I think the most frustrating part is the clientele unfortunately is comfortable with leaving washed clothes in the washing machine while they do other hordes. About a third of the washers are full, actually over full with clothes that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes? Frustrating. It's the little things... :) -It is cash only but there are several change machines in store that work beautifully. -clean! The machines themselves are cleaned and well-maintained, the floor (even in the winter) is free of lots of spills and debris. -There are staff on site to assist with change, and and other questions. - They offer free Wi-Fi with excellent signage to know the code. - Kroger is in the same parking lot, so a 29 minute wash cycle is perfect to run in and grab a couple of things. Pricing is $3 to wash for a 2-load size washing machine. This is about the same size as our home washing machine. They also offer drop off laundry services at about $1.50 per pound. This is significantly cheaper than tide cleaners, which charges close to $2.75 a pound.
