They contacted us about 15 minutes before our event was supposed to end to make sure our end time was still okay and then showed up on the dot to begin breaking down. They were quick and efficient and I really appreciate their professionalism. The rentals were perfect for our event - exactly how they were described on the website and in great condition. The kids (and adults) all loved sliding down the water slide in this hot July weather and the bounce house was a hit, especially for the little ones.
