I was interested in adding a light-bar to the roof-rack, so we chatted about it for a bit, and he suggested Rough Country, which was affordable compared to other light bars, and looked great, he said they could install it if I were to purchase and bring over to them, sure, no problem. The package included were speakers in the front and back, tweeters, a down-firing 10inch Sub, Amp, Knobs, Wires, and other equipment. I wanted to check out the equipment before install, and then take factory speakers home with me, also, no problem. In email communication you speak with everyone, Rich, Mike, Joe, and whomever else works there, it seems it's a community email and they are all on the same page with what the customers are looking for, so they are aware of any changes, mods, or interests the customers are looking to get done.
