I don't have vision insurance but she said let me check with your health insurance company anyway, and darned if she didn't find me some coverage that I didn't know I had. The prices are fair, and they are having a great unadvertised sale on FRAMES - stop in and ask. You can buy a couple and have them ready for the next time you need new specs. The other pair have had the lenses fall out THREE times. Just took them out of the case and BOTH lenses fell on the floor again! These are not unusually thick glasses and only ground for distance and no bifocals or anything else. Somebody there does not know how to grind glasses to fit in the frames. This has happened so often that I had to go to another optical company and get a pair made b/c these things are falling out of the frames even while I was trying to drive at night, when I need them. If you depend on your glasses to be able to see, and use them reliably, I would not recommend going to this place!! The pair I bought at a differnet optical company have been fine.

Picked the glasses out and went to pick them up when they were ready. I tried them on and couldn't see. Had to wait until the next day for a new exam. The appointment was for 10am but there was no staff there. They strolled in about 20 minutes late. Got the new script and the lady told me they questioned the first script but the Dr said it was correct. Got my second pair of glasses and I am still using my old glasses because I work in an office and need to be able to read. Now I can't get them to return my call to set up another appointment and miss a 3rd day of work to get a script that works. What is up with this? I have used my insurance so I have to wait another year to go somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and am stuck with glasses that don't help me see. Why won't they return my call?

The sales associate (forgive me sir, I have forgotten your name) was super respectful, gave us space, shared information when necessary, and proved to have a wealth of knowledge over the materials. He also helped us with payment information and ways to seek reimbursement from insurance. I was on a time crunch, leaving the state in 14 days, and was concerned I wouldn't revive the glasses in time.
