I wanted to love this place but the service, or lack of, ruined it for me. I ordered the premium flight and expected to receive at least a little information about what was being poured. I could have gone to the hotel bar and received more information. I picked up my 3 glasses and drank them at a side table while watching the server chat it up with a friend of hers that happened to stop by. The interior was cute and charming, the champagne was cold and delicious, the concept of a champagne tasting amongst all the California wine rooms is great. I will return because I love champagne but it would be a more memorable experience if they behaved more like a true tasting room & less of just purchasing a glass - you can do that anywhere. read more

Tucked in some alleyway off the main town square, Sigh is a new adorable spot for bubbly-lovers! They have a rotating selection of true champagnes and sparkling wines. I hope I have her name right, but Vicky helped us yesterday (Sunday, October 18th at about 2pm). It was my partner's Birthday and Vicky was just AMAZING. What a cool lady (lived on the big island in Hawaii prior to landing in Sonoma). She was super fun to talk to, friendly, and knows her stuff. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. They had an amazing selection of sparkling wines and champagne, and the atmosphere was really great. Hey, the chocolate truffles rocked too! I had fizzy water as the designated driver, but my partner LOVED the champagne flight, followed by a glass of the one she liked the best. We would definitely recommend it - and if you have a pooch, bring the pooch, so cool that it was dog friendly. Vicky even brought a dog a biscuit. read more

Sigh was recommended to our group (of friends visiting from out of town) by a friend who lives locally, and boy did she NAIL it. We got there right when they opened which was genius because they filled up very quickly (on a Saturday). The service was so warm and friendly and even they even patiently taught the birthday girl of our group how to saber one of the bottles of champs. Sigh is a cute little champagne/sparkling wine bar off the Sonoma Square with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. My boyfriend and I were given our flights, got the explanation on each of our sparkling wines and invited to sit. It was perfect since drinking bubbly wines takes a little bit longer than still wines, especially with a newbie like my boyfriend. I loved the French flight I was given and couldn't help sipping off the California flight my boyfriend got next to me, I liked California a bit better but sadly he didn't care for any of it. Very cool champange bar. We came here during our winery tour during the lunch hour. We ordered the 3 flight sampler, for $16. Great champagne, awesome owner! She doesnt carry your well know champagnes, as you can get them anywhere. She likes to carry different stuff. She was kind enough to let me charge my phone (she provided the charger!). If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely come back. Service was great, drinks were great and prices were also great. That's 5 stars in my book. read more

Jayme was great and the selection was huge! I loved the variety of flights that were available to taste. She has local California bubbles as well as several flights of Champagne and an around the world flight. A little bit of something for everyone. She set everything up so beautifully, and then brought everything to us, with a huge smile! She is super knowledgeable and passionate about bubbles. Excellent place for bubbles. They have a wide range of selections and offer flights. I had the dealers choice flight and it was excellent. Got to try some high end bubbles and the service was great. They serve small snacks like cheese plates and truffle chips (yum). Fabulous champagne tasting room in the heart of Sonoma. Went in on a Sunday afternoon with 8 girlfriends. We were greeted by a beautiful blonde (owner or manager I think) who was a doll! She offered tastings of anything from a French champagne to a Spanish cava to a local sparkling wine. We bought a bottle of delicious local wine that she "dispatched" the top off using a special sword! Never seen that...super cool! My advice to you? Visit! Nice ambiance, nice people, and fabulous champagnes! read more

I visited Sigh for my birthday. It was a great experience. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and it's beautiful inside. The champagne was great. First off may I say my wife is a bubble freak and when Sigh was under construction she was fixated on this place. I can say Jayme did not disappoint. She is possibly the friendliest person in the whole square and we have met some great people over the years. She has a passion for champagne/sparkling wines and does it show. We have talked her ear off more than once and she always has something new for us to try. She can talk about food to go with your wine or just simply help you find those flavors you want in the wine. I love the flights, it makes the tasting easy or you can go with what you know and pick them individually. It's very cool. Sigh, which I believe is a French representation of the sound a bottle should make when it is opened, has a great variety, both cold and ready to travel/store. I have more than once been there and talked about tastes in food and had her pour a couple of samples she thought would fit nicely. I enjoy the atmosphere and my wife may just simply want to move in!! SO go down to the Sonoma square on a Tuesday night when the Farmer's Market is running (5:30 PM), get your cold bubbly and go have a drink in the park - you will be glad you did. Popped in here for a quick tasting. Kind of a weird vibe. Like a 12 yo girl decorated the tasting room. The sparkling wines were mostly disappointing. The server was over the top fake. Not worth the money even just to try something different. Much better options for sparklers if that's ur thing. read more
