What a fantastic outfit. Both Jareds in the office and Ronnie at the dock were OUTSTANDING ! The instructions were on point. Not too vague and not so detailed to be boring. Just the right amount of information. The Jet skis were in great running condition and everything went just as they explained. We got to ride them flat out on the Gulf and cruise along on the intercoastal enjoying the scenery and encountering Dolphins. I even had one swim up to within 10 - 12 feet of the Jet ski when I was going slowly. All in all, an amazing experience. I can't recommend this outfit enough. We booked a jet ski rental 3 days ago, paid our $300 and received our confirmation. We showed up all ready after an hour of driving and they told us "oops, we didn't put you on the books. We forgot and we don't have jet skis". I'm here visiting my mom and she had this beautiful day planned and they had no sympathy or remorse for their mistake. They had atrocious customer service. How are you going to take $300 from a customer and then conveniently forget to reserve the jet ski? This is a tourist spot, you should do better and know better. Absolutely amazing staff! Marshall and the gentleman who helped us load/unload at the dock were so accommodating & helpful! We were first time riders, and he spent the time to make sure we were comfortable and explained how everything worked without making me feel dumb. I had even went into the sandbar and they were a phone call away, immediately answered and helped us get on our way! I can't say enough great things about this place! Rates were also very reasonable and they had complimentary valet parking. We will for sure be renting again! The experience was okay until one of our jet skis flipped over and the waterproof lock box was faulty. They guarantee that the boxes wouldn't open and our belongings would be safe. Needless to say that was false. On 2 of our 4 jet skis we rented the boxes didn't stay locked. And on the one that flipped we lost 2 iPhone 11's to the bottom of the ocean. I wasn't upset or angry when I brought up to the staff but they treated me like I was being irritated suggesting it was somehow my fault and was being out right rude and dismissive about my belongings and there guarantee. Call back the next the day to speak with the owner he was just as rude as his staff. I will never be spending my money with there establishment for anything and I wouldn't send my enemies there either. I wish there was a zero star option. read more

My husband and I have always wanted to own jet skis but never rode them so this was our first time experience. Great for first timers!!! We were 10 minutes late because we thought it was the other place and the staff was very understanding! It's a short walk from the store to the launching dock and time doesn't start until you get in the water. Had so much fun! You can really go as fast as you want! We both had a great time and an hour-2 hour rental is plenty! We also saw dolphins while we were in the channel and they came right up to the jet ski! Come early to find parking and get the jetskis early. Get the two hour option. 1 hour is not enough as getting out to the bay will take you about 30 minutes. Staff is very friendly, very thorough with the instructions and regulations. They are not too strict so make sure you tip, as they do work for tips. I will be renting from them again! read more

Beware! We were given a jet ski that was not in good working condition (they told us that after) and it died in the middle of the gulf. Luckily a boat was nearby and pulled us in. Had to wait for them to bring us a new jet ski. It was then they told us seaweed had been caught in the motor the day before and the oil was too high. We paid $200 for 2 hours. Only got barely an hour. Would not off we another hour on another day and only when pressed, offered a $75 refund. We'll see if we get it. Inspect and ask questions before renting at this place. read more

We went to Siesta Jet Ski a a few days ago. We rented two Jets Skis, for the one hour. There were four of us. Plenty of room for 2 adults on the skis...with room to spare. Our check in was fantastic. The gentleman checking us in (from the UK-but forgot his name). He was so so very helpful. He told us exactly where to do and what we would be doing. A friend and I decided to get a 2-hour jet ski rental after we were quoted a $10 discount (not much, but something) over the normal 2-hr rate. 40 minutes in, my friend's jet ski broke down and would not start. Luckily, we had waterproof cases for our cell phones and called the office to tell them. It took nearly an hour for their tow-ski to arrive, during which I stayed with my friend as he drifted further into the gulf away from shore. When their guy inspected the ski, the positive battery connector disintegrated. After the LONG 5-mph tow back to the rental location, my buddy was refunded, but I was still charged full price. Apparently management feels the thing to do is to abandon your friend and go have fun on your own anyway, because if you choose to stay with someone who is broken down and adrift, you're still having the fun you paid for. I offered to pay for 1 hour of the rental ($75), which they declined, saying I had the ski for 2 hours and could have done whatever I wanted. They offered a 2-hours-for-1-hour the next day, which was completely unusable because a) we had to leave town to drive 9 hours home the next day (which they knew) and b) that would involve giving them even more money. The credit card company was unable to help get ANY sort of compromise, and I feel totally abused because it was the rental company's poor maintenance of their skis that ruined the 2-person outing, and their poor management / customer service that was unwilling to give any reasonable compensation for the negative impacts they caused to my experience. Regular staff was generally friendly, no gripe with the person who finally came to tow my friend in, but very dissatisfied with management, their policies, maintenance and overall quality of experience. Buyer beware, or just go somewhere else. read more
