The infinity room

Second visit, the first was just a couple years after they opened. We brought friends from out of state as well as some local friends and family. Definitely a different experience than the first tour but not a bad one. The staff was knowledgeable and entertaining, and we appreciated having a place to sit and listen rather than stand. The tasting room and shop have a fun vibe and the walk up bar is plenty big to service multiple people for the samplings. A new addition for us was the Infinity Room. Such a unique space and a great talking point while waiting on your cocktail or tour. The actual rum products are just as good as ever. Proud to be a local who discovered them years ago, keep up the quality, SKR!

Went to Siesta Key Rum Distillery...after a short tour/ history lesson from the friendly staff we sampled some products and will definitely be bringing home some award winning rums! These folks are doing it right and the awards and flavors prove it!

Unforgettable Experience! Whenever I'm in Sarasota, Siesta Key Rum is my go-to destination every single weekend! What an absolute blast! The tour was a total thrill, and the bar is bursting with such incredible energy--it's a must-visit spot! Kevin, the bartender, is simply amazing; chatting with him is always a highlight of my visit! The drinks? They're not just delicious, they're also super affordable! I couldn't resist those complimentary tasting shots and ended up falling head over heels for the toasted coconut rum--I just had to take home a large bottle!

Sean was our tour guide and he was amazing!! Lots of sampling, cocktails for purchase. Very interesting tour

We started out our tour at 3 PM. Our tour guides were very informative. And we absolutely love their personality. Afterwards we got to sample some of the finest tasting rum we've ever had in our lives! The toasted coconut by far is the best I've ever had! We picked up a few bottles of souvenir to bring back to our hometown. If you have not tried this place for a tour, we highly recommend it. We learned so much.

First, the staff is SO friendly and informative. They were in middle of construction when we arrived and a staff member was nice and directed us to the correct parking lot and walked us inside to be greeted by our tasting host. Our host had a great genuine energy and a love for Siesta Key Rum. She gave us a wonderful tasting. We absolutely LOVE this rum. Our favorite was the toasted coconut and silver, but honestly all of them were great. I would definitely come back for more and maybe even a bottle of the spiced rum. We learned a lot about the company and distillery history and future goals as well. They have a wonderful selection of gifts and goods. I loved the men's button ups, hats, candles, coffee mugs, etc. They have it all. Such a wonderful company to support. THE best rum!!

I was pleasantly surprised by our visit here. I've been to other craft distillers, and although the process in the distilling equipment is nice, the alcohol is often lacking. That is not the case here. All of the rum tasted very good. We bought a bottle of the Distillers reserve aged drum as well as the coconut rum. They use all natural flavors in their room. Actual coconut and coffee beans. They have a spiced rum as well I believe. Free tastes in the tasting room. They also have a place where you can buy a cocktail. They have of course, distillery, swag, and rum for sale on site. I was pleasantly surprised to find it on sale in my grocery store when I got back to Wisconsin. The tour guides were funny and thorough. Nice interior.

Four of us took a tour of Kozuba and Son's Distillery on a Friday afternoon recently. According to…read moretheir website, the Only thing that excites them more than their spirits, is the opportunity to share them. "Handcrafted" isn't just a label to them, it's what they do. Devon, our guide, explained that every part of the process is guided by their hands. They begin with hand-selected grain, then hand-mix and hand-mash the grain to get the perfect blend before distillation begins. We were warmly greeted by Devon, and we were each offered a taste of Kozuba Lemon Flavored Vodka which was very fresh tasting. Definitely there was no chemical aftertaste as I often find in the commercially flavored vodkas. We walked into the distillery and learned that this dream started in 2005 in Poland. Zbigniew "Papa" Kozuba, a biochemist and businessman, retired and moved to the countryside. While there, Papa began tinkering with cordials, continuing a tradition of infused spirits that many Polish families honored. His sons joined him and Papa and his sons turned the hobby into a business. After a few years producing a successful line of cordials, they ordered a hybrid copper still and shortly thereafter, they were distilling vodkas. Later on, the first Polish single malt whiskeys and other varieties of the brown spirit evolved. The family decided to move the business to Florida's Grand Central District - an area thirsty for small-batch, local spirits. They have two handmade German hybrid copper stills which they brought to the U.S., one is for vodkas and the other is used for whiskey. I recommend that everyone take a tour to learn for yourself about the processes. We headed back to the tasting room and experienced several delicious types of vodkas, whiskeys, Sunshine State Agave and cordials, etc. The BarBox Negroni and the Cranberry & Juniper Flavored Vodka were my favorite that day. I'm looking forward to the bourbon being ready soon too. We stopped in their on-site store and did not leave empty-handed.

We were greeted right away and our host was enthusiastic and friendly. He shared with us the…read morehistory of the company, we tried some samples and did a brief tour of the distillery. I had stayed in the car for a few minutes before joining John inside and the Christina had ALL of them lined up- there were so many bottles. So.... the only time I left buzzed from samples. Gin, Rum, Whiskey, Vodka, Tequila, Liquors. They had damn near everything here. Plus craft cocktails and a couple cocktails on tap. I mean- wow. Favs: Pandemic at the disco- I think the smoothest Vodka I have EVER had and the name and bottle are was hilariously fun Demeter- a citrus-botanical gin which I loved at first sip and that was before I knew it was named after a Greek Goddess Smoked- They have 2 flavors of smoked Rum, both Mesquite and Hickory- I liked the mesquite better and this was John's favorite Sprit of the Harvest- Classic Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey, another very smooth liquor- Rye whiskey can sometimes be a little harsh- but not this one Those are the ones we bought. Special mention: Underworld- Agave Spirit (Tequila)- I don't care for Tequila, the only time I enjoyed samples was in Mexico and now this place. It was delicious Lost Cause- holy hell. That's all I am going to say about that Did I mention- I didn't even try them all!?!?! They make some IPA blend Whiskeys and collaborate with local breweries. Their stills were inspiring- I can't remember how tall their big ole still was, but it was awesome!
