It is unacceptable to not notify people that you are not providing a service you are contracted to do. BEWARE WHEN RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY. They have very shady business practices. They changed what…read morethey were giving to us without telling us and told us the items we needed wouldn't be ready until the next day after they had already charged us almost $3000. The only option they gave us was to add more items to our order the next day when they were available (more money). They claimed they sent us a rental agreement (they didn't) and will not accept an early return because "they went out of their way for us" even though they charged us almost $300 in late service fees already. Never once have I rented from a rental house that conducts business this way. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
