. Most buffalo chicken is just marinated and they toss a little on top. Not so here - it's lightly fried and there is plenty of it. Pairs with roasted red peppers and blue cheese. By far the best buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had. I get it with extra sauce. Friends of mine like the vegan cheese and Mabel's Garden pizza. Vegan cheese can be hit or miss, but Sierra is solid here. I've tried other pizzas and they're all great. Spicy sausage and plenty of unique twists on some classics. read more

I really wanted to love this place. Overall its good. Not great. Maybe with time it will get better. I ordered 3 pizzas. 1 was scorched. 1 was half cooked. The other was decent. Very inconsistent. The dough is good though! They put a little garlic salt (I think) on it and it has good potential if cooked right. Unfortunately the sauce and the cheese are basically...sadly...flavorless. The Italian sausage on one of my pizza was excellent. The hamburger and feta pizza and pepperoni were just okay. It's just missing something! I'm not going to comment on the service at this time because they're brand new and I have confidence they will get there if they can make it through this beginning stage. I will go back and try other items on the menu because I've heard good things.
