I started working with Joe Calise about 15 years ago when we were renovating our family room. We took the room down to studs and had Joe and his team run all the wires behind the walls and create a built in cabinet (our family room is next to our garage) that uses RF repeaters to allow the remote to work even behind a solid wooden door. I went with a top of the line Integra unit to power the system. The job that Joe and team did looked and sounded great and it worked! I was happy with the way the system turned out. The reason Joe gets 5 stars, though, is not because he did a great job when the system was initially put together, but his help and expertise over the years SINCE that job was done. I had several problems with the Integra unit and Joe worked tirelessly to get the unit replaced. When THAT unit also had issues, he used his connections to bring in the rep and replace the unit with a brand new unit for the third time. Over the years I have had to replace the remote a couple of times and have asked for advice on my system and Joe has always responded immediately. Between Joe and Tuyet in the office they have always been there and always provided good advice and service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my home theater needs. I usually don't write many reviews but I thought I should write this one. I know Joe Calise for over 20 years and in that time he has done numerous installions in my house. He also cleaned up a mess I had from a previous home theater installer that took advantage of me. Joe and his entire staff are true professionals in every sense of the word! Their attention to detail is beyond description. I am a home theater geek and can tell when the work is done in a professional, neat and timely manner. I have no patience for installers that say one thing and do something else. I have been down that road before. Joe is a man of his word and stands behind all of his work and equipment. I had Joe install a full CCTV security system for me and couldn't be any happier. Joe was very attentive to detail and was open to all suggestion from me as the home owner. When I met Joe I had no thoughts of upgrades to my home theater but Joe was very friendly and easy to talk to. Joe was so friendly that he would walk me through my own HDMI or connectivity issues without ever having sold me a thing. As I am technologically challenged it was great to have a friendly voice to help me.
